You cannot change the locks on a residence to lock out one of the residents, let alone the homeowner. It's not legal. Everyone there were squatters. Johnny owned all the penthouses and she changed the lock. Can't do that.

My friend went through a nasty divorce w his wife of 25 years who had become addicted to pills, and started openly cheating w the scuzziest druggie in town, she left a historic home for the trailer park, stayed gone a year. Tried to come back. Husband started divorce proceedings and was ordered not to change locks. He installed a whole new door on the outside of the old door! He did not change the locks, but did install new security doors. He won the house in the divorce…

Exactly! We had a squatter in one of our houses and it was like an act of Congress to get him out! It took me to get the evidence and found him walking back to the house where he was arrested. There are so many hurtles you have to do to be able to even get the police and courts to do anything. Its crazy!!
Usually, abusers will try to isolate you from your friends and family. Johnny letting all these freeloading friends of hers come and go as they please on his property is not consistent with the acts of an abusive person at all. It’s consistent with the acts of a very generous, maybe even naive, person.

Strangely not illegal in uk. If you invite them in give them a key and they change the locks it’s legally a civil case. Meaning you can’t throw them out you have to take them to court it will take months to get back in!
I am heading toward 74 years old, and have to throw my two cents in. I was abused as a child, got married to a man that beat me 10 days after marriage. I left him that night and flew back from Nevada to Georgia. So, I do know that women can be abused. But...I know for a stone-cold fact that some women can be out and out monsters. From what I've seen of this, Amber is one of them. I would NOT trust her for all the money on this planet.

It's sad to say but what she did is so cliche. Claim abuse, file for divorce, get the no contact order so you can stay in his house and nobody questions it. I was neutral in the beginning, but now I believe Johnny. Amber’s story has way too many inconsistencies. She has ruined it for real domestic abuse victims by lying - setting back the movement against domestic violence.
I think despite the mayority of domestic abuse victims are women, there are a important porcentage of men suffer domestic abuse. In both cases the abuser has a similar behavior.

The craziest thing for me as a DV survivor, it was extremely hard for me to date again. I was terrified of men, I almost felt paranoid and overthought every outing to keep myself safe...I keep saying was but I AM still like this. I realize everyone is different but she literally was with someone else before she even divorced him.
I totally agree. I was abused by my ex. The emotional abuse affected me to the point I had little self esteem left. There was no way in hell I would go near another man that soon. I still have trouble almost 6yrs later

I’m pretty good at reading people. He was honest in my opinion. He doesn’t embellish or stall. He is clear and concise. He says what he saw but doesn’t try to insinuate he knows more then he does or go into hearsay. He also has no attachment to any of them anymore I believe. I believe what he saw was staged. Even the bruises and such can easily be makeup and he wouldn’t have inspected further. I believe the artist to did her make up rather then just an average joe that saw her at a distance. I don’t think he’s lying but all of it could be staged and he clearly makes a point to say he never saw things personally.
I believe Johnny said to Amber that he wanted a divorce, which is why they argued, and Johnny wrote what he did. I believe Raquel and Amber staged the injuries while this guy were in his apartment, to be able to keep his penthouses as they claimed in their extortion letter, as well as what Amber said over the phone to Johnny, that she accused him because they were being evicted.

She is a liar and has serious issues. As someone who has experienced domestic abuse, I do not believe how long she was willing to stay with him and antagonize him in multiple situations. Abuse survivors do not want to stay- they want to avoid their abuser. She kept going back for altercations with him. Her testimony is utterly unbelievable. And it is obvious that her friends are being manipulated by her. I hope they realize how they are destroying a life.
Amber is an example of what happens to a child when surrounded by unstable people and poor role models. She's a walking ticking bomb and she wont stop either because she always believes she is right. I didn’t realize how this case has been active since 2016. Now I’m understanding Isaac Baruch’s examination, how he got emotional explaining the whole thing is negatively affecting so many people, especially the ones who are close with Johnny Depp. 5-6 years of listening to AH lies and such. Usually the victims are uncomfortable just being in the same room with their abuser but AH from the beginning was never afraid of JD, until the whole world is watching. Just seems odd how everyone (doctors, officers, therapists, staffs, JD)’s testimony are wrong except for Amber’s story. Also, everyone is making fun of Amber Heard’s lawyers, and I don’t blame them but I’m starting to believe all of the great lawyers out there are aware of Amber’s actions so they just refuse to represent her. It’s such a high profile case and yet AH chose a team that are disorganized, uninformative, confuse etc.
They only heard Ambers side of the story when they agreed to accept the case. I’m sure once they started to really see how she is they were in disbelief & were sorry.
The one thing that got me during the case is, its a blink and you'll miss it moment, but there is a moment where Amber is seen showing something (I believe it to was Ben Rottenborn) and the lawyer literally shook his head at her. You cant make this up.
I was an EMT for 12 year's and have never seen someone hit hard enough in the nose to cause discoloration on both sides of the nose and the nose itself look completely unphased. That's make up I'd put money on it.
I was in a play in HS. My character needed to have severe facial bruises. Guess what we used? Eyeshadow. Then concealer on top to remove the obvious shiny-ness of the eyeshadow. Browns and brown-black and hints of green and yellow and purple. It was UNSETTLINGLY real looking. Even up close it looked very very real. It messed with me and the rest of the cast. In photos it was absolutely positively INDISTINGUISHABLE from actual real bruises. And we were just sone goofy HS kids…not a major actress with makeup skills and access to any makeup on the market as well as professional MUA friends. IJS.

I am no expert on domestic abuse but calling the state of AH face they showed on that picture " a significant injury to her face" is nothing short of laughable. Those people are totally out of it. A bunch of deluded free loaders lying through their teeth for her because JD got enough and closed a tap on them. I got hit by a football once into face by mistake and I looked like a lady Frankenstain for almost full week after that - massive swelling around nose, eyes almost shut, massive black eyes and nose red purple violet . That picture of her they so carefully took is an absolute joke. There is slight shadowing under her eyes that could be a result of a couple of sleepless nights and nothing else. That "busted lip" is particularly "cute" and makes me laugh because as a person with severely dry, permanently peeling or cracked and cold sore blistered lips I have looked 10x worse on regular basis. The whole case stinks to the highest heavens.
I looked at that pic over and over and I did not see an abrasion on forehead, I didn't see any mark on her nose or eyes or cheekbones. I saw a tad mark on lip. How can anyone look at that pic and think there's injuries!!!???.
I caught my husband cheating and punched him in the eye. I weighed maybe 130 lbs and he is a foot taller and 100 lbs heavier. His eye socket turned black and purple and swole nearly shut. So I agree with you, he didn’t punch her, or even slap her. It would have looked way worse.
I'm a survivor of DV. When my ex used to punch me on the face, my eyes would blacken, swelling would be huge, eye almost shut. My nose practically exploded when broken. Bruises purple/blue then yellow. Cuts visible. NO amount of make up would cover any of it let alone the swelling disappeared. That took a good week. I was stabbed in the leg. I'd of never of bought my ex a knife. She bought Johnny a knife??? She's a liar. My ex also made sure I didnt see family or friends. Contact stopped. I had to hide behind my curtains, never open the door to my family. Ignore phonecalls. It was horrendous, and when in court testifying, I couldn't look at anyone, let alone my ex. I was a mess. She's too cocky, controlled, rehearsed, and she's a narcissistic, Manipulative, narrative controlling, abusive, lying whack job, who reminds me of my ex tbh.

I’m pretty good at reading people. He was honest in my opinion. He doesn’t embellish or stall. He is clear and concise. He says what he saw but doesn’t try to insinuate he knows more then he does or go into hearsay. He also has no attachment to any of them anymore I believe.
I believe what he saw was staged. Even the bruises and such can easily be makeup and he wouldn’t have inspected further. I believe the artist to did her make up rather then just an average joe that saw her at a distance. Does it seem strange to anyone that Rocky sent her husband home while checking on Amber alone? If you're truly worried something bad might have occurred wouldn't you at least stay where you are? She send him home, then later he sees these injuries.
Also, if I understood it right, they hadn't even found her yet. They simply saw the mess, and the wife said "something bad has happened, quick, go back to our house while I check upstairs by myself", and the husband goes and waits for 15 mins? So weird.
I literally just said the same to my wife. If we visited a friends house whom we hadn't heard from all day, then found the kitchen a mess, we'd both be searching the house for her!

I didn’t realize how this case has been active since 2016. Now I’m understanding Isaac Baruch’s examination, how he got emotional explaining the whole thing is negatively affecting so many people, especially the ones who are close with Johnny Depp. 5-6 years of listening to AH lies and such. Usually the victims are uncomfortable just being in the same room with their abuser but AH from the beginning was never afraid of JD, until the whole world is watching. Just seems odd how everyone (doctors, officers, therapists, staffs, JD)’s testimony are wrong except for Amber’s story.
Also, everyone is making fun of Amber Heard’s lawyers, and I don’t blame them but I’m starting to believe all of the great lawyers out there are aware of Amber’s actions so they just refuse to represent her. It’s such a high profile case and yet AH chose a team that are disorganized, uninformative, confuse etc.
They only heard Ambers side of the story when they agreed to accept the case. I’m sure once they started to really see how she is they were in disbelief & were sorry.
She’s trying to secure her next role.
The one thing that got me during the case is, its a blink and you'll miss it moment, but there is a moment where Amber is seen showing something (I believe it to was Ben Rottenborn) and the lawyer literally shook his head at her. You cant make this up.
I was an EMT for 12 year's and have never seen someone hit hard enough in the nose to cause discoloration on both sides of the nose and the nose itself look completely unphased. That's make up I'd put money on it.

I was in a play in HS. My character needed to have severe facial bruises. Guess what we used? Eyeshadow. Then concealer on top to remove the obvious shiny-ness of the eyeshadow. Browns and brown-black and hints of green and yellow and purple.
It was UNSETTLINGLY real looking. Even up close it looked very very real. It messed with me and the rest of the cast. In photos it was absolutely positively INDISTINGUISHABLE from actual real bruises. And we were just sone goofy HS kids…not a major actress with makeup skills and access to any makeup on the market as well as professional MUA friends.

It’s really ridiculous how bias this interview was . Asking him how many times he’s seen JD do drugs ….. but what about amber ? JD Is not the only person who does drugs . I don’t understand why his drug use is such a big thing , he’s not in public he’s in the comfort of his own home minding his business . It’s amazing when they asked about JD and the witness says “ but he’s a private person so we don’t see everything he does and the bad “ ….. or maybe you don’t see it because it doesn’t happen!
He was seen taking drugs often. That's not in dispute. It's whether he was abusive to her.

I am no expert on domestic abuse but calling the state of AH face they showed on that picture " a significant injury to her face" is nothing short of laughable. Those people are totally out of it. A bunch of deluded free loaders lying through their teeth for her because JD got enough and closed a tap on them.
I got hit by a football once into face by mistake and I looked like a lady Frankenstain for almost full week after that - massive swelling around nose, eyes almost shut, massive black eyes and nose red purple violet . That picture of her they so carefully took is an absolute joke. There is slight shadowing under her eyes that could be a result of a couple of sleepless nights and nothing else. That "busted lip" is particularly "cute" and makes me laugh because as a person with severely dry, permanently peeling or cracked and cold sore blistered lips I have looked 10x worse on regular basis.
The whole case stinks to the highest heavens.

I looked at that pic over and over and I did not see an abrasion on forehead, I didn't see any mark on her nose or eyes or cheekbones. I saw a tad mark on lip. How can anyone look at that pic and think there's injuries!!!???.
I caught my husband cheating and punched him in the eye. I weighed maybe 130 lbs and he is a foot taller and 100 lbs heavier. His eye socket turned black and purple and swole nearly shut. So I agree with you, he didn’t punch her, or even slap her. It would have looked way worse.
I'm a survivor of DV. When my ex used to punch me on the face, my eyes would blacken, swelling would be huge, eye almost shut. My nose practically exploded when broken. Bruises purple/blue then yellow. Cuts visible. NO amount of make up would cover any of it let alone the swelling disappeared. That took a good week. I was stabbed in the leg. I'd of never of bought my ex a knife. She bought Johnny a knife??? She's a liar. My ex also made sure I didnt see family or friends. Contact stopped. I had to hide behind my curtains, never open the door to my family. Ignore phonecalls. It was horrendous, and when in court testifying, I couldn't look at anyone, let alone my ex. I was a mess. She's too cocky, controlled, rehearsed, and she's a narcissistic, Manipulative, narrative controlling, abusive, lying whack job, who reminds me of my ex tbh.
Let’s not forget she was taking Accutane too. Very very common to get severely chapped and peeling lips. Retinoids additionally make the facial skin susceptible to micro injury, i.e. even slight friction from a rough material or mini-scratch can cause visible injury.
Amber had all her friends & sister living in Johnny's penthouses. She & them took full advantage of JD's kindness. As soon as Heard got close enough to Johnny to see how kind & generous he was, she dug her heels in, concocted her plan & agenda. Absolutely no doubt about that. Her friends back/backed her bc they'd had an extravagant free ride for years. And she's probably promising them something monetary.

The number one way to drive a Narcissist to madness is to not engage. Things got as bad as they did because according to all sources he would leave when he thought arguments would either not fix anything or if he thought Amber was going to escalate arguments into physical altercations.

A real victim is not surrounded with lots of ppl around to prevent them from knowing about the abuse. Only narcissist abusers are constantly need the attention and surrounded by ppl. Yeah absolutely & they're shameless. the thing is - one punch without rings landed me with my eye completely swollen shut and required seven stitches above my eyebrow and my other eye completely black and almost swollen shut as well for 5 days. If Johnny would have punched her once in the face it would have been very noticeable. The fact that she claims he punched her in the face so many times that she lost count and with rings on? F o h. She infuriates me she has no idea what it's like to be punched in the face especially punched in the face by a man and never mind by a man wearing rings. She's a f****** joke.
This story gets worse and worse 😪 they took advantage of johnny. Especially because im sure they ALL knew he was on drugs and drinking heavily. They saw a chance and grabbed it. Sickening.

I would have more respect for Amber if she would have said Johnny was an out of control alcoholic and addict with an inability to engage in the type of relationship that I wanted. I am guilty of pushing his buttons and pushing him to places that I shouldn't have. Things were extremely toxic for both of us. We verbally assaulted each other, I physically assaulted him out of frustration.
I am so sorry that things went this far.
But I needed to do this to get out the truth, the whole truth.
I don't want anything from Johnny. I just want to raise awareness of what a toxic relationship looks like from both sides.
