Should the power go or if there is a malfunction just think how fast downward the drone would be going if it turned into a brick from that height. 3) You are a danger to manned aircraft.
The drone pilot may have gotten an altitude waiver with FAA. In that case he would be clear to fly inside that window of airspace and altitude for a given time. Otherwise I what agree this would be unsafe.
And It's less weight/Explosive than most feathered flying things. Pull your panties out of your crack. Let alone we don't usually fly on a plane, we fly in them.

you can do it if you buy a program for 120 usd. I bought it from a guy and it worked really good.
