  • Support when you want it, plushness when you need it. Live Valve Neo adapts to every moment so you can ride with ultimate efficiency-even while descending-and unlock your previously unrealized potential. Live Valve Neo lets you realize your fastest.
For both racers and enthusiasts alike, we want to maximize the enjoyment of every moment on the trail. By combining ultra-fast wireless technology with unrivaled responsiveness, FOX has created a product that’s not only ahead of the competition, but one that revolutionizes the way suspension improves your ride. Whether you're chasing your personal best or simply want to give your riding buddies a run for their money on the trail, Live Valve Neo gives you the ultimate edge. It’s simple to install, endlessly customizable, and, most importantly, it makes every ride your fastest ride.
Sensors mounted to the front and rear brake calipers read both the angle of terrain and tire bump force at 400 times per second. The sensors then transmit a streamlined, ultra-fast wireless signal to the Controller on the DHX or FLOAT X Live Valve Neo shock, which opens or firms the shock, all in 1/70th of a second.
The speed of Live Valve Neo creates a seamless riding experience where your suspension is supportive at every beneficial moment. You’ll ride faster and conserve energy while you’re at it.
Ride with unequaled wireless suspension control. Ride Live Valve Neo.

    Farkin EPIC!!
How did I miss the launch of this until now, even my LBS missed it too.
Have been watching live valve progress since it first came out in 2018 hoping it would one day become an aftermarket retro fit option and it’s FINALLY here!!!
Your website says out of stock here in Australia but have put my email down to be notified when it’s in stock and I’ll be ordering one as soon as I can!!!
    So bloody keen!!
Thank you FOX for finally making this happen!!!!!!

Please, find a loop with a 6% grade 3+ minute climb, some punchy, grunt climbs, rock gardens, and steep descent, with 180° switchbacks.
Put the same tires on an XC, Trail, and Enduro. Get 3 good riders that are about the same size and have them do 30 minutes on each bike using Favero mtb pedals and HR monitors.
Then, put on the Fox Neo Live system on the trail bike and compare.
We already know the Enduro bike will slower on the uphill portion, but the power output and HR data will be interesting to see the difference. And we will also find out if the shock controls make a difference.

Is there going to be an upgrade option to existing shocks?

    • @FOXFACTORY
      @FOXFACTORY  4 місяці тому

No upgrade. The Live Valve shocks are solid as their own product.

Is this product useful for endurance XC races or is it too heavy?

Its a mountain bike We ride to get out into the woods and away from all the electronics that face us on a daily basis. The only electronics I want are by phone in my backpack for emergencies, maybe my garmin watch, although riding a lot without it now and a really good set of lights to allow me to ride in the winter. Electronic gears, suspension, dropper posts is a no from me and a lot of people, because mechanical is just as good and so much cheaper.

My question is why you need to purchase the additional $400 for the sensors, that ARE required in order for the shock to even work… So let me see… The shock is 1k by itself, and in order for it to work, you need to buy the additional sensors @$400.. So REALLY this shock is $1500 to the consumer. Are you mental… How can this technology boast it may be something that works for you, presumably, while 1ms at speed is like forever. Slow system while using the app to compensate for weak application. PASS.
