Welcome to another video featuring some of the healthy habits I’ve been working on for a long time. If you have just made that amazing first step today to start adding some routines into your life, I’m proud of you. Start slow, be patient and give yourself time to build them up.
Meal prep is one of the most fundamental factors to setting up my week just right. I love knowing what I’m going to do, and also getting to have a little fun trying new things. I really can't wait to have girlfriends similar to your energy in my life, I live in a toxic environment that's really difficult to get out of right now and it takes such a toll on my mind body and spirit. I can't wait to have a healthy group of friends and I am working so hard on making myself and my body healthy in the process so I can be the right type of person to attract similar energy. Your videos have such calming vibes and I love them!

This is amazing, the recent months Ive been reflecting on myself about the people around me. And I noticed I’ve been holding on to their problem when it’s not even mine. Every night I would think “if I was her/him I do this..” which drains my energy. I love the perspective of it and I might try to image that picture.

Also really good technique avoiding other’s frustration or bad energy, if you approach a higher vibration: imagine sending love and light from your heart to the others. This will protect you the best. You will see, they will stop the complaining. Love this video as well 💜

Love it!! Definitely gonna try those protein balls! I usually microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds. Makes it way easier to stir or mix into things!

I do a heap of your meal prep ideas now as they are so simple yet delicious! Definitely helps me set up for an easier week ahead & get things ready so my firefighter partner can just grab things when he's called out on a shift instead of buying junk along the way.

Been making baked oatmeal every week for the past year! It’s so good! 🤍
I use 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and a handful of frozen blueberries to sweeten it up :)
So I'm Greek and Ithaca is actually a Greek island (you'd love it). Your pronunciation is closer to how the word is pronounced in greek, but instead of pronouncing i as in iPhone, we pronounce it : e as in e-mail.

I would recommend that you try and blend the oats before, so you make into an oat "flour"! Then it gets more of a "cake-like" consistensy :) its amazing
I love to “caramelize” bananas for oatmeal to make it sweet. I’ll cook mashed bananas and dates on the stove before adding oatmeal, cinnamon, etc. I know some recipes use applesauce for sweetness. Depends on what you like.

Hi sami great video, I find the easiest way to prep chia pudding is to do it in the blender, then pour into jars, you don't get the clumps of chia seeds at the bottom of the jar then. 😊

Sami could you please talk more in depth about stress management and hormones? I am going through so much with a very strict diet for sibo + pcos.. I am really trying my absolute best to relax, journal and such but people keep telling me to calm down and that I look stressed out..I am trying so hard but I don't know what else to do!

For the baked oats, there is recipes for different flavors like blueberry muffin, etc. if you just search it up on tik tok and making it with blended oats it makes the recipe even more like a cake!!!
