Love the water toner and oil cleanser mentioned by Tamara. Been using them for awhile and love them. You are right though Claudia a simple routine goes a long way... tretinoid saved my no longer sensitive skin and spf. And love red light therapy. When I have wet cupping "Hijama" my provider uses red light therapy right after to heal the cuts for 10 mins after adding her natural oils to the area. It's amazing!

Love to see you two with your best advice for us your viewers!!! I wish I had the ziip, my jowls are very saggy but it is very expensive! All these at home devices are not affordable anymore! I remember last year Angie from hot & flashy came up with her review of the Nira laser and everybody rushed to buy it, it was sold out immediately and once it was back in stock the price had doubled, I wanted to buy it but I couldn’t do it at that time, now its even more expensive! 😢 May be buying a ziip next year will be my resolution for new year! Thank you for your recommendations and you look amazing!!!❤

I definitely need full panel red light, so it would help my hubby with pain and wound healing,.. i still might going to purchase, this dr, on youtube, he is injector, and has skin line and now just came out with his red light mask i do love dr Rajani skincare. And its so truth, once I added AHA’s to my night regiment, alternating with retina, my skin became less sensitive, and now I am able to use Vit C every day. And no flaking, my skin so smooth and soft. I was thinking of getting celuma. But not sure if that’s so different from others, being such expensive,.i don’t know, have you ever tried Celluma ? Oh my gosh, I love the beauty of Josen cleansing balm, and I don’t think there’s any coconut oil in it. I’ve tried literally about a dozen and that one actually comes out on top for me! Different strokes, I guess. I’m really loving these videos with you and Tamara. So helpful and full of options. Tamara the Merit Great Skin product was such a surprise for me. I got it in a kit and didn’t have high hopes for it and I think it’s an amazing product.

I love the Evy sunscreen as well, so lightweight and long lasting! I always use it when I know I am going to be a long time out and about. The only problem is that at the end of the day it usually get down to my eyes and burns :( Do you experience this as well? Any tips to avoid it?

This is a wonderful video, thank you so much beautiful Claudia. I am so confused though of when to add acids to my routine. I know it's good to use glycolic at night with my alloy estrodail cream, but I also use tretinoin at night. Then during the AM I use Vitamin C and I would like to use Lactic Acid with that for a more moisturizing exfoliation, but then I'm not getting the glycolic benefits with the alloy. I don't have enough face for all of my products! Any advice?

You can use glycolic acid with Tretinoin.
So I would start using it at night, maybe every 3rd or forth night and then work my way up to using it every other night or even nightly

Has there been any studies showing that ascorbic acid alternatives like THD have a similar effect to ascorbic? I’d rather use a THD since you can use it with other ingredients, which you can’t really with AA, but I want all the collagen building benefits I can get

Is there a video with the doses of these suplements you take? So far i've benn taking niacinamide, but will try NMN too. I do take TMG 1 gram a day devided in 2 intakes of 500mg. Thank you :) Аs for the estrogene levels i want to mention that blood is not very informative. Many many women are with estrogene dominance, even though blood tests are ok. This is because estrogene is stored in tissue, not so much in blood. Good blood indirect marker for high estrogene is high prolactin. So, consider monitoring it. Hugs! 😘

Hey, Claudia! I’m considering DNA NMN. One of my biggest problems currently is that I wake up from 2-4am every night (going on over a year now). I’m not sure if it’s perimenopause, but, if I may ask a personal question, have you transitioned through perimenopause yet? If so, did you have any specific issues and, if so, what solutions did you find, or could you recommend for perimenopause symptoms (hair loss, systemic joint pain, sleep disruption, etc.?
I suspect that I may actually be estrogen dominant because of very heavy periods that I’ve improved by eating a boatload of broccoli which supposedly helps whisk excess estrogen out of the body
Sorry, I should watch entire videos before I comment but I comment while watching. You just said you’ve been in hrt for a while. I’m glad to hear that estrogen cream isn’t causing an increase in systemic estrogen. I would like to try it but I don’t want to increase my estrogen if it’s already too high. I really need to get my levels checked but my gynecologist doesn’t believe in that so I’m looking for a functional med doctor.

In my opinion, while there are many supplements claiming to help with hormones (and they might for many), if hormones are low, HRT is the best solution. Again, that is my opinion and HRT is personal and controversial.
Have you had a blood test to see where your levels are?

I would suggest to get a blood test. Test your estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, and also free T3, as low thyroid can cause heavy periods.
Then you know what your levels are and you are not just guessing.
Wow, 38! I'm not sure if you're lucky or unlucky to have not had to go through "the change", so I won't speculate. I had my levels checked once and they were not all within normal at the time, but none of my doctors want to talk about levels, they say numbers don't matter, only symptoms. @@claudiaglows

I think it is actually good to not include the TMG. Some people might want a different methyl donor or take the TMG at night….
Wow, that’s a tuff question. Personally I think I would go with the Ziip and then down the road get a LED panel instead of a mask for more coverage

A lot of skin care seems to be a waste of time. It doesn't actually penetrate skin.
Prices of supplements are too much.
Some are definitely not cheap
