Hello beautiful Claudia
I know some of your viewers feel the donotage supplements are expensive and they can be. My mother was living with stage 4 lung cancer and towards the end of her life started coughing up a lot of blood which was extremely distressing to see with no help from the normal medical profession i spoke with Alan and he recommended some of their supplements to try and within a week it completely stopped i will be forever grateful to donotage and truly believe it helped and the cost to me paled into insignificance as there was nothing i wouldn't have done to help my mother. I wish i had known about these supplements which she was first diagnosed as in my humble opinion think they would have been of benefit. Since then i now save to buy some of the supplements myself although unfortunately cannot afford to buy all of them. The hydrolyzed collagen and hyaluronic acid are amazing. It has made a visible change in the look of all of these. I would love to know if you could recommend tge best green tea whether drinking it or taking it in liposomal form? As it's so confusing with matcha etc.
I must also say that you are looking younger and the bio stimulator injections you had have made such a remarkable difference to the volume in your face and you look amazing!

I am also happy to hear that you are noticing a difference from the HA and collagen.
As far as green tea, that is a great question and I am not sure I have an answer. After talking to my friend Bev Sanderson, from Maysama, I started drinking green rooibos, as Bev says it has more antioxidants than green tea. Its a bit harder to find, but I found mine at Thyme market and I am sure you can order some on line as well

How would these supplements stop bleeding? What is the mechanism? If they stop bleeding couldn’t they cause blood clots?? It just makes me think correlation is not causation.

Some of the prices for various products are very reasonable as the berberine, the glynac and a few others. NMN, if pure, is usually not cheap, so their price is in the norm. Thanks for the excellent interview.

I love do not age supplements! I take the NMN resveratrol and tmg . I saw a huge difference in my workouts especially spinning on my Peloton I used to be at the lower end of the leaderboard and after a few months I stayed to see my output on the bike increase and now I’m in the top 5 percent of the leaderboard. Unbelievable but true.😮I haven’t tried the sirt 6 but I’m going to look into it.

Hi, thank you for being here. I am not sure that DoNotAge has anything for uneven skin. They do have a collagen supplement as well as a hyaluronic acid one, but neither would do much for uneven skin. I think topicals would be your better bet.

Hi Claudia, great interview! How much fisetin do you take as you you mentioned you take it rarely but in higher doses. Furthermore my mom is starting to have some arthritis and I’m planning on getting her some NMN and TMG, is there something else you would recommend? Thank you!
Hi, personally I take between 8-10 capsules for 2-3 days. I am sorry to hear about your mom's arthritis. If it were me, I would also add Omega 3, as they are anti inflamatory

Hi Jane, I am really happy you are here! Thank you for your kind words. It is a bit strange to be back in the US, but we are enjoying it.
Dark under eyes are tricky, as there can be so many reasons for them. Often though, it is our skin getting thinner with age and that’s a tuff one. There are if course creams that promise brightening, personally I have not had too much luck with eye creams though. But u continue to try different ones, Hopi g to find a winner.
Some lasers can be helpful with the u see eye area, if you wanted to go that route. And some swear by PRF under the eye

Hi Mary, more than 30! The right supplements are an essential part of diet for those wanting outsized results. e.g. it is not possible to get enough NMN from food sources.

May I ask why so expensive? The supplements are not affordable for most people. Over $500 for Sirt6 for more than a month supply
I agree with you Annette, the sirt6 is super expensive and I hope the price will come down. I think part of it is the constant patch testing to make sure the patch activates sirtuin 6.

I have just watched this Do Not Age video, and a couple of others, and I was wondering if you take vitamin, mineral and other nutraceuticals along with your longevity supplements? It just seems like I already take so many supplements but I would really like to start taking MNM and others. Any advice? Thanks

Yes, I do take some vitamins as well as a few adaptogenic herbs. I would say adding NMN (and TMG) to your stack is worth it. You might even find that after a while it will replace some of the supplements you already take...

Hi Megan, personally I take between 8-10 capsules for 2-3 days. That works for me, but you might want to play around with it and see what works well for you

When do you take TMG ?
I take mine in the am, but many like to take it at night as it helps them sleep
Not a fan of the new tall containers of NMN. Emptied it into an older, shorter container. I noticed the scoop is different. Nowhere on the package does it state the size of the scoop. Is one scoop 500 or 1000 mg or do you have to use two scoops like in the past to make 1000? I wish they would better label their products. Other products label how much one scoop of product is on the package.
To further confuse matters: the new scoop in the taller container is larger than the old scoop, by about double? Yet, when I go to the website, it continues to claim that one scoop, that is now double the size, is still 500 mg. Huh? I would appreciate clarification so I know how much I'm taking with the tall container scoop.
Hmm, I am not sure. I still rave the old container. But hopefully Alan will chime in

I think that NMN could be helpful as well as Onega 3 as it is anti inflammatory and maybe the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, which can be helpful for joints and connective tissue, however I am not certain if they would make a big difference . But I would also talk to your doctor about LDN. It’s a prescription, but can be very helpful for inflammatory conditions

last few years I've lost probably 30-40 lbs from fasting, (initially 20lbs ... you'd be surprised how much more fat we're carrying than we think...........) but my body seems to have adapted well to making the switch into ketosis. I get high from my ketones. couple weeks ago I did back-to-back 48-hour fasts with a single meal between them (for nutrition and gut biome,) ........... I think the body needs to cycle starvation, that's how it triggers 'sirt6' ... you should probably 'do it the right way' instead of taking supplements. maybe sirt6 doesn't even work if you're not fasting -- effects and results might depend on a multitude of factors all in harmony triggered by the proper state. ... you shouldn't spend big money on supplements, probably..................
Wow, that is amazing, congratulations. However, fasting, while it has many benefits, is not for everyone.
Hopefully we will find out with the current trials if the sirt6 activator does what it promises to do

Are those supplements helpul in your 20s ?!
That is a great question. I would say maybe some of them, such as Omega 3 and Gly-Nac, but for most of them I would personally wait until I was older. In your twenties, things should still be working optimally.

I agree with you, the supplements are quite expensive, which is why I stressed that we do not "need' to take any of them. For many of my viewers they have been quite helpful though

I stick with Renue By Science for many of my senolytics. Still pricey, but they occasionally do 15/20% off, which helps.
I just spent half a million dollars treating stage 4 cancer, so I’m thinking the supplements are quite affordable.

I get reactions and I can't try supplements with multiple ingredients. Sometimes I can't take multiple ingredients. I am not alone. There's a lot of us out here. 🙏🏼 please don't combine them.
If you guys want to look into MCAS and reversing it and histamine intolerance that would be great. It's one the fastest growing diseases since that bad special flu that stopped the world.

I agree Claudia and nowadays when everything is expensive it is impossible to buy products like these and there are other products on the market that are also good.
