Join MommaQuickEats as we pull the nostalgia Rival electric ice cream maker out of storage. We had to google instructions and recipe. We are making homemade chocolate ice cream. We also had an unopened bag of ice cream salt in storage pantry. Ingredients were milk, half and half, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, cornstarch, salt, vanilla extract, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. You will need quite a bit of ice and the rock salt. Enjoy

You know what would be refreshing? If people would learn the difference between ice cream and frozen custard. Ice cream does NOT contain eggs. Frozen custard does contain eggs.
