- Hello! this is an older vlog I filmed back in May and never got to upload. (see previous video for reference!) I wanted to upload it anyway since it was a buddy read with Erica! We really enjoyed rereading a top favorite of ours : the Robe by Lloyd C. Douglas. Hope you guys enjoy!

I read The Mark of the Lion trilogy for the first time this year and they are new all-time favorites! So, I may need to check out The Robe! 😊
The writing is definitely a different style and takes a lot longer to get through than Francine River’s writing. But the story, settings, and characters reminded me a lot of it 🤍 either way, I hope you do pick up and love The Robe. It’s an incredible story!☺️
