- Sharing ANA Airline experience flying from New York (JFK) to Tokyo (Haneda) in economy seats. I’ve read so many great reviews about ANA and can definitely agree with them. I booked my tickets months in advance so I got them at a pretty affordable rate. In the video I show clips of Business, Premium Economy, and Economy seats. Along with everything I ate on the flight
Hope you enjoy the vlog 🙂
If you do plan on visiting Japan, be sure fill out the Fast Track Form before your trip to make it a seamless offboarding process.

love the review, your showing the seat pitch, menu, etc. that looks like heaven. now i am convinced that i do not need to book premium economy on other flights just to survive international long haul - i just need to book economy with ANA. thanks!
Excellent video! Keep making ‘‘em like this!
I was sold, when I saw metal utensils with the meal lol. Definitely would love to try them.
Lmaoo that’s how you know it’s good service
Thank you for sharing this video! Love it so much! It helped me a lot while booking tickets to Asia :D
of course!! Hope you have the best time in Asia!
Love it when there's a lot of empty seats!!! I can't wait to take ANA as well...just booked my trip to Japan :D. Thanks for the heads up about the Fast Track Form also. I can't wait to see your vlogs about Thailand!
Aww thank you so much for the support! highly recommend ANA, hope you have an amazing time in Japan!!
Thanks for sharing!
My wife and I have been on ANA economy, premium economy and business. All three were good experiences. The best in economy was a 2-4-2 configuration out of San, Jose, CA. 34” seat pitch and just the two of us. PE gives you 38” and at 6’2” tall, that extra space means a lot. And business was quite comfortable. Food-wise, between JAL and ANA, I think ANA’s food is better in economy and premium, while JAL was better in business. We’ll be flying ANA business to Singapore in about 7 weeks. The flight out will be on a plane that has “The Room”, their new business class. Can’t wait!
wow thats amazing!! Im def making it a goal to fly PE and business from ANA one day!
hi, ill be flying to tokyo this september and am looking at my options!! if you dont mind me asking, do you have any experience with economy/premium economy with other airlines and how would they compare with ANA? also is the upgrade from economy to premium worth it? i’m 5’0 but i have a nerve condition and im concerned about how comfortable the seats/room is gonna affect me. im not sure how much other airlines recline since ive only flown delta and american since my condition developed (domestic, smaller aircrafts in economy) and both those experiences were uncomfortable.
@@wrenkaneshiro5450 I’ve not flown on any U.S. carrier to Asia, nor do I care to. United is the only one that flies from SFO and I hate them with a passion. As for the upgrade, personally, I think it’s quite worth it. The seat recline is much better and on. JAL, you don’t recline into anyone else. One added bonus on both JAL and ANA is that you get lounge access in premium. Doesn’t mean that much for us in SFO because the lounges are not great, but in Tokyo, both airline lounges are excellent. For us, it’s an 11 hour flight and the fact that you’re more comfortable for those 11 hours makes the flight a better experience. So I think the upgrade is well worth it.
Thank you for the amazing video!
thank you for the BEST comment!!
Only 15 hours from NY to Tokyo, that is really good. My flight from MSP to Tokyo is also 14hrs!! We took ANA from Tokyo to Singapore
awesome economy gets ice cream! i traveling ana soon!
What plane model did you fly on? And how much was the tickets. Also great video. I flew on ANA business class because I got upgraded.
hi. nice to know what to expect. I'm taking the same flight soon, were you on 777 or 787?
What’s the Fast Track form?
Thank you for the video! I was wondering if you brought in both a carry-on spinner luggage and a backpack with you into the cabin. I am considering doing the same for my upcoming trip. ☺
Yes, thats exactly what I carried! I had my own carry on luggage that I put up top. Then I had my personal backpack that I kept with me underneath my seat ^_^ Also had a small belt bag too haha

Hey I always tell my friends to NOT exchange at the airport because they got sick ass fees a friend of mine still did it in London and got ripped off by 100$ 😅 so never never ever exchange money on the airport got to your local bank and ask them if they could give you the currency you want you pay a Small Fee but it’s way better then at the airport 😅😂
Flying this year! Airline: ANA! Where im going: San Francisco to Tokyo-Wait 5h then fly to Bangkok
ahh thats going to be so fun!! enjoy your time there ^_^
Hi did they offer any snacks beside the sandwich?
there were little snack bags, like pretzels. Also a meal before the sandwich
I will be taking ANA from JFK in a week and will transfer flight to China. Do I need a PCR test negative result to be boarding the plane to Japan?
As long as your vaccinated with the 3rd booster you should be fine! But recommend checking with the airline to be sure
Yeah I have the same question too. 3 doses can skip PCR tests right ?
@@sheryim3697 Yes! I did not need a PCR test since I had 3 doses. Highly recommend to fill out the Japan fast track form, it makes it much easier to disembark as that form will display a QR code that you're triple boosted
@@Soul.Munchie thx
Using them in September to go to Hong Kong with a 3 hr layover in Tokyo. I just hope I can sleep through the whole 13 hr flight
Oooh Hong Kong is on my bucket list!
Damn I booked with United 😕😕😕
What time was your dining schedule do you remember? It feels like you're not able to sleep with so much food and snacks 😂
haha soo much food they offered. If i remember correctly, the first meal was given within the first 2 hours, then maybe 6 hours later was the next meal?
@@Soul.Munchie oh that's wonderful thank you! I also like the idea of not sleeping or trying not to sleep the night before so you're sleep schedule won't be out of wack. Thanks for the tip
I like ANA.
loveee ANA!

Waa? My life has officially changed.
How are you. Are you japanese just curious. Your english is perfect. Was ana strict with checked bag. You know i am always 24kg for checked bag lol
Oh man, micro agression here. She is American. English is her first language.
@@bk10200 You're the kind of person to yell "micro aggression" whenever people asks kind questions. Bro just asked if she was japanese and then asked for baggage. Nothing to dramatise.
