ANA is my favorite airlines, i actually flew them first class on my birthday and i had not mentioned anything to the crew about it, but they found out and made me a birthday cake and gave me a card along with a lot of japanese snacks. The fa’s were so kind and attentive and it’s a flight i will never forget.
would love a watch video from Jeb. Longines, Sinn, PF and now GS are some that I remember from other videos, quite a collection if it were just those four
As a person who waited for an ANA flight review since your inaugural Delta A350 flight and Garuda Indonesia’s Bali flight to and from Tokyo-Narita from 6 years ago, I’m so happy you finally had a chance to fly ANA.
@@GreenerGrass I remember that too! What a great video that was but I want to know can you plz try and fly United Airlines from San Francisco to Honolulu and then on to Guam 🇬🇺 nonstop and then Tokyo? If you put all those flights together, it is their longest flight across the Pacific and it’s operated by a B777-300ER with their fabulous new cabins! 😅
Haven’t flown ANA but have flown JAL and love the Japanese service. The flight attendants, especially on my NRT to BKK flight, were so wonderfully attentive. I am always amazed on international flights that the FAs remember what language to speak to whom!
Jeb's finally covering ANA's business class! As expected, this is nothing short of amazing. I personally prefer ANA over JAL since it feels more modern overall, but both airlines are really fantastic. Looking forward to a JAL video as well :)
That is definitely a room. The fact that Suzanne was able to sit beside you comfortably is just crazy. And the food looked next level. 😋 do first class next time Jeb 😂
I do admire how all these UA-cam bloggers when they get hitched somehow can’t seem to exist without their partners and feel the need to bring them in to their videos as if they no longer have a separate personality. And it’s always men.
never been in the JFK lounge but let me say ANAs lounges in Tokyo are incredible, I was flying out of narita so I cant speak for haneda but I loved the narita one there was so much food and it was all so good, assuming you're flying ana out of Japan I can promise you a great lounge
I was in Terminal 7 last August with my husband and niece and I loved how quiet the terminal was and very little walking to our gate, heading home to Dublin after been in New York, loved it there
Haven't managed to fly ANA yet but I've witnessed their service while they were still serving the airport I used to work at. Absolutely mindboggling and if I ever feel the urge to fly to Japan it 100% will be on ANA!
@PaulStewartAviation AGREED 100 percent! The ANA The Room Biz Class really puts JAL SkySuite to shame a bit there and in that aspect their Suite First Class even makes the JAL First Class to shame a bit too I’m afraid JAL needs an updated cabin and feel to match the INCREDIBLY GREAT ANA hard products… 🇯🇵 😊 A shame really… 😞
I appreciate your honesty when it comes to certain areas of a trip. Whenever I prepare to fly to a new destination, I always try to find reviews about the airport, the hotel, and the basic ammenities (e.g. food services, safety) that are in the area. If a restuarant or a hotel is concerned about their ratings, I believe they should find a way to improve thier services!
FINALLY!!! I’d been waiting for you to cover the Japanese airlines and Shinkansen (bullet train). Hope you continue to introduce us the Japanese trains after this. By the way, after watching your Amtrak videos, my husband and I recently experienced the sleepover train, which was so much fun! Thank you for your videos!
The Japanese never fail to impress me! I've flown with AND once and despite not getting the luxuries of first or business class, it was still a nice experience!
I love the positive vibes of your videos. I was so close to visiting NYC at one point myself. I had experience with modeling and in late 2015 I was in contact with Capcom about the facial likeness role of Leon for the Resident Evil 2 Remake. I failed to mention I also have a voice acting background, in the end I lost the part and I can't forgive myself for wasting such an opportunity. That would've been a real dream come true to visit New York. All the best!
Hi Jeb, we met you in the immigration line at Haneda. THANKS for this nice review. And a special THANK YOU for the idea of starting this trip in YYZ. Safe travels to you and Suzanne.
My aunt always gave a JAL Calendar to my Mom at Christmas. And I recently learned she has never been to Japan! I Guess it was sort of a cool thing to do around 1979. And then for 30 years.
ANA seems like a new addition to the channel! I've always wanted to got to Tokyo and I live in the NYC area, so this is an upload that I am specifically interested in. Great video
It's great you got to experience ANA's The Room. I was on an ANA 777 in business in their prior generation business class and it was outstanding. It made flying 10 hours roundtrip SFO-Narita feel like it went fast.
ANA are hands down the best airline I have ever flown. I flew Sydney Australia to New York and they did it in two hops. Syd-Tokyo then they put us up overnight at their hotel at Narita. The next day over the pole to NYC . The economy was only about a quarter full and when a beautiful flight attendant noticed I hadn't eaten the noodles suggested she show me how to eat them properly as there was a sauce sachet under the bowl I didn't notice. She motioned for me to move over and proceeded to feed me by hand. She poured the sauce over the noodles then fed me the noodles expertly with chopsticks. When I said I had never tasted Sake , she left and returned with a heated glass for me to try. When I was deplaning in NYC she presented me with a 6 pack of Sake ..... Now that's service!!!!
Hi Jeb and Suz, I really enjoy watching your videos and you have a great team dynamic. Your videos give positive vibes, not over-stated, and it's just an all-around good time.
Hi Jeb, I’m Japanese who lives in US. I’m glad to see you covered ANA business class which I think world best business class ! If you are still in Japan, I would recommend you to experience Japanese Luxury Sleeper Train “Seven stars (nanatsuboshi)” running through Kyushu area.
This was a video that I was excited to see recommended to me to watch! ANA Business Class "The Room" was my first time flying with ANA during my trip to Singapore. My flight was a lengthy 12-13 hour journey from Chicago to Narita in Japan as a stop before I got on my next flight that took me from Narita to Singapore. I did not pay for business class at all when I booked my flight. I was originally supposed to be economy. The lady checking in my bag told me that my seat got switched to an emergency row which I was not a big fan of. I don't like sitting there at all and don't feel comfortable with that level of care for the plane. I told her that and she said I could upgrade to business class for $450 USD dollars which I said "Hell yes!". Alright, the lounge experience for me. I don't honestly remember which lounge I went into but it was amazing! Trying out a lounge for the first time was a wonderful feeling and felt very luxurious. I didn't spend much time in there so I can't touch on that very much. Overall, best experience to try out a lounge for the first time. The flight experience: For my first business class, man I got spoiled to experience this! The flight crew were so nice and made you feel welcome. The seat felt nice and roomy (haha get it?). The pre-flight drink was a treat! I got orange juice since I don't drink very much alcohol and didn't sleep the night before. The little kit they give you was nice to have I ended up taking the slippers with me to use at where I was staying in Singapore. That yuzu spray saved me a lot when I was starting to stink up from almost a 24-hour flight day. I do agree that the movie choice was very limited. I was lucky to find a few movies that I knew off and rewatched those. The cameras to see under you and in front of the plane were amazing to see! My grandpa would have thought that was a wonderful feature if he were still alive. The towel they give out reminded me of when I would go to hibachi grills and they gave out those hot towels before the meal started. I didn't use the headphones since I had my own and prefer those. I didn't get the chance to experience the full meal since I am vegetarian. I really hope they cater a bit more to us non-meat eaters at some point. I had two bowls of the corn soup and other food I could not remember. I heard of corn soup from a few UA-camrs who live in Japan so I had to try it. The corn soup was soooo good. I told one of the flight crew members that it was so good and she told me I could have as much as I liked. Almost took advantage of that and wish I did. The bed was such a wonderful experience and I loved being able to lie down. I was able to get some sleep but I mostly just laid down to just relax and let myself be calmed by the sounds of the plane. Planes are a comfort thing to me. I have never been scared to fly at all. My grandpe was in the Air Force and had his own plane at some point. When I fly, I fly knowing he is there right beside me making sure I am okay. I know that aviation is very thorough with making sure planes are safe. Glad you had a great experience with this business class! Thought I would compare my experience with yours.
That was great fun! Looks like you did have plenty of room. Thanks for taking us along and yes, please, do fly first class when you can. We'd all love to share in your experiences.
Jeb, i always loved your videos because your contagious enthusiasm, but let me tell you that since your wife Susan came onboard these vlogs have raised the level. I love watching your interactions and personal and individual feedbacks on the products of the airlines you experince. Great job guys and i'm looking forward to check more videos of you. Big hugs from Spain
Thank you for another such a great, informative, awesome video with such gorgeous views of the sky. I’ve been recommending your channel to my close aviation pilot buddies and friends in general. Jeff: Something else that I’ve been also admiring since day one when I stared watching your great videos and subscribing to your channel, is the nice, beautiful and pristine watches that you always wear( Omega, Grand Seiko, Tag Heuer, Rolex, Breitling, etc); Simply admirable. I’m a watches collector plus a traveler and an aviation lover all my life. It’s more than obvious that you have an amazing collection of beautiful time pieces( would love to see it someday). Keep up the awesome work !!!
Jeb, especially great music selection for the taxi sequence. I love seeing you and wifey with those “pure happiness” smile in these videos. Amazing trip, thanks for taking us with you. I hope to be on you level one day.
Jeb, I was waiting for this video! I was born in Greensboro and then moved to Tokyo when I was eight after my dad graduated from UNCG. My dad (who lives in Tokyo) and I are huge fans of yours. Keep up the good work!
Hey Jeb, we're going to need a watch collection video some time. I've seen you wear some beautiful ones, but this GS GMT is absolutely stunning! Love the Videos!! 👍
Can't tell which watch Jeb is rocking on this trip....used to fly out of T7 on Cathay back to China way back when I was a student, glad to see Jeb visiting JFK and finally making a visit to Asia!
I was fortunate enough to fly JAL business class from Haneda to LAX back in May. Really great flight experience. Haven’t tried ANA yet, but its on my to do list.
ANA is the best airline. Every department is so detailed oriented and care about the customer experience. I am just shocked. SHOCKED there was not a rice bowl.
Wow looked like an amazing experience from the room to the food. What a great way to travel on a long haul. Great video as always Jeb and Suzanne! And RIP to your headphones 😔 you jinxed it lol
The Room is very impressive to say the least. I’m very excited to see when JAL starts flying their new business class and it would be interesting to compare the two
I’m glad to hear the the JFK airport is being renovated. I don’t travel any more, but my memory of that airport was that it felt like being in a third world country in some areas. I wish you luck in finding an excellent headset!
It depends which terminal you are in since the airlines run the terminals and invest in their ammenities. T5 and T8 are relatively new and fine. T4 and T7 need some love.
I appreciate the information and the criticism. With spending near $10k on a business class seat, I would expect WiFi included. They seem to do a very good job of this flight. I would spend the money for this flight.
Hi Suzanne and Jeb. What an impressive business class seat/ apartment; was amazed by the partition and door, but the most outstanding item was the Japanese food- totally 5+ Thank you both for another great flying experience. Cheers from Melbourne, Australia
You gotta love Asian airlines. My friend came to Chicago on JAL, and she said it was great. Personally, I’ve never ridden any Japanese airlines, but I’ve ridden on quite a few Chinese airlines and I can say that Asian airlines are the best!
Jeb, I have a pair of Klipsch earbuds (wired) I use when I travel. I think they do a great job of keeping out noise. Mine came with three different size earbud tips. I've had them for about 12 years, and when I needed another set of tips, they sent them to me at no charge. They were a little pricey but have served me well over the years.
Hey Jeb love you videos! If earbuds are your preference, given your love for planes I recommend getting the Bose Proflight Series 2. They are legit pilot earbuds but have aux and bluetooth and a stellar mic. Is it overkill at $1000? Yes. Worth it and fit the theme for the channel? Hell yes!
Thanks for reminding us in one of your videos to stop sitting on our airline points. I've been to California recently for family event. I wanted to go back to check out an event, which will be occurring during the holidays. But the prices were so high I just could not afford the trip. When you admonished us to use our points, it finally hit me that over 20 years, I had slowly accumulated about 200,000 points on my home city airlines. So not only was I able to cash in 100,000 of those points for a round-trip flight. But I'll be riding on the last aircraft on my bucket list that I've never been on. An A350. I've been on every other size commercial airline, from the ATR prop planes all the way up to the Airbus A380 Thanks for advising us to use it or lose it.
I’m an airline and watch enthusiast, so I really appreciate that Jeb pairs his watch with the country he’s traveling to. ❤
would love a watch video from Jeb. Longines, Sinn, PF and now GS are some that I remember from other videos, quite a collection if it were just those four
Good gracious you know watches like many of the subscribers know planes! That's soo impressive! 😂❤
As a person who waited for an ANA flight review since your inaugural Delta A350 flight and Garuda Indonesia’s Bali flight to and from Tokyo-Narita from 6 years ago, I’m so happy you finally had a chance to fly ANA.
Old school!! Thanks for your long-time support!

9:47 Susanne clearly watched the Airplane! Movie 😂
Jeb's finally covering ANA's business class! As expected, this is nothing short of amazing. I personally prefer ANA over JAL since it feels more modern overall, but both airlines are really fantastic. Looking forward to a JAL video as well :)
I would love to see a JAL video too!
JAL has improved so much especially since they introduced the Airbus A350s
Being a New Yorker I love to see the wings of the iconic TWA building..... brings back many memories..
As someone who's flown ANA domestically within Japan and JAL from LHR to HND in J, I can't choose. They're both excellent carriers.
That is definitely a room. The fact that Suzanne was able to sit beside you comfortably is just crazy. And the food looked next level. 😋 do first class next time Jeb 😂
Jeb & Suzanne are like the mommy and daddy of flight bloggers. Any one else agree?
Thats an odd way to put it 😅
Yes they are. Such a lovely couple ❤❤
I would say cool aunt and uncle since no kids.
Yes!!! Totally!

I’m a homeschool mom of 4 who is home all the time and your channel is my new comfort watch ❤😂
I have never had the pleasure of travelling with ANA but I have done so with JAL not too long ago and I think they were superb.

Love your videos Jeb! Hopefully see some Japan content!
I always enjoy your travel videos. No exception here, especially from my hometown airport.
Hey Jeb, we're going to need a watch collection video some time. I've seen you wear some beautiful ones, but this GS GMT is absolutely stunning! Love the Videos!! 👍
Hi Jeb, I flown this ANA business class 2 years ago. Loved every second of the 13 hour flight from Tokyo-haneda to JFK.
It’s amazing how fast you get around! Keep it up!
Is call editing lol
Can't tell which watch Jeb is rocking on this trip....used to fly out of T7 on Cathay back to China way back when I was a student, glad to see Jeb visiting JFK and finally making a visit to Asia!
I'm just here for the bloopers! And Jeb about to get slapped in 3..2..1..🤜 (video cuts off) 😂
Love that you chose a Grand Seiko for a Japan flight! 👍
I've only flown ANA domestic in Japan. The short flight from Haneda to Fukuoka is still the best service I have ever got on an airline!
I was fortunate enough to fly JAL business class from Haneda to LAX back in May. Really great flight experience. Haven’t tried ANA yet, but its on my to do list.

ANA is my fav, the A380S they have are just the best
Delightful. You two are just delightful. Thank you for another great video.

You gotta love Asian airlines. My friend came to Chicago on JAL, and she said it was great. Personally, I’ve never ridden any Japanese airlines, but I’ve ridden on quite a few Chinese airlines and I can say that Asian airlines are the best!
Go first class next time---do it for us! I would love to see that and you two deserve it!
I love Ana. I’ve been waiting for Jen to do a video on Ana, and it finally happened. I’ve also been in the room.
Thanks for sharing! I will check them out!!
Hell yes!
I literally watched your review of United Polaris Business Class for my trip to Japan! Definitely felt prepared because of it. Thank You!
Absolutely first class ANA!
All Nippon/Japan Airline. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We definitely need ANA first class review.
An A350. I've been on every other size commercial airline, from the ATR prop planes all the way up to the Airbus A380
Thanks for advising us to use it or lose it.
Love your videos Jeb!! Keep up the great work, whenever I see that new video notification.. I always click it!
Flew JAL years ago from lax ,business class to Thailand 🇹🇭 it was fantastic!
Nice video. ANA has improved by leaps and bounds. Nice choice of GS too!
Finally we’re watching you right now so New York City - Tokyo, Japan!
ANA has the best TV in the whole industry. I wanna see it in person
11:11 Wow if that’s Business Class, I can only imagine what their First Class is like!
Perfect timing for this video. Flying the same flight on Friday. Thanks!
The seat reminded me of the seat in an Amtrak sleeper.
