Your family scenes are so sweet and charming because they're genuine! There's probably never a quiet moment in the house when all of you are together! Watching the family stretching session was really the most fun stretching I have ever seen!
Congratulations on understudying several roles in "Sleeping Beauty!" I could perform the sleeping part, although the beauty would be quite a stretch. 🤣
I'm very glad you are doing so well at relaxing! It can be very difficult to change one's habits so determination and motivation become very important!

A characteristic many perfectionists have is that one tends to be very good at finding faults and nitpicks in/about oneself, but is more likely to disregard the significance of "small" achievements, or to downplay them eg. "Well, yeah, that's what I expected from myself" or "It's not a big deal. Probably everybody can do that."
But can "everybody" really do that?
Perfectionists tend to be very high achievers who have set very high standards for themselves. They often don't realize that some of what they do is truly exceptional and beyond the ability of many people.
Your organizational and time management skills are perfect examples!
Therefore, when a perfectionist is dwelling on one's perceived shortcomings, one should also remember the things one does well.
Ideally, one should also take into account those things one has identified as needing improvement - this is a big first step!
Making a plan or even thinking about making a plan to tackle those is great. Actively working on them is ideal.
Temporary setbacks do not have to mean failure - if one chooses, setbacks can give one the opportunity to reassess the situation and the original plan of improving it.
One learns much better from mistakes than from doing things perfectly the first time. Making mistakes also gives one mental resilience to know that one can handle setbacks.
