I was hesitant to purchase an open box carseat but it came in excellent condition and saved $35. Box was damaged as stated before I purchased it, but the ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxIxQe7nPH74g_xtI5NgiE9-zpGNkfgovw car seat looks brand new and I don't think it was ever used. I will update of course if I have any issues with this carseat but I don't think I will. Also it is surprisingly lightweight, the handle feels secure unlike my previous EvenFlo that was gifted to us. Love it !

That looks like possible lead paint on that table behind you in the beginning of the video! Please consider picking up a lead testing strip and testing it, especially if you have small children.

Francesca Guerra I hand wash in the tub with our homemade nontoxic laundry detergent and then rinse and hang dry. Takes a bit longer but the quality and structure of the seat cover isn’t compromised.
Machine washable?
CalamityJane031 we personally wash by hand with homemade nontoxic detergent and hang dry but I know there are quite a few other parents out there who throw them in the washer and hang dry and they say works fine. I know with such high quality equipment I would rather take the extra time to care for it as much as possible even if that means me spending time hand washing and air drying for the quality to remain the same.
