this is the first time ive seen joe press a guest about a question
And such a stupid question 😂😂😂, he should have kept that attitude with the rock
He presses tons of people. Matt Walsh being a good example but this was kind of a dumb thing to get so persistent about
Answer the fucking question Tom
"Remember the military helicopters"
Why?
Joe needs to shut up. Who gives a damn
Yeah, bit if a weird interrogation topic@@matthewalkman386
Tom green answers questions like a politician
Joe says like a lawyer. Did anyone actually watch the video
@@fyb3rotik yes I did. Joe did say a lawyer….and I say a politician
@@user-hd9qm7td7nmany politicians are lawyers
Apparently, while he was out there alone, he forgot how to answer a simple question.
Joe: I want the truth!
Tom: you can’t handle the truth!
😂😂😂😂😂 I want the truth dammit!!
Why can’t he ever just answer a question straight up 😂
Green channeling Norm Macdonald with the playful answer-avoiding.
If only Joe was like this with The Rock
*BRO WHERE YOU AROUND PEOPLE ANSWER THE QUESTION!!!* 😂😂😂😂
For my old job, I once spent about 2 weeks by myself on the top of a mountain doing a job. Once or twice I maybe saw a person in the distance, but not once did I have any face-to-face interaction with a person that entire time. As someone who tends to like to be by himself, I figured I would be perfectly fine. But no, it's hard to describe, but complete isolation really started fucking with my head after about 10 or so days.
How was it once you started to interact with people after
@@arethouready It's not like I had completely lost it. Yet at least. I readjusted pretty quickly once I got back with real people. But if I was isolated for months, who knows. This experience mainly showed me you can't really predict what isolation will do to you.
Wow, two whole weeks.. lol
I know what you mean! When I socialized again after being isolated for months, it felt bizarre! Almost like I had lost my social skills and had to learn how to have a personality again...
@@stonecoldcustomsTo be fair,I think a major part of it was also that I was also not in a famiiar envoironment like my house or seeing more than those two people from a distance to give me some sense or normality.
This guys mental 😂😂😂 what’s he on about
I spent like 2 years alone in a cabin in the mountains in california..loved it...i kinda miss it..
why did u come back and why did you leave?
@@JohnStockton7459but sitting scrolling creeping on other people isnt 😂
Joe's such an extrovert. Four months without contact from other humans is nothing. It's super nice, actually. At least for someone who's not extremely extraverted, I guess!
@@JohnStockton7459so caught up living in human constructs you think leaving the rat cage is weird.
go and never come back
When I’m alone there are zero problems for me. The minute I get around people, I have to fight to stay centered. I look out for them without expectations and they reward me with criticism and disloyalty, no one has ever had my back. They bring drama and angst for no apparent reason, and I don’t participate but I get blamed for some of it. It boggles my mind. I am a sigma male lone wolf for 30 years now. When someone screws me over, I find a stranger and help them in a big way and go back to minding my own business.
Is this a copy pasta
Probably the best couple months ever..
Narrator: it was the entire year
I spent 8 hours alone one time, it was at night, dark, and was in a completely different place the whole time. Then I woke up. I felt like I had to go to work immediately.
Damn Joe he was talking about military helicopters in lala land and you pulled him off it!
I would fucking love to be alone for 4 months that would be amazing
Tom Green avoiding the question. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lol good Lord it's impossible to get Tom to just ANSWER THE DAMN QUESTION bro 😂 HOW LONG DID YOU GO WITHOUT CONTACT WITH PEOPLE
I think he was embarrassed. Like we would look at him like a weirdo if he just answered it truthfully
He'd make an excellent politician.
Maybe he didn't want to. Wild idea I know
He was explaining it. There's more to it than a simple answer. Holy poop...
😂
The feeling of vindication of the bug out van must have been amazing
I just stayed in multiple vans for 5 years. I’ve been with people 3 months, and ready to go back to a van
Where are you just out of curiosity?
New Hampshire
@@coreygalletly723 Are you close to Mandrake Falls haha? Sandler was from Manchester. I was trying for a road trip through there in mid August from Ottawa but we went as far as Lake Placid. It's kinda cool for me as I'm originally from the other side of the continent on Vancouver Island.
So you're not in a big city. What are people from NH like? Are they how they are in Mr Deeds? I know what New Yorkers, Bostonians and those from Jersey and Philly are like but not so much Maine, New Hampshire or Vermont.
New Hampshire is ok. The weather sucks and our marijuana laws suck. The people are ok. I’d say. But besides work I don’t spend much time with people
@@coreygalletly723 I'm from Canada so I feel bad that your laws there are still in the stone age. If booze and cigarettes are fine but weed is not blows my mind.
Some cultures really stick to themselves and don't seem to care if they interact with you or not. In Stockholm people really aren't into talking to anyone but once you pop that bubble they're friendly enough. In Uganda people are so interested in chatting with you it's hilarious. I do enjoy being able to joke around with virtually anyone I meet on the streets and we have a nice chat laughing at whatever. That is good for the soul sometimes. I lived in Ottawa for 2 years and said hello to people on the streets less times than I did in 20 mins in Sri Lanka walking from our hotel to the town (I think it was close to Galle, forget the name). I notice things like that and if you need interaction from others it can be touch. I find if I can chat online a bit it does help.
People in general can suck yes and the good ones are few and far between. So you're probably not missing out on anything.
It's not isolation. It's solitude. Huge difference 🌴
I respect Tom for this. Its nothing to be embarassed about though
Ya Joe is coming off like a bit of a judgmental wanker.
I did an isolation trip for 6 months. It was amazing. There is no way better to figure yourself out as a person.
what did you learn about yourself? considering somthing similar
Me too 9 months in jail
To me it's like Tom changed. I know people grow up ,I get that . But when he talks about his past, I get the impression he's not like that anymore, he doesn't Crack jokes anymore. He went from super funny to this old man . I hope he's OK
I don't find it difficult. On many of my backpacking trips I won't come into contact with another human for a few weeks at least. Even when traveling sometimes my only contact really is the people I see at a gas station before being back on the road.
I dont think Joe realizes how many people are isolated. I still know people who haven't left their home since covid started. The internet fills that social need for many many people
Nothing to me beats being out in the wild though. Just you and nature for days on end really frees you mentally from alot of things. Honestly if I didn't have family or people that cared about me I would stay out in the wild almost indefinitely
Hell yea, AT class of ‘18. Keep rollin’
I don’t see what the deal is. I spend most of my free time alone, not lonely. I take road and camping trips solo, will be doing a few months of driving around to every state and the National Parks in the west while living in my car here soon. I love it.
Most people can't spend one or two days alone without going into a depression. Especially if they know the next day will be more of the same
Y’all think Joe would have kept asking him if he had mentioned something about seeing a bear
Joe thinks there's something wrong with seeking solitude... a lot of very intelligent people prefer solitude... he's making Tom feel ashamed, and like there's something wrong with him.
Overbearing in this interview. Yes being alone can lead to a sense of solitude.
No he’s not, he’s just pointing out that he’s not answering the question. It looks overbearing bc tom is handling it like a jack ass rather than just saying “I don’t want to answer.”
@@jameshorton3692I agree. Tom and Joe's friendship goes way back. This is just a friend pressing another friend for the real answer. I don't think he was shaming him. I think Joe just really wanted to talk about that isolation aspect and get Toms experience from it
@@sentientcardboarddumpster7900 agreed
He answered over and over and over and over again. Jesus drop it. A FEW MONTHS JOE!!
LOL WOW it took Tom a long time to answer how long he was alone. Vanlife Rocks
We are never alone.
I don’t mind being alone at all. Actually, the less contact I have with other people the better I feel.
Weird Tom never mentioned that his dog kept him company. He wasn’t alone. Poor Charlie the dog gets no respect :(
He mentioned Charlie at the beginning
He clearly mentioned his dog multiple times
Bro maybe pay some fckn attention
@@Neckoyawhy u have to get aggressive? Chill
Sit down! shut up! focus! Lmao jk
3:12 I've never felt more heard as a fellow young adult cancer survivor
Joe asked him the one question like 50 times lol
This guy reminds me of "The Truth" from GTA San Andreas...if you know, you know 😂😂
I spent one year in solitary confinement in the California SHU.
Tom's videos from that time are really well done. Go check em out.
He was not alone, he had a dog, probably better company than most people
Tom Green is a cool guy. I've always liked and admired him.
I once went 6 months without seeing hardly anyone. I just went through an atrocious break up. Went broke. Decided to go back home to my moms for a couple of weeks to get into the army. They had me jump theough hoops for 6 months making me think that every couple of weeks i would get in.....my mom worked nights and slept days so i never really saw her and lost most of my friends in the break up. Then finally gave up and went straight into driving a cab 14 hours a night on the night shift. Once qent two months without taking a night off. And people wonder qhy im a little nuts. 🤷♂️
i was alone for a couple days once and i had a revelation that all people are trash.
Don't forget one big thing joe... we are armed
The only we become a dictatorship is if Trump criminal ass wins.. Facts

Hey where we can find the full Interview?
Hi, you can find full episode on Spotify #2108 Tom Green
Tom is like being polite about the fact that the point is not to see people
Tom lives near me absolute gem of a man.
Try 4 years. Shadowbanning should be illegal.
In general censorship should be punishable.
@@86Corvus Yet here we are. World doesn't operate on should.
I’m an over the road truck driver, most days I only talk to my dog. It’s insanity
I cant answer the question cause im isolated 😂
Tom Green and Joe Rogan should run for President and Vice President
TOM GREEN 🎉🎉
That was Don Frye 2.0
Tom Answered the question worse than asking a woman how many baby dads she have 😂😂😂
He's definitely murdered someone and buried the body in that desert.
That's just Tom leave him alone. Joe can't go a second in his life with out being praised or around people.
Joe 'answer the God Damn question' Rogan
For reference on how such a thing could happen, see Star Wars, episode 1-3.
Bum is on the cheese
My bum is all alone....
Hahahaha are you a lawyer joe asks 😂
ussually tom is the king at making things akward like connan but joe knocked it out the park in this one lol
He answered the question....
Damn joe...clean out your ears
“Daddy would you like some sausage”😂😂 iykyk

Bruh I wasn’t truly alone I was still interacting with people but I got dumped a year and a half ago and I was all alone stuck in CO and man I thought I was genuinely going crazy bruh
when the celebrities are worrying..................
This guy answers questions like a politician. A sure sign that he is not being honest.
Where’s Glen with his cutlass sierra
And if there's not a reason, Just manufacture one!
That AI thumbnail
Had to do laundry?😅😅😅
The idea that one could have potentially met Tom Green bugged out in a van in the desert!
Joe seems like he needs to unplug for 6 months or a year and only read the local newspaper.
He was probably stoned the entire time and can't remember jack, lol.
4 months , rookie numbers
Joe pretty much owes his success to Tom. He basically copied his podcasting format from the early days.
im from 1984 and tom green whas my inspiration to do wacky stuff like him in school :p
Hahahaha the comments. Exactly what I was thinking. BRO just answer the question!! He’s like “well.. (proceeds to tell another story)
For God’s sake man, just answer him!
I've been alone for over 15yrs. I run into ppl at Doctors and groceries. I try not to engage. When I do I say something stupid, repetitive, or awkward. I'm a loser..
it can happen to the best of us brother
Ul find ur lane n when u do ul b a better more introspective man from it.or a crazed serial killer but either way ul find ur lane
How god damn long tom?
I've been saying the same shit!
Joe not being able to be away from people gives him weakness. "Only Joe" is not a good thing for him. It will break himself
He doesn’t answer straight means he is hiding something
Guy can't answer a simple question.
Why interrogate the guy bro
I honestly wish i could be able to disappear for a couple months just to kinda have like a hard reset in a way and see what its even like. I honestly think i would enjoy it if i was still able to do the things that i enjoy doing by myself.
I think the better question would have been to ask Joe "What's the longest time he has spent alone?" because by the sound of his curiosity, I don't think Joe knows how to be alone very long at all .
Why he’s so embarrassed to answer.. ain’t nothing wrong about isolating urself from the bs
Joe is weird . Let people tell things how they want too. He wasn’t avoiding the question . He was just explaining it with context and detail
Damn it would be extremely hard to go even a week without my friends or gf. Everyone's different, especially artistic legend Tom Green
Ask someone with severe chronic depression and anxiety…
He answered the question. Part of needing a divisive answer is needing confirmation from our idols. Your feelings are your gods. give the guy a break, Jesus.
I've gone more than 5 months without seeing another white person. That's kind of trippy.
These are the consequences for having relations with a moose
What if Tom spent those 4 months creating a business plan for undercutters pizza 🤔
Rogan goes far too overboard with all the conspiracy stuff.
I don't get why he is embarrassed saying he had no contact people for 3-4 months. That is a goal of mine to do at some point in my life, hopefully in the near future
I’d rather spend a year alone before listening to this dude talk again gawd damn dawg 😂
