Always excited to see Consider the Source get some love! These dudes are my favorite group to catch live. Also, it's crazy how much Gabe's double neck has evolved in the last 3 years.
Everything these guys touch turns to gold. They are Midas incarnate. If you are unfamiliar, do yourself a favor and check out their originals. If you do, you will be forever grateful to have stumbled across this video.
Wake from your sleep The drying of your tears Today, we escape, we escape Pack and get dressed Before your father hears us Before all hell breaks loose Breathe, keep breathing Don't lose your nerve Breathe, keep breathing I can't do this alone Sing us a song A song to keep us warm There's such a chill, such a chill And you can laugh A spineless laugh We hope your rules and wisdom choke you Now we are one in everlasting peace We hope that you choke, that you choke We hope that you choke, that you choke We hope that you choke, that you choke
@@Jesstryfox i forgot the sound i was referencing :v hahaha i do not get my own joke now hahaha could you explain me?? hahaha (my comment was from 2 years ago)
Mike Carpenter I've read your comment in the beginning of the video and and thought "no way, this guy is going to be right about it". Then as soon as the guitarist got to that crescendo i thought "yeah, he is spot on about this!". Now I'm imagining what would be like Radiohead playing a GY!BE song. 😂
This guitarist reminds me of the legends of 1960s and 1970s. It's like he has channelled the rock 'n roll holy spirit inside him. I thought people like this guy no longer existed. Wow
These guys know a thing or 2 about dynamics ! Love how they can get quiet beautiful ... loud beautiful ... loud shred fest explosions of rythm and melody Gabriel really shreds this one out at the end 😄❤️
Someone give this man a violin/cello, that’s what he needs.
yeah or just take his tremelo bar off him.
He typically plays central asian and turkic folk instruments
No violin needs this man
I prefer the fretless guitar
All he need
Another person who realizes that song needs to be like a good 2 minutes longer :)
I've found that the yearning for a great song to be longer, actually adds to the song's sadness and beauty.
@@leeskinner9627 And I have found myself stuck between two great comments
@@leeskinner9627 damn.

one of the most legendary solos i've ever heard, i need to start listening to these guys
They are so good. I’ve got another two songs from that night I think I’ll upload but their original stuff is really great too.
@@KirkwoodImaging i like closer to home by them
it started a good 40 seconds earlier but i agree they are such a phenomenal band!
@@IANFLEGAS ik, thats just my fav part
YES. Beautiful rendition. The vibrato conveys the haunting that Yorke's voice emotes. Nicely done.
Damn! Very powerful song! Made people shut up! The way the band plays it reminds me of King Crimson very cool.
I wish i could go back to the summer where these guys were playing all of these radiohead covers. It made for some spectacular sets of music!
This is fucking badass! I clicked skeptically and was pleasantly blown away. The sounds you can pull out of the guitar is dynamic.
Insane. The interpretation is awesome.

This gave me chills ! That 5:00 min mark and the drop are so intense 🤘🏻😈🤘🏻great cover ! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Such a chill!
Absolutely 🤞🏻
I usually think the double-neck is a bit of an affectation. But this guy owns it. And the drummer also taking the acoustic guitar part. Just wow.
One neck is fretless in this guitar
dont even need a singer excellent rendition. absolutely talented all of them
Their music is astral and completely UNIQUE
Suprised he didnt start crying, i wouldve if i ever learned to play that hard. The Passion is def there
Beautiful!!! I keep coming back to this and it never fails to amaze me
This is some amazing musicianship here. Perfect cover
4:25 chills, holy shit
Seen this band about 20 times over the yeee years and I hope to see them 50 more times after Covid is over ! And the crowd goes wiiiiiiiiiild 😄
UA-cam suggested this video to me while I'm playing the same song on my guitar. WOULD YOU BELIEVE THAT
Well, i didn't expected it to be actually really good
That's so incredible! You are perfect! I listen this song like twice daily ❤
Amazing bro❤ God bless you i needed that❤
Holy shit!!! Loved the extra shizzle at the end. 👏
This insane. This is Divinci's Mona Lisa. This is art

Q: how much feel do you want In your "Exit music (for a film)" cover?
Consider The Source: YES
Bro this brought instant chills when you started playing, great job!
This is what the song would be like if Muse had written it.
That is honestly the perfect way to describe this cover imo. Would love to see these guys live
This is incredible words cannot describe how hard this goes
That was FANTASTIC!

Bruno E. Polack 😂 there are the same sounds throughout all Spongebob episodes. At the time spot you commented, I heard one. That’s all 🤷🏻♀️ 😆
Holy shit this reminds me of Godspeed You Black Emperor - Sleep

holy fuck. this is beyond incredible. there are no words.
HOLY FUCKING SHIT WHO IS THIS GUY
That's really cool. What a neat interpretation!
This guitarist should be globally famous. Jimi Hendrix level..
Started off as a cover, ended up as a tangent in Bm
It's called a jam
Outstanding!!!
Holy Mother of God! Simply eargasm!
This reminds me of Steven Wilson, just perf
Inpresionante, UN SOLOBLEGENDARIO.!!! , no se pero de me salio una lagrimita 😢😢
The feel he has blows my mind
One of the greatest thing i ever seen
Absolutely killer!
Stunning
ffffing brilliant
I didnt expect the fretless guitar

one of the sickest bands to ever grace us with their presence.
Oh my god....mourning

Me: "Why wouldn't you just sing the lyrics...?"
COS: *hits the solo*
Me: "Oohhhhh, that's why."
increible - excelente
I'm scared .. this rendition is soulful
Godfuckingdamn that was beautiful!
Phil Lynott, EVH, Hendrix. All look down at Earth and see their legacy of *feeling* the music continued, around 5:25.
Mindblown!
Ta loco, eu adoro essa musica. Que arrepio, belo solo
this is the best cover of Exit Music? Really?
not really.
i don’t think so but it’s still really fucking sick seeing these guys cover it so well in such a unique way i think
@@Shiva108 check out their Relix version.. its higher quality and mind blowing..
Yeah it's actually pretty bad.
show me a better one
oh my god yes

This is Radiohead played by Pink Floyd
whoa!
Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwww
Wow!
My favorite part was when everyone shuts the fuck up
Genial 🙌
Because Yorke harmonizes with the other instruments is why this guitarist is able to mimic his sound by just playing.
What the fuck does this mean?
i love that the crown was talking and all shut up like "oh shit, shits about to get real"
WOW
The solo reminds me of Anaesthetise by Porcupine Tree
Damn.
