Mizzix's Mastery makes that Enter the Infinite cost 4 instead of 12, so its not completely jank, lol. A few sorcery tutors would take this crazy ride to the next level. Maybe Gamble to keep with the zany energy the deck has?

My locus god has way more instant and socerys. And a bunch of creatures enchantments to lower the cost. 9 counter spells 18 draw cards. It's does ok
You should definitely consider symmetry matrix. It does the same kinda thing as discovery with ashnod's altar, but you can end it whenever you want
You should play burning rings and maybe jin gitaxian sinthes... those 2 are great for storm play
But jin kinda counter the locust so maybe just the ring
