Nil I have the exact same thing when it comes to germs. It’s hard to deal with. Anytime anyone says they feel like they are getting sick around me, I panic and get really anxious. Whenever someone is coughing behind me in class I freak. I used to have it a lot worse, but it has gotten better with time. I find that going to the gym helps, as working out makes your immunity stronger, so I think that is important too!! Also, keeping a positive mindset really helps. Although it’s hard to say you won’t get sick, keeping positive and reaffirming that you are healthy can help too. Anyway, I hope it’s reassuring that someone else experiences it too!🥵😊

im the same when im around germs, I always have a mask, wipes, and hand sanitizer with me. it helps me mentally, knowing i can cover my mouth and nose, use my hand sanizer, and/or wipe down a surface, makes me feel so much better
