I've been in college for 2 years now and I have never seen a professor be that unprofessional as to not introduce himself or the course. It's important for the students to know who the teacher is, how they got into teaching and why they are passionate about the course they are presenting to the class. For me the difference is huge, considering I was straight F's in high school and now I'm holding up with mostly A's in college. The teacher's passion for the subject of the course can reflect positively on students to get them interested in the material and to challenge them to come up with their own conclusions within the course.

My college has a no loungewear rule. Teachers have the right to remove you from class if you wear leggings, or sweats. It’s disrespectful to the professor, and theyre less likely to write you a good letter of rev. If you show effort by dressing nice they will see you care about what they’re teaching. 🤷🏻♀️ this was common courtesy taught to me when I was young though
KLS you’re welcome 👍🏻 if someone showed that they couldn’t even be bothered to get dressed for a meeting with you it would likely be upsetting to you as well. It’s why you dress up for interviews 😁

@@faith5510 High school isn't the worst but it definitely will be hard if you take AP classes. Just remember to prioritize and not procrastinate as much. I was the biggest procrastinator but still ended up with good grades so you'll be fine, just do your homework :)

@@dllastexas2659 What I know about the college I'm looking at (I'm a freshman in high school tho) is that you pay like a couple thousand dollars extra and can get breakfast, lunch and dinner for "free" the whole year, or you can not pay for it upfront, and just pay every time you get a meal separately. If you usually eat somewhere besides the campus it's recommended.

@@____________6063 oh, well college classes are much much more tough than high school classes, so that's why college students typically only have a couple classes a day
