I have 3c hair but my hair can gain moisture really quickly and then loses it quickly as well so I mostly just leave it for a month(in 4 plaits) because I am mostly just home and if it is in braids I take it out after 4 weeks and wash out all the hair products coz I have psoriasis and it is very itchy.
I think the whole hair grows from being dirty is from people not messing with the hair for a long time… but now we know it’s the protective style/ not combing n messing with your hair every day that allows it to retain length. Not poor hair hygiene lol
can you help me so I have 4b hair but its very coily, so i watch 4c hair ticktocks. the problem is that my hair is burnt out it is kinda short in the front long in some places. ive noticed some of my hair growth but the thing is i cant tell the difference between the burnt hair and virgin hair because anytime I wash it, it all looks the same so can you do a video on that please

I have 4c locs which I wash one a week because of my active lifestyle. I used to wash it 2/3 times a week and use a hair dryer when I went to the gym.
I have type 4ab and I was every two weeks. 1x a week left my hair hard and dry.
