My crown is similar. It doesn’t match the rest of my curl pattern. It simply has its own personality. :)
So cute! I love how detailed this video is. I want to grow my hair out as well, and am experimenting with more protective styles. My plan is to keep is braided or bunned a majority of the time, and wear it out/hanging just 20 percent of the time.

I am so excited for this low manipulation style series! I've got stuck in a rut of tiny braids for my 11 Yr old which we leave in for weeks at a time. When she goes to secondary school I know I'm going to have "up my style" game and these styles look like she'll be able to start doing them herself too! You are my hair angel Abbie 😇 💗

I’m here for these low maintenance styles, I work in a hospital so I only get to wear my wash n go out for 2 days before it’s in a high puff for next 5-7 days

I’ve been subscribed for a couple of years now because I’m always waiting for a new video. They are very beneficial to me. I really like the braid. For me I will be wearing a braid the whole summer unless I’m going somewhere special and need to do a twist out or wash and go. Your hair looks great!

Your braid is nice, which is how I use to wear mine, and I have to section mine as well. Last summer I wore a braid most of the time and actually stopped using a hair tie. Without the hair tie, I can wear my braid lower, which I prefer. Nice video as usual. 😀

Can you do two plats on both sides? You'll look so pretty, but be careful with hair in the middle section when you part in the middle for the plats
I recently installed some mini twists and the urge to chop my hair was sooooooo strong. My hair survived though lol.
Am also trying to see how far I can go.

I love these simple styles. ITA...wash and go is not wash and go. lol This is an excellent style for Spring/Summer. Definitely will wear. What Denman brush are you using? (I think it is a Denman. Love the pink!) Beautiful!!!

What is the scarf you’re using called?
How long did you let your hair air dry before starting because I did this and my braid was so skinny and curled up even though I let it air dry for a half hour. The curling probably happened because I went to sleep instead of heading out. I have thick hair too but it was giving me anorexic pony 😂

That’s usually what happens when I have a wet pony tail too. It shrinks and shrivels up lol

Your hair is so thick! We have similar curls, but my hair is only as thick as your bottom two sections. 😅

It’s not the brush that’s dirty it’s just the products she used together this happens to my hair when I put a certain leave in with eco gel on top but it goes away
