For those wanting an explanation. When you tilt the lens of a camera, it tilts the plane of focus. It allows you to throw the edges of the frame, that would be in focus, out of focus. Excellent use of the technique here. Thanks for the link Stephen.

This vid is unbelivable ! Rio is amazing, that is why its called the Wonderfull City ! Im in love for my town. Even the Carnaval is beautiful, full of collors, even i dont like it i recognize its amazing.

The amount of time, effort and money put into those elaborate creations is staggering. Blows the Rose Parade away. LOL
