What a personality! The way Maya was speaking and pouring her heart out really shows her personality and grooming. Gives us a really different aspect of them. People in our society have certain strange perspectives which are already built in them from their childhood and the same thoughts goes to their children. This needs to change! We are moulded in certain ways in the society. If any thing happens which is not a "norm", our people do not realize it as something being important enough. They just push you to be in that same structure they have been seeing from decades. We need to see, learn, understand, empathize and then teach ourselves and the people around us regarding such stuff... Lovely episode Kanwal and team.

Astaghfirullah. Why is kanwal supporting this??? Islam doesn't allow it at all. I thought he was gender neutral, and it is completely fine to bring their struggles and stories but to show a guy changing into girl because it was his "desire" and alter the decision of Allah ta'ala. Things are way better now as people started accepting the fact of their existence and accepting them, still there are lot of difficulties exist for them to live a dignified life. unfortunately, our society is so conservative that they can't stand anyone different than them. If someone thinks or is a bit different from society's accepted standards he considered an alien or abnormal or someone who should be mocked.

What do you want society to do, support, and promote LGBTQ in an Islamic state. Are you serious

I just finished watching the entire episode of Maya. What an amazing personality!! Life is not a bed roses but Maya strived for getting that acceptance and recognition. Kanwal, you are doing a marvellous job by highlighting those topics and social issues which should be discussed and dealt with appropriately. I am happy for Maya. Sorry, I couldn't comment yesterday on this episode as I was busy attending an international conference for English Language educators. I got free today and went straight to You Tube to watch the latest episode of CWK 3. 🌹🌹🌹😊

but is it not haram to change ur gender?

    • @aairaazlan7483

Of course, it is, ALLAH SWT forbids this act. He was born a normal male and decided to change his gender. There is an entire Surah in Quran about such people. He became part of LGBTQ by choice. If he was born intersex, this would have been different because then there is no gunnah on him as he was born with both male and female characteristics. But transgenders and intersex are totally different
