Dear Terri, totally agree with you!. Especially in these times of existential trembling, only nature can heal wounds and calm our souls. She has all the answers and always opens her arms despite everything, despite all the damage she receives every day. Terri, your videos are getting more and more beautiful and deep, they touch the heart! Blessings !!
Hi Terri. Love your videos and knowledge. Also love your calm demeanor. I have a tradition of waking early Sunday morning, making a cup of coffee, prepping my bed with pillows, to prop myself up, slip in under the covers, turn on UA-cam, watch your videos, sip me coffee nibbling on a breakfast cookie. I'm in total bliss. Thank you so much. Do you realize how much calm pleasure you bring to your loyal followers? You are lovely. ❤️
Taking a walk in the Connemara countryside with you and your pups is simply MAGICAL. I am fortunate to have an unspoiled wooded area on my property the counterbalance to my gardens and trellises. Nature is my HEALER and FRIEND, I really don't know how I could cope without it. I always have a crystal from the earth with/on me, very helpful. Thank you Terri, you are a TRUE INSPIRATION🍀🍀🍀
Your videos resonate with me SO often! I too need to get out and just be. Too often I look around and see the "work" I'd like to do, rather then just enjoying what is and connecting with Nature. Thank you and Blessings to you!
Before Christian contact many women of many cultures used to say good morning to the Goddess at an altar or special place in the garden daily. It is a good practice to start again, try it even in our modern world, before heading to the office, touch stone and say good morning OR good night. We offer a bit of our meal, or cornmeal or tobacco.
That's a lovely idea. I do that myself from time to time and we always light a candle with every meal to give thanks. All the little things we can do to make ritual during the day brings the sacred into the mundane.
This was such a lovely reminder to get back outside and enjoy the changing season. One of the things recommended in therapy for anxiety attacks is to "ground" yourself - focus on small details and sensory things like the colors around you, the scents, sounds, and the feeling of things. What better place to do this than outside in nature. No wonder I've always found it so calming! It's easy to get wrapped up in excuses, and sometimes people literally cannot get outside, but as you pointed out, bringing small things from nature inside with you is better than nothing at all. My house is covered in rocks and pine cones and branches and acorns in an effort to bring the calming sense of nature inside with me.
Absolutely agree Terri, having a spot to sit ,mine is my front steps of a morning with a cuppa and watching the wee skinks scuttle amongst the flowers and the thrush feeding her young, new flowers opening, yes nature is good for the soul ,even in my front garden. Always love your stories.
My cousin gave me 8 new trees yesterday to plant on my property after they were seedlings in her tiny yard. They’ll thrive here and bring beauty to the landscape
I have learned to ignore my saboteur, let her jabber on but I pay her no mind. I just keep moving, put on my shoes and coat and head outside for a walk no matter what. Thanks for another wonderful video, I look forward to your videos every week.
A wonderful homestead; I think Ireland is truly a sacred place; I felt it when I toured it in 2003 Your inspiring with your knowledge of the outdoors around you. Being on the West Coast of Canada is very much as what grows around you. Good for you growing all those young trees. And I try getting out before the heavy rains begin. Your doggies love you and like to be outdoors as well. Thanks for being there. Canada
"I'm the guardian of this land", Terri I love that. It makes me see my garden in an entirely different way. Thank you for all the wisdom you share with us
You are so right Terri - push back those negatives that keep us from connecting to who we really are in nature - we are just as much a part of nature as your pretty little oak tree. You are a treasure and I so much enjoy spending time with you through your videos. Take much care.

Oh Therese, you may have had a cathartic release . Everything you have said seems to have touched on why. You have everything that makes you happy but you are missing the connection with "sisters" and have been walking barefoot which must have reminded you of things on a soul level. Sending you love and best wishes xxxx amazing to think you still have roses. They do hang on here til November but they are past their best. xx
Yes, there is so much strength and healing available to us from spending time in nature. Thanks for another lovely video. May you, and all of us, quiet that voice and connect to the deeper, higher part that is one with all there is. We need that more than ever.
I love the way you inspire us all to connect with nature and just to be. As an American Buddhist I notice that a lot of the concepts about connection and observation in nature as a Celtic Pagan are also taught by all my Buddhist teachers. If we could have a lengthy conversation I believe we would have much to discuss if given the chance. I like talking to well connected smart people! LOL I also love your garden. It's not neat little rows but a kind of ordered chaos, the way nature intended. It's so true what you said about being in nature, It truly is a healer. There have been countless times when I've been depressed or confused, taking a walk in nature always turns around this beautiful mess called my mind ! LOL Bye for now, Lots of love from America! :)
Ordered chaos! It definitely is😂 Nature is such a helper. Unfortunately we have been trained to think we are separate from her. She is us and we are she
Speaking to my heart. I was ignoring the little messages to slow down and just be. Out in Nature, in my little garden areas. Now I have an icky cold, (thankfully not the big C.) But more reminders to slow down and connect with what builds me up.
Thank you so much, Terri! This is exactly the message I needed this morning. I flew outside to visit the owl tree and the woodpecker, taking those deep breaths of crisp air, and it put the world (especially the inner one) to rights. Many thanks for the reminder today. Love.
Kindred souls separated by the ocean! My friends think my eclectic and freestyle flower gardens are untamed and need to be more manicured. However I find joy in the randomness of where a plant pops up in its own place to thrive, bringing its’s style and grace to the party. Thank you for the videos, philosophy and time shared.
Thank you Terri for the lovely video . I don’t go out in nature as much as I should , things always seem to get in the way , but Iv decided that as from next week I am going to have me time to get back out there again . She certainly is a wonderful healer . Xxx❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for such a lovely video. I too have the inner saboteur that tells me I’m too busy. Even when I’m in the garden sometimes all I can see are things that need doing. One thing I did for myself this summer was get ready for work 10 minutes early and spend that time just wandering the garden or sitting on the back step before work. I found 10 minutes wasn’t enough time to start any ‘jobs’ but it was enough to feel grounded for the day. I even had a little young Robin friend who would often come and sit with me. Now it’s pretty much dark when I leave for work, so I might have to rethink but it was lovely over the summer.
That is a brilliant self-care practise. It may be dark now but get ready for spring! Just use the 10 minutes now to visualise your garden come springtime.
When you sighed, leaning against that rock, I truly felt it. I will also make a pledge to myself, to go sit and be and notice the natural things around me… it might mean a little walk as I live on the Old Kent Road in London, but there are parks, and then there’s the Thames nearby. Totally relate to the saboteur in me. I pledge to hear her and then to simply ignore her gently. Thank you 🍂🍁🍀
We had our first freeze rather late here in southern Iowa and there are still colors on the trees even some green and this weekend incredible warm temperatures and I have enjoyed doing my work in the gardens. The cold temps will no doubt return and I will embrace it ….however I will make the effort to bundle up and spend time in the garden each day even if its just to sit with a cup of tea and just gaze. This afternoon I am working on two new alters in the garden, one on the east to honor the sunrise and one on the west to honor the sunset. Thank you for making these videos and sharing your knowledge and reminder to reconnect and staying connected to our Mother Earth 💫🙏🏼❣️
I’m in middle Ga. It’s cool this week but in the 70s next. I’m planting collards today and these cool New Jersey cabbages that are cone shaped. Or as I call them the coneheads. They are delicious.
Terri, I want to thank you for taking the time to make videos to share with people around the world. They are always so informative and soul pleasing. This one in particular touched me deeply as you spoke about connecting with nature and looking around at the colours, textures and variety. When you touched the rock I felt your peace. Your photography is superb and you never fail to remind me about the importance of nature in our lives. Thank you for sharing your time and wisdom with us.
I just love your messages. They inspire such peace and love of nature...the real reasons for our earthlyexperiences.Thank you for being such a wonderful guardian of nature.
Who are we ... we all need rest and reflection. It's difficult to deal with SOCIETY. We must be true to "nature". I love your umbrella. I have one just like it. It's an odd and beautiful world. So sad for so many. Yet, you work and work to help make it a better world. Blessings.
Man is a doer, that is our task. It is also important to simpley be and observe sometimes as E. Tolle says 'to be the consiousness for (the beauty of) nature'. Thanks!
Hola! I have just discovered your gorgeous channel and beautiful garden. Thank-you for sharing your Green wisdom with us. Your videos are so well done and sooo inspirational. I hope you have an uplifting Imboloc and a marvelous growing season in 2023! My moto for this year is "Show me Something Beautiful!", and you are doing so. Namaste
Absolutely agree, I love being in nature, especially this time of year we can put of going out, I did the same this week…I’ll just do this first..by the afternoon it was pouring down. Take care.
Thank you Terri for lovely video. I can resonate with all you said about just being , we all need to get out in nature more. I’m grateful to walk on the moors every day as I know how much it helps ground me. 😀
Lovely as always, feels like having a visit with you, I’m the other way though I am always walking out the door, I’m always in woods, or fields or by a river……I feel humility not being in and doing what I feel others do. I cannot be healthy though if I have not the freedom to walk and be outside. I’m finding it a bit difficult with my old dog not being able to go far, so she has her little walks morning and evening, Then I go out again for myself, but not as long as when we would leave the house as the sun came up and come home with the golden hour or even later. Many hours of wandering and discovering, tea in the woods and picnics by the river. But, her sight has gone and her back legs are not strong. 14 years, though and she is still happy, even though she cannot see, she refuses to be on the lead when we are in the field she knows. Anyway, blessing terri have a good week 🙏 and thank you for another lovely film, you look lovely by the way, thought it was the avengers for a minute 😃
Lovely Terri 💓,stay strong and courageous... connection with nature is the only way to be mental and physical healthy...made me emotional...thank you so much! Big hugs 🤗🤗
A lovely place to sit Terri. 💚 I too have places to sit and be one with nature. The gratitude I feel when I do is so beautiful. 💚 To be able to connect with our plant friends is truly a gift that I am so thankful to receive. Once again, thank for sharing your thoughts with us today and your garden as it changes with the seasons. Love and hugs from the Ottawa Valley Canada.
I love your episodes but have never commented. This really struck home with me , thank you for sharing these reassurances with everyone. Your beautiful words and inspirational lessons always fill me with daily functional foundations, the smallest pieces of your wisdom are inspiring to many people. Thank you!!
Wow, so beautiful..the colors the walk with you is so great.. yes you are right..the brain is a strong thing, even with art like I paint with acrylics it's amazing how i have to work on my brain..not to paint everything in a row..it wants to put everything neat in a row. Oh yes ..we must go out..it's so healthy..so agree with you...ugly sabotage .haha.. beautiful colors to paint with .Thank you for a great relaxing walk with you ..
You live in such a beautiful place surrounded by nature. I live in a rural area with deer, raccoons, skunks and possums that run free and are almost like pets. The raccoons know their names! They share the food bowls with the outdoor cats. I just love your dogs and cats. The dogs look happy all the time. Have a great week Terri.
Thank for the beautiful video and the reminder. 🙏 I was just talking with a friend today about how much we miss being out in nature. It has been far too long for me.
Great advice. My small patch of Siberian Elms here on the plains of Colorado is my reflect space. When the weather permits (we can have harsh Winter days) I sit, listen, and soak in the and witness the energies that surround us that unfortunately don't get our attention often enough. If it's night time, gazing up at the universe through gaps in the trees and listening to the night makes we want to stay there and not go back. Each time, day or night, I feel revived, renewed and reconnected when I walk back up to the house. At times, I journalize what I 'learned' or 'discovered' during my time to help give myself a nudge when I need it. Again, great advice and I hope everyone finds time and a place do what you recommend.
Thank you Teri…my husband and I watched your video while eating breakfast…very nice…we look forward to your videos …your dogs are so cute…have a great day😊
Lovely video. Terri lives in a wonderful part of the world that hasn't really lost touch with its natural roots. And if her garden is anything to go by, it wouldn't surprise me if the fairies are busy helping her with it. I also must admit that's a beautiful black coat and silver brooch she's wearing. :)
Another very enjoyable video! I am going through some health issues and find nature is the only place I can find a little peace. I do feel better for it! Thank you.
Thanks Terri for this inspiring video. I'm a city dweller with no garden, though fortunate to have beautiful trees to look out onto. There's also an old cemetery nearby with wonderful trees and areas deliberately left wild (gathered brambles there), and bird & bat boxes put up. It's my usual route to and from the supermarket.... beats the graffittied subway! Really need to spend more time there.....just to be.☺💜
Hiya Terri most enjoyed avisit&chat with yourself and Mother Nature felt it across the pond. The stories you tell are very interesting to me. I was born in Kirkcaldy Fife Scotland and immigrated to Ontario Canada when I was 8. Oh how I miss my homeland, however you bring me back to my heritage via videos so Thankyou for the memories. Autumn has always been my favourite time of the year. Oh a fairydell we all need one. Blessings to you and yours🐝
I'm so happy you mentioned your struggles with the "inner saboteur". I live directly by a woodland and the sea, too, and very much share these struggles. I've also learned to tame the voice that tells me I shouldn't be relaxing indoors, too, that nature is the only domain of happiness and spiritual enrichment. I've tried to tame all the voices that are excessive and say things like "should" :) Thank you for your message. May we always find and embrace The Middle Way :) Dave
Ha ha - had tolaugh 'cos I was going to say that word should be banned!😂 Perhaps it would be better to embrace and live in The Middle Way, no bullying voices allowed.
Nature ,Mother Earth is and will be the forever healer and by us taking time to appreciate what she has to give us ,hopefully will encourage more to protect her . I am fortunate to have a forest next door where I live and as you I perambulate daily with my dog soaking up her gifts.❤️ Have a good week Terri and I always appreciate your videos - such a bright spot in this world.❤️
Terri thank you so much for this video. It has been inspiring, uplifting and comforting.. which we need now when the days are shorter and darker. Your videos are so calming and so positive. Your good heart shines through and helps to uplift and encourage. Love to you and many thanks..
Good talk Terri - I've been the same, I like the idea of an internal saboteur - and yes, I guess that is exactly what it is! Outside yesterday and what a difference! But as you say, doing things and rarely just sit and enjoy. As my teachers used to say - "could do better" LOL! Cheers xx
Thank you Marcela, I agree with you re Nature's healing

God has placed you in a beautiful place & used your knowledge to help others. What a beautiful Blessing He has given you.
That's me too. And there is really no rush - the work always gets done so it is so worth taking the time to just be. x
I love watching and listening to you - always ground me when I’m feeling disconnected . Thank you 💕
Glad to hear that Joyce. x

Ha ha - my house too - it makes for a lot of dust!😂 but worth it.
So agree about the ever busy saboteur, I certainly have one. Let's vow to let nothing come in the way of the simple joy of being out in Nature.
I agree. Shake on it👊👋😃

May your land give back to you 100x the love that you have given it. Your plants and animals are lucky to have you!
Thanks Chuck! This land is always giving , I feel very grateful. x

So glad to hear that! xx
Thank you for this one. I have said many times that the further humanity moves away from Nature, the worse things become...
Very true and there is a huge drive to push people even further away that we must all resist I think.
You are so right Terri - push back those negatives that keep us from connecting to who we really are in nature - we are just as much a part of nature as your pretty little oak tree. You are a treasure and I so much enjoy spending time with you through your videos. Take much care.

So like you
yesterday I said to myself
I need to walk outside
want to start walking
and I actually walked when it was just beginning to get dark
and I just want to the trees that I've passed by
for so many years
on this Country Lane
and just hugged them... started to just cry😥😥😥😥😥
This deep sorrow burst out
I don't know why
And it didnt matter WHY
I asked for trees to help me I don't know where that deep
For I'm am happy hv much abundance daily
Sorrow came from
and it just was so beautiful to hug and hold the trees
There always seems to be so much to do inside & outside
and I think it's sad that we aren't in the gardens together
like sisters, like long ago
where people used to just do things together
Harvest together
dry things together
Can foods
we're all alone in our Gardens.

Your photography is superb and you never fail to remind me about the importance of nature in our lives. Thank you for sharing your time and wisdom with us.

🙏💚
I am so glad to hear you speak about the voice that says no you have to much to do to be outside. I get so torn inside or outside. Love being outside.
I was getting to the point where I was stuck but my friend was a big help,so I am able to make time for both now. x Hope you can too.
Who are we ... we all need rest and reflection. It's difficult to deal with SOCIETY. We must be true to "nature". I love your umbrella. I have one just like it. It's an odd and beautiful world. So sad for so many. Yet, you work and work to help make it a better world. Blessings.
Rest and reflection is so important to our mental and spiritual health i think and where better to do that than in Nature.
Thank You ❤ Such a lovely walk and re connection. So much to see and feel right outside our door.
Such a lot when we actually look. xx
Man is a doer, that is our task. It is also important to simpley be and observe sometimes as E. Tolle says 'to be the consiousness for (the beauty of) nature'. Thanks!
Great point! xx
thanks for your wonderful videos terri, they bring a lot of peace to all your viewers
Thank you Fantastic! That is lovely for me to hear.

Absolutely agree, I love being in nature, especially this time of year we can put of going out, I did the same this week…I’ll just do this first..by the afternoon it was pouring down. Take care.
We have to make the most of the weather but then again, we just need the right clothes!😃
wonderful walk and thoughts..thank you and Blessings from germany☘☘☘
Blessings!
Thank you Terri for lovely video. I can resonate with all you said about just being , we all need to get out in nature more. I’m grateful to walk on the moors every day as I know how much it helps ground me. 😀
Grounding is so important for health - and all that fresh air up there too and the views!
Oh those happy, gorgeous cats! They are so peaceful.
Hey Wilda. Like babies, peaceful when asleep😂
Blessed little dog, what a companion. xx
Lovely Terri 💓,stay strong and courageous... connection with nature is the only way to be mental and physical healthy...made me emotional...thank you so much! Big hugs 🤗🤗
Ah Olga! Big hugs!
Thank you Sandra - big hugs to you too xx
Thank You!
I love your episodes but have never commented. This really struck home with me , thank you for sharing these reassurances with everyone. Your beautiful words and inspirational lessons always fill me with daily functional foundations, the smallest pieces of your wisdom are inspiring to many people. Thank you!!
Thank you very much Iris, you are very kind xx
Thank you For the words of wisdom Terri….planning a walk down a wooded path later❣️
YEs, get out, get inspired by the colours of Nature.
Thank you Terry. I needed this today. Such a lovely film.
Blessed be.
Hope you are having a lovely day today.
You too Pam. How lovely to share your home with wild animals. Our dogs are very happy i am glad to say.
I so enjoy your channel and you I have learned so much where I am an Herbalist in healing with nature. Thank you for sharing.
I love your videos. I learn a lot, and they are so peaceful.

Those cats are so cute 💛
Thank for the beautiful video and the reminder. 🙏 I was just talking with a friend today about how much we miss being out in nature. It has been far too long for me.
Thank you, love your videos 🙏🏼🌾🌷🙂
Thank you very much D'Arcy - I appreciate your time. x
I hope so too. A great way to stay healthy and access Spirit.
Thank you Teri…my husband and I watched your video while eating breakfast…very nice…we look forward to your videos …your dogs are so cute…have a great day😊
Blessings Diane, thank you , that is lovely to hear.
I think there are definitely Nature Spirits here. x
Thank you for sharing so much lore with us.
Thank you Lexie, for watching. Glad you enjoyed it.
Another very enjoyable video! I am going through some health issues and find nature is the only place I can find a little peace. I do feel better for it! Thank you.
If you can put your bare feet on the earth too, that is wonderfully healing. xx get well soon.
The videos is fantastic ! Thank You for sharing. Have a fantastic day and keep a beautiful happy song in Your heart
I will Michael - what a great idea! Thank you
Thank you for the reminder to get out there!
You are welcome Karen!
Wow! That made me feel so deeply emotional. Thank you. It was beautiful ❤️🌈🌼
Aww! Glad it touched you like that. Maybe it reminded you of something. xx
Really need to spend more time there.....just to be.☺💜
That cemetery sounds wonderful - it could be wilder than some parts of the countryside! A beautiful place to go to to be. x
Thank you Terri.
Thanks for watching Carey. x
We are all Gaels Beverley - a shared ancestry.
Great video, shared it on Facebook. Thank you Terry, you inspire me to go for a walk.
Thank you Terri for sharing this beautiful vídeo. Nature, in many many forms of beauty and so much support ❤
Absolutely!! xx
I've tried to tame all the voices that are excessive and say things like "should" :)
Thank you for your message. May we always find and embrace The Middle Way :)
Dave
Ha ha - had tolaugh 'cos I was going to say that word should be banned!😂 Perhaps it would be better to embrace and live in The Middle Way, no bullying voices allowed.

Enjoy your garden meditations sadly it's getting to be too cold here for sitting still outside 🌳💚
A brisk walk for you then. Still very mild here, unseasonally so.
Nature ,Mother Earth is and will be the forever healer and by us taking time to appreciate what she has to give us ,hopefully will encourage more to protect her . I am fortunate to have a forest next door where I live and as you I perambulate daily with my dog soaking up her gifts.❤️
Have a good week Terri and I always appreciate your videos - such a bright spot in this world.❤️
So glad to hear that 123ushcie. Thank you for watching xx
Terri thank you so much for this video. It has been inspiring, uplifting and comforting.. which we need now when the days are shorter and darker. Your videos are so calming and so positive.
Your good heart shines through and helps to uplift and encourage.
Love to you and many thanks..
Love to you too Seawall. I appreciate this very much.
Good talk Terri - I've been the same, I like the idea of an internal saboteur - and yes, I guess that is exactly what it is! Outside yesterday and what a difference! But as you say, doing things and rarely just sit and enjoy. As my teachers used to say - "could do better" LOL! Cheers xx
It is hard to get to just be -ing. We can all do better😂 but don't be too hard on yourself.
