I have not collected yarrow for years ( fever remedy when my children were little)… but my youngest daughter may benefit from the roots. At 37 she has had a tumultuous past year which threw all her systems out. Thank you for this lead Terri. Blessings!

I've read that nettle seed was used by the tribal folks on the NW coast - especially when they were going out in their canoes harvesting sea life - it helped with circulation in the cramped position, and also served as a stimulant to help stay awake! And thanks for the tip on self heal essence for getting past the stuck point!

Hi, I have just received The Weed Handbook, volume 1, a great read. I will never look at 'weeds' in the same light again. I have lots of Horsetail in my garden and would have previously ripped this out ,but will think again as your YT on Horsetail and making your own toothpaste was really interesting. I am now having a go at growing my own herbs, although have started small. Many thanks.

I love a good walk with my dogs and finding free medicinal plants is the icing on top! I’m splitting/transplanting herbs around my property this month that I’d like to have in more than 1-2 places. Lemon mint bee balm is blooming and a lovely addition for the pollinators!😊

finally caught up with all your videos, been stuck inside with a wrenched shoulder & neck, got a tad enthused when gardening & did too much; i love seeing the animals around & loved the story with the dogs, we often see the cats curled up here & there & being a cat lover (own 2 myself) was wondering about their story; did notice the portrait inside, of you & a black cat too; do you have them inside with you when the weather turns bad? also would love to see more of the workings of hubby with his building of this & that, he does great filming & some would win 1st prize ! especially those with the awesome sunsets & all those rainbows, he's a credit to you too, he gets better & better with the filming (he must tire easily when he chases after you on bikes etc) thoroughly enjoy your videos & hopefully will have a herb garden of my own to be proud of; thanx for sharing

I did not know there was a variety of bee balm like this! Mine has the classic purple flowers with the ever so strong bergamot smell.

finally caught up with all your videos, been stuck inside with a wrenched shoulder & neck, got a tad enthused when gardening & did too much; i love seeing the animals around & loved the story with the dogs, we often see the cats curled up here & there & being a cat lover (own 2 myself) was wondering about their story; did notice the portrait inside, of you & a black cat too; do you have them inside with you when the weather turns bad? also would love to see more of the workings of hubby with his building of this & that, he does great filming & some would win 1st prize ! especially those with the awesome sunsets & all those rainbows, he's a credit to you too, he gets better & better with the filming (he must tire easily when he chases after you on bikes etc)
thoroughly enjoy your videos & hopefully will have a herb garden of my own to be proud of; thanx for sharing
Hey Selina - I hope your neck and shoulder are getting better. I have an aching back too from too much garden work. Too much enthusiasm, I don't know when to stop. Our cats have two different stories but the portrait of the black cat is not me, it's my daughter. I am so proud of Lol's great filming and editing and delighted that you are enjoying the films. Thankfully he is fit enough to not get too tired when making the vids. Best of luck with your herb garden that you will soon have xx
