I feel a little sad for her in that I know she really enjoyed her girls. I know she liked having her large breasts and they were a part of her identity for such a large part of her life. But I am also so proud of her for not just doing the explant quietly, but doing it out loud and proud and using it as a platform to educate. I have fibromyalgia (which is not common in men), and I will talk to anyone who wants to listen about it. I know that because of my sharing that at least two of my friends were able to discover that their chronic pain was also fibro and they are now living better lives because they are getting treatment.
I actually have chronic pain and I believe it may be fibro as I have ruled out all other possibilities and it just lovely to know that you are so willing to share your experience with it as it is people like you who are helping people like me come closer to the answer of why they have chronic pain
I love this show I’m glad Michelle is shedding light on this issue ladies love yourself as you are you don’t need any enhancements you’re beautiful the way you are ❤️
This is a very serious story, and rightfully so. With that, does anyone else Just Love hearing Michelle Visage Talk? I could listen to her talk forever!
Her words are so clean and precise that I understand every point she's making. Her Watcha Packin' series are very insightful because she knows how to speak right to the point of the issue.
As someone who has an autoimmune disease (lupus) and small boobs, I really appreciate this. Many people feel terrible about themselves for not having big breasts, and it is so sad. Small titties, big titties, everything in between titties are all beautiful! And not many understand how debilitating and devestating autoimmune illnesses are. And they are nearly all incurable.
Michelle, YOU are the reason I found out about this and connected my declining health to my implants. I used to jog listening to What's the Tea? and your experience opened my eyes. I will finally explant in two weeks, Thank you for everything Love XO
I’m glad you realised that self esteem doesn’t come from breast size. You look beautiful natural as you are. I think it suits you better. They were too much before honestly, I didn’t like them, but glad you did, although not sure they are worth the risks. So many women have issues because of implants, I would say it’s not a minority.
About 4 years ago I booked my surgery for breast implants had the date picked out and paid a deposit.. as the date got closer I got scared and started doing my research and came across breast implant illness.. I cancelled never went through with it and I'm so happy with my B cups.
I absolutely adore Michelle Visage. The way she articulates and expresses herself is unparalleled on radio/TV 💗 even better when she’s with Ru. I’m glad she’s bringing awareness to this issue (even tho I’ve heard this story hundreds of times on the podcast lol) I love the show and would support anything Ru (and Michelle) do ! ❤️
I know this comment is two years old but there has been a lot of female white rappers before her also white people pretty much get a head start on everything lol.
Love you Michelle! Praying for you . Keep on sharing your message & adding value to our world. ✨👏👏👏👏👏👏✨ Huge HUGS over & over ! Your friend in fitness, Blake
I'm here after the Celebrity Drag Race Roast. I watch drag race, whatcha packin, and a bunch of recap shows, and I didn't even notice until someone mentioned that she had them removed. Michelle is always beautiful
I had Hashimotos since I was 16. I had small breasts until I was 45 but got implants. Now I want them out because they just feel dumb. I want to run and feel lighter.
Same here. Diagnosed with Hashimoto's at about 21. No breast implants, just very unlucky. Five years after that, they added rheumatoid arthritis to that diagnosis.. And 3 years after that IBS and endometriosis. It's all connected.
I was 26 years old when I got my breast implants. I’m 38 years old now both of them are ruptured. I’m sick all the time,I thought I had cancer and then I found out they were ruptured. It all made sense. I have fevers, dry mouth ,sore joints and awful allergies. The lot are used to get blood test after blood test trying to figure out what was going on and it really pisses me off that my plastic surgeon said that there’s no Medical proof that VIII is real well guess what it is and there’s heaps of medical documents to prove it. $45,000 later now just money wasted. I wish I knew I would’ve only got a breast lift I would’ve never of gone through what I’m going through now. Thanks for sharing Michelle
Implants are making so many people sick. Whether breast implants , IUDs, knee implants etc... all of them are foreign objects in your body and can cause major autoimmune issues.
I only got diagnosed with graves disease 3 and a half years ago but a lot of things that I've experienced now make sense that was linked to me having this auto immune but not knowing about it. I've had both IUDs, an Implant all my body was rejecting even down to my tattoos, my body completely rejecting certain colours, my dermal piercings and even the time I nearly took my pinky finger off, I was just healing really badly and slowly, I only recently had the lightbulb moment that made me think aha, it was my auto immune all along
Good to see this explant shift! There is a lifetime of breast implant surgeries ahead that isn't discussed... aged implant exchanges, capsular contractures, weighted implant breast lifts, plus numbness, etc (not to mention the possible BII health issues).
Donna Van Nostrand you’re lucky! I naturally have an e cup and wanted to be smaller my whole life, as I’ve gotten older though, I’ve realised I’m not envious of woman with smaller, I’m envious of woman who are happy with what they got.
Well i know how she felt, i am an a cup and I totally hate it, thought about having a breast implant, but i’m trying to loving myself before do anything to my body and is really hard
Your body is beautiful. I’m a K cup, and I wish that I was smaller. It’s so hard to find clothes and tops that are flattering with a big bust. Not to mention, my bras are so expensive. I spend around £30 on ONE bra. I can’t afford to own many at all. I often find that we want what we don’t have. Work with your body - I’m sure you have many other beautiful features.
Good for you! I believe in you! I struggle with my small breasts at times too, but I hope your self esteem can get better and you can love yourself fully.
Good to know that your informed now. But ladies before you go and think of implants get a full diagnoses of your health and any chronic deseases that can hurt your implants overall. Believe me many women go and do theses surgeries without knowing there health and how this can affect there life
I really think I'm suffering from the exact same thing I experienced extreme fatigue thanking and more all tester always normal I just think they're performing the wrong ones I will take everything I learned from this and the website and get a second opinion thank you so much for sharing
I didn't know Michelle has Hashimoto's. I have it too (I'm male so it wasn't due to breast implants lol). But it sounds like she was getting much worse symptoms than I had.
I love Michelle Visage soo so sooooo much. So glad she got them out, but I get that she misses them. I gotta be honest, at first I didnt even notice she got them out, I still find her so absolutely gorgeous. Plus, Im an ass girl anyway so 🤷♀️
iQsteR that’s not shade . They are 2 different people with different experiences . Many people can have implants for years with little to no issues . Other people have issues . Don’t need to cause drama for no reason . Michelle isn’t against plastic surgery . She just had a bad experience at times because of hers
I'm sure if it was any one of the Kardashian sisters in the audience (or any other well known public figure known for going under the knife like Amanda Lepore etc) on this particular day that they "choose" to talk about this and the camera zoomed into them specifically while talking about it (especially the same part where they did with Iggy), you would see what I'm trying to say. Love Iggy. And with what she talked about specifically as a guest on this episode, cameraman/producer/World of Wonder shouldn't have done that really.
iQsteR Amanda a completely different situation . Being trans . And also having silicone injections . Not just a silicone implant . Probably saline even . But like I said . Different experiences . And kardashians are fat transfer . Kourtney has implants . Yes . Kim doesn’t . But . That’s neither here nor there . I just didn’t see it as shady . And hopefully it wasn’t meant to be . Unnecessary drama . I think Michelle and Iggy are both about empowering women . There is nothing wrong with enhancements. I just had mine done at 46 and been an A all my life. I love my new boobs. Health is first so glad she found out what was wrong
I'm an A cup with a big peach too. I've been looking at different procedures to enhance my breasts but if Michelle Visage is an A cup AND HOT then omg so can I!!

First issue: your Dad subscribing to Playboy. What men don’t realize is exposing your children to images like that can have lasting effects. Clearly it hurt Michelle’s heart and eventually led to health issues.
You are very naive. I doubt he showed it to her. She probably just found out. Those magazines were very common during that time. Many kids would accidentally come across the magazines and porn stash of their parents. It isn’t like they sat down with us and said “look at this”.
