It’s called a quesadilla in America and Mexico. Everyone here makes the “best” quesadilla!!!😂 there’s so many variations you can make and everyone I know swears theirs is the best. They are all delicious, I have to give people credit. But in the end, mine is the best!!!😂😂😂🍺🍺🍺❤️

I know when she started adding spices I was just thinking to myself, “oh this is just taco seasoning. It’s tacos probably.” The tomato paste and broth are a good touch. Plus I’m pretty sure the cheese is also just Mexican cheese blend that you can buy in every store in America.

Ironically, everything about the first recipe is exactly how I make my Texas Chili. A can of Rotel, a can of tomato sauce, and two cups beef broth in a crock pot with that exact browned meat combo and it would be the chili I make. The idea of skipping that step and instead putting the meat into a sort of chili-quesadilla... is very Tex-mex... and I'm down for it.

I've been making a very similar thing for years. The only real difference is the onions go in with the garlic and beef and when they're all built I pan fry the whole quesadilla on the pan instead of sending them to the oven. If you use a lid it keeps the heat in and melts the cheese pretty fast and the tortilla gets a little bit of char which brings out so many of the other flavors. Char makes everything better. The best BBQ has good chew on the bark. Same thing.

Excellent presentation! Looks fantastic and I will be making this. Regarding the options to either bake or pan fry, I noticed you did the bake method. Is it a bit dryer to bake, but a cleaner final product? Or would you brush the tortillas with avocado oil or some kind of oil- a small bit -in order to get that browning effect while baking? I don’t want them too greasy, just browned more. Again, awesome presentation! New sub!

Note: That when hydrogen atoms are clipped off the fatty acid they are waiting for oxygen to be converted to H²O. during that, the pH level is getting more acidic. The biggest problem within your body is, that the enzymes for converting fatty acids into CO² and H²O in the mitochondria are slowing down when your internal environment is getting more acidic. This has been recorded a few decades ago when the research about mitochondrial function started.
You American's along wit a study of a university in a Skandinavien university is highlighting that detail about taurin and the pH buffering function in the mitochondria.
      2. *There is also a pH buffering agent occurring in you,* outside of the mitochondria, but still inside the cell.....the beta-alanine boosts the intracellular pH buffer carnosine.
      3. In your blood there is bicarbonate that keeps blood slightly in the alkaline range, thereby supplementing the sodium bicarbonate delivers the bicarbonate for that.
So, to be the superman of fat burning during endurance exercising *(which you lack),* it is a good idea to close the chain to keep the mitochondrial fat burning at optimal speed by supplementing sodium bicarbonate + beta-alanine + taurin.

alternative route for recipe 1: heat up a nonstick pan or griddle on the stove top, add butter to one side of the torilla and place it butter side down in the pan, add your cheese and meat on top of the torilla, maybe some pico de gallo and or salsa if you got it. you can either fold in half or add another buttered torilla on top but place it butter side up then flip to crisp up the newly added torilla. i prefer to use a griddle as the size of mine will take up two stove top burners meaning i can crisp up both torillas at the same time and get to eating that delicious quesadillas quicker.

in Europe we have multiple forms of bouillon, some are dry, some are just outright stock and now i often see the "pot" variant that @Nick Wilson mentioned, they are super reduced stock with a bit of gelatin, they are actually far superior to bought stock in my opinion(here people usually make their own stock at home and frown upon buying the premade kind) some people even make something similar at home, reduce it to a liquid sort of paste then freeze it. Knorr is the biggest producer of these, but you can also find some from other brands such as Maggi and a ton of smaller bio oriented brands, if you cant find any of that and don't have time to make it, try some super dense bone broth, reduce it and you will end up with something similar

It’s a soft and mild cheese, sort of like Mozzarella, but it has a little tanginess to it. I think you would do ok with Mozzarella, but add just a little acid to your recipe (vinegar or lemon juice) to perk it up.

Needless to say... give credit where and when it's due! I see it too often now a day.. people busting their arses off and not getting the proper credit... this video is about her cooking and almost all, if not all comments have NOTHING to do with her skill and cooking!
