  • Happy New Year everyone! Today I made ភ្លាសាច់គោ (plea sach go) Some of the ingredients I used were fresh round eye beef, lemon grass, lemons, garlic, chili, and much more. It's light and super delicious. If you like this video don't forget to like, comment, and share. Thank you.

    Ingredients
    1 1/2 pound round eye beef
    1 large stalk lemon grass
    4 lemons (lime is fine)
    4 tablespoons fish sauce
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon dried chili
    3 fresh chili
    5 pieces of garlic
    1 large shallot
    2 cups bean sprouts
    1/2 cup cut cilantro
    1/4 cup cut green onion
    1/4 cup cut saw tooth mint

    Love it! I make it all the time, but I use limes and prahok or just shrimp paste (kapi). It's good with toasted glutinous rice powder too. But this is still perfect I've made it like this, still delicious

    I am definitely going to try this recipe tomorrow looks yummy but I'm going to add toasted rice and peanuts that should enhance the flavors thanks for the video.

    No prohok? The way we make it, we squeeze the blood out from the slice beef, cook the beef blood with prohok and then make the dressing out of it and mix it with the meat and veggies.

      Cherries01 you’re right that was the way I did it on my first video in 2014. This is another way, upgrade, easier, and still delicious. Give it a try, you might like it.

      Yes, you drop it in boiling water very quickly just to cook it partially. I don't think I can it raw like that.

      Cooking with Elissa no not those ones. The one they have at weddings and special occasions and cooked in a charcoal hot pot, charcoal is placed in the center or that burning wick thing. The soup base is clear.
