    My dad made delicious kor . Ingredients Galangal , lime leaves 🍃, garlic 🧄 black pepper. He then pounded in a mortar really well. Then he heated pan put oil in hot pan then add in sugar heated stirred sugar until browned then he add in the ingredients then added in chicken then small cinnamon stick , star anise. Soy sauce a little fish sauce bamboo . Yum I just wanted to share the ingredients.

    Thank you brother... after roasting all herbs.. I did the rest in pressure cooker. I used alot of tendon and shank. My family didnt care much for beef stew beef

    You wanna try this. One of my favorite dishes any time of day. Toasted rolls with butter melted on top compliments this very well. Just dip in the stew. (Same rolls used for Asian sandwiches)

    I used your recipe. It was very delicious, because I could taste all the aromatic ingredients. The only thing that I did differently was use less sugar.
