Hi there. I looked for a few macaron amigurumi tutorial and decided to settle on yours. Your guidance was easy to follow, and clear enough with stitch indication on for every row. It took me two days to practice and finally managed to make one. It's not perfect, and I think some of my stitch tension was too tight because it was very hard for me to do row two and three (for single/double crochet). I'm gonna practice more with different colours. Thank you once more for this tutorial!
It's an honor for you to choose mine to do! 🤗Yes, it can get a bit tricky with slip stitches because sometimes the tension can be too tight, so it's better to try to crochet loosely for this if you can. And definitely practice makes perfect! 🙌
Am extremely confused. I have the written pattern open on one screen, and this video on the other. In both instances, it says crochet to 4a only on the 2nd half, yet in the pictures and here: 18:30 it looks like you did 4b as well? Which is it? Over the past week, I have made almost 12 different macarons following 12 different patterns, none of them were as confusing as this.

no matter what I do I can't get mine to turn out like yours, the white doesn't show at all I've tried several different times:(
Aww I'm sorry to hear that! You can also try slip stitching the two pieces together with the white as perhaps a different option. Good luck!
