put on safety eyes

stuff and close off
for the tail you ch5 and then 4slst
for the ears you ch3 and then 1sc on the first loop
for the legs you ch3 and then slst on the first loop and proceed to slst 3 more times around the leg
now assemble it all and embroider the face!

I like how you don't skip through. its really helpful for beginners as they need to observe every move.
as a beginner, it didn’t really help. i just ended up with my hook stuck in a weird knot instead of a magic ring

@@bookandquill3410 I think when you try the magic ring the first time you use a thinner yard. So you can learn it slowly.😅😅😅

I'm a complete beginner, just started yesterday and this was really easy to follow after i watched alot of general stitch videos, look up other methods to do a magic ring
after two hours of crying I made it, mine doesn't look like a cat and it's horrible but it's so ugly that I actually love it 😭😭😭

Keep trying! Beeing able to even do this is super cool! I sadly just dont have the talent, since I dont get anything about it at all and do not understand how it works / doesnt work for me. But keep trying and in the future your stuff will be just as good as shown in the video here
How long did it took to make? Just wondering
@@yuishamster2847 took me about 2 hours because I was going so slow and made a few mistakes but a friend of mine who’s really quick at crocheting took about 40-50 minutes
@@Shyress it’s okay to be frustrated but I hope you know crochet is not about talent! I’ve seen people who could barely make a chain or slip knot make someth8ng for themselves they never thought they could. It’s about practice, and picking the right projects for your level.

update: i forgot i was making a cat and the project has been abandoned. i also lost the yarn. but I'm making a jumper now :)

I made one of these for my bf and he loved it. This is easier to follow than any of the kits I bought and is the first success I’ve had at making a crochet animal.

I had a sick day and was bored so I decided to crochet an easy thing.. I’m a beginner but this turned out so cute!!! Alot smaller than I expected but that’s no issue for me I guess I used thinner yarn. I’m so proud of it! The sewing was difficult for me but it was overall easy and adorabke
When you use thinner yarn, I think you have to increase more or something like that! ❤

@@staris__ for me it takes about 45 minutes, but when I first learned the pattern it took wayyyyy longer. definitely worth it though!
What size hook should i use?
@@kacipaige3736 it depends on the yarn you use, I'm using 10mm right now because I want them to be a little bigger (the size of my hand) but smaller or bigger yarn works

tip for the beginners: you can use a bobby pin or a safety pin to mark your rows too if you don't have stitch markers but don't want to use yarn to mark it

@@Oonya_ а у Вас во 2 ряду 12 получилось? ":³. Когда я вязала, у меня все сошлось: 2 раза повторила 4 прибавки и 2 столбика без накида, чтобы было получилось 20.
(Но если прямо совсем не получается 20 можно просто сделать дополнительную прибавку или убавку, в зависимости от того, сколько у вас получилось в ряду. Внешне это никак не должно быть видно, я сама так делала в некоторых случаях ":3)

It is pretty much impossible to see in what hole you're putting the hook in because the yarn is so fluffy, I think I did it wrong

Soooo... I've been stuck in round 1 for an hour now. Why is this sooo haaard?!
Magic ring is hard bit there is an easier way! Just chain 2 ( start with slip knot and yarn over pull through yarn over pull through) and then insert your hook into the first chain you did ( chains look like little v's) and single crochet into the chain( hook still in v aka chain and yarn over and pull through one loop yarn over pull through both) single crochet into that same chain(aka v) 6 times, boom! Round 1 done! Hope this helped❤
