I've been very confused on reading crochet patterns (I'm a visual learner sadly lol) and this video has honestly cleared up a lot for me plus this is adorable! not to mention, simple especially once you get it down :) thank you!
Found your channel today and immediately attempted to make the star. A little sticky in the beginning but once I figured out the pattern I could pretty much pause until I needed help again. I am super happy with the way it turned out. I'm using it as a pin cushion. Thank your for going so slowly.
This is absolutely the best crochet star tutorial ever. It helped me so much and you explain this beautifully thank you so much for putting real time into this tutorial
Made this and the kirby as a birthday gift for my brother, and he absolutely loved it! Super fun to make, though maybe don't wait til day-of to start working on them if you're a beginner-- your wrists might start to cramp like mine! Thanks for a super cute, easy-to-follow tutorial ⭐
Just found your channel today. I watched your beginners tutorial and am so fascinated by your work! The way you explain things is so comprehendible and easy to understand. I hope this channel grows and grows because all the hard work you put into it is truly amazing!!
Thank you and welcome to my channel! ❤️ Words like yours are so encouraging to me, so thanks so much for your support! I have many plans for the channel and I'll keep working hard at it! 💪
100% agree! This was one of my first things I crocheted coz I just started recently (only using yt) and when I found this I decided to make it and it was way easier then expected! 😊 I definitely will subscribe and use ur channel ❤❤❤
i started to crochet a few weeks ago, and i was looking for an easy tutorial to follow, this was SO helpful and easy to follow, got it on my first try!! thank you so much for this video!!💖
first crochet video with the "beginner" tag that actually teaches how to hold the working yarn! do other crocheters just think holding the yarn comes naturally?? thank you for this!
I JUST FINISHED ONE HALF OF THE STAR & IT ONLY TOOK ME 1HR 30 MINSSS, IK IT MAY SOUND LONG FOR SOME CROCHETERS BUT I JS STARTED CROCHETING 2 DAYS AGO & IM SO PROUD OF
Wow! This crochet tutorial was very helpful, easy, and everything was just so fascinating. You really help beginners, like me, make something good out of yarn! Thank you for this amazing video!
Thankyou this video was very helpful its my first time crocheting a circle figure . And u nmade it very easy and helpful and easy to follow through your video✌
Thank you for thus crochet pattern!! ❤️ I thought it was something cute and simple to do. I think it is a great crochet project for beginners, especially because you go step-by-step
Thank you so much for making a pattern that just uses single crochet and the basic Amigurumi stitches. I tried a more american style pattern with HDC and DH and it was too much. Your pattern is just as beautiful and much easier to do.
Hello, thank you so much for making this video!I found it really easy to follow and decided to make one for my sister.I was just wondering, if you could make a tutorial on the eyes? Thank you so much❤
thank you so much! it helps a lot for me (a beginner) with this video! i like how it was more slowed down and easy to understand. and it didn’t involve sewing :)
Thank you for the nice tutorial! One point I have to critique tho is: You should have (more explicitly) mentioned that it can take more or less than 5sc down the side of the star point. I know you said "about 5sc" - but I was missing the instructions that this number isn't necessary! Either way - super cute pattern! 🙂

Thank you this Tutorial is AMAZING but the fact on the star checkpoint you were going a bit fast on that but everything else is okay! Love your vids!❤❤❤
I am a total beginner and just got my acrylic nails done hours ago and as hard as it was mentally it was just as hard physically but thx for making this video bc it definitely helped ❤❤❤
Hi!! semi-beginner crocheter here :) this is my 4th real project! I was wondering if anyone in the comments could give me advice for adjusting this pattern? I'm trying to make star-shaped earmuffs by using this tutorial but with super 6 bulky weight bernat blanket yarn. Obviously the star comes out much bigger with the heavier yarn weight. What's the best way to adjust to make it a bit smaller?
Hey I hope I can explain this in a way that makes sense! Because you have much thicker yarn, you will need less increase rounds for your center circle. The number of total stitches has to be divisible by 5 though to be able to make the 5 points of the star. Your points will also need less stitches and rows because of the yarn thickness. It may not be the easiest pattern to adjust with such bulkier yarn, but if you want to experiment, you may be able to do it! If adjusting the pattern isn’t working out, try looking for tiny star patterns and using your yarn with the appropriate hook size to your yarn. Maybe a pattern for a small keychain with lightweight yarn would give you the right size with your yarn ☺️💖 I hope that helped a little! Happy crocheting!💚
