Very helpful tutorial i like the highlights on the different muscle groups that are being draw, drawing people from a higher ancle can sometimes be challenging so this was really helpful for me 🙏👍

Okay so you're so skilled that you can freehand top-view perspected human shapes. bravo you're so skilled most of us cannot. but ... we already kinda knew that you are a pro at drawing ... congrats on another you-indulgent confirmation by your viewers. now where in the video is the titular "HOW TO"?
Can't you see the guidelines in between? Draw them together with those guidelines. It's best if you draw them yourself. Have you seen any other videos that explain how you speak? If you have, okay, so can you do it now?
Knowing is a how-to, but it's also a good how-to is to try it yourself.
Skill issues
All you have to do with a Chommang video is literally to draw along that's how he explain things easily and naturally. I
If you can't manage, it simply means you are not at that level yet
Everyone lacks skills. So do I.
I think learning anything requires trying difficult things.
If you watch my first UA-cam video, you can see what my skills were like.
I've been talking about drawing together since then.
And we practiced hard again separately. The reason is that I wanted to make it as easy as possible for you.
If this video was a little difficult for you, I suggest you try drawing the face first.
As you said, drawing the human body is much more difficult than drawing the face.
But some people are also curious about drawing the human body.
I hope you don't think about it too hard or too hastily.

I understand the frustration of seeing someone of a higher level than you and feeling lost on how to follow along, but there are a lot of people who find these videos helpful. I freelance teach drawing and anatomy, and I point some of my students to Chommang's videos because they go well with my lessons. If you're struggling with the basics, try to work on a few things. From my perspective as a teacher, you want to learn, in this order:
1) Sitting posture and work space. If you can sit up straight while drawing and your elbow can rest comfortably on your arm rest or desk in a way that allows free movement of your arm (as opposed to just your wrist), then you're good.
2) Drawing long straight lines, curved lines, and zig-zagged lines with confidence. This takes practice, but if you just work on drawing long, consistent lines without scratchy lines, you will improve very quickly.
3) Drawing shapes in both 2D and 3D. Squares/cubes, circles/spheres, triangles/pyramids, and cyllinders. Draw the 3D shapes from many different angles and do it a lot. Draw what gives you the most trouble more than what gives you the least trouble.
4) Perspective. 1-point, 2-point, and especially 3-point perspective (the best and most useful). Redraw the previous 3D shapes, but with perspective in mind.
5) Start looking at objects, characters, landscapes, and so on as a bunch of the basic shapes glued together. Draw these objects as just 3D shapes.
It will only take a few weeks to learn these skills, and maybe a few months of regular practice before you can master them, but if you can work on these five skills, then everything Chommang does in these videos will make much more sense. Don't try to bite off more than you can chew, and don't take your frustrations out on people who are trying to help. Sincerely, I wish you luck on your art journey. It's a long, but extremely rewarding path to travel. Be kind and love a lot! ^^
