These are seriously some of the most useful tutorials I've ever seen on UA-cam. Someday when I have the money available, I'm definitely going to be purchasing your full course.
Marc I'm going to use your hairstyle as reference to practice, I know it's not going to be easy but I'm confident. Thank you for all the tips, it is very much appreciated.
0:04 why are you trying to kill me out of laughter? Yet again, when I'm currently struggling with something... You drop a video on the subject, just wao. Thank you fellow bald-brother 💪
As someone who doesn't struggle with hair I still really appreciate this tutorial. It might push my hair game to another level, even if it's already good. :)
How I go about drawing hair is similar, but first drawing the hair in masses, in one big abstract shape, then getting the ribbons, breaking it down into medium shapes, then the details, but not to much, only on the areas that I want the eye to look at.
About a day ago I discovered I am capable of rendering ridiculously complex drawings from reference despite not having actively drawn before. It was pointed out to me by a good friend and I was hoping to get some good art pencil suggestions. Thank you!
Thank you so much for all the precious knowledge you provide us ! Its informative, pleasant and fun to watch, everything is here ! Please keep going ! :)
Felt Called out at 8:09! It's funny because when I began drawing as a kid , It was 2 point for the eyes one circle for the head , a stick figure line for the body and ton of lines for the head. Context , My mom was an hairdresser and I was drawing as she was working. "create a new haircut ,it will help me" she said.
I would love a tutorial on how you would draw hair on a person hanging upside down, long and short with some hair even resting on the ground because of its length.
Very helpful video. I struggle with hair in line art, easy to do when I'm going for something fully rendered, but my line art definitely needs more work. I'll get there.
Beautiful. I started learning human anatomy recently and honestly just start random sketches as an excuse to draw pretty hair instead of practicing bodies 😅
The thing I have trouble with is roots... where does the hair "sprout" from? The top of the head I have pretty well, but the sides as it curves around to the ear, nit so much.
pt 2984 of me getting 20 panic attacks in a row trying to learn how artists art as somebody who still draws like i just upgraded from stick men and just not getting it

Whatchu talking about, he has a nice haircut
no he transcended the need of it. hair is for lower forms of life.
I remember commenting this on the last hair tutorial.

PLEASE SEE THIS MARC 🙏
Do you mean witch colour to go with for all look great?! Or what issues are you having with colouring?

Great tip, Thanks Marc! Always open to improve!
AWESOME TIMING
Hi Marc!! I’m in Las Vegas now, but I didn’t want to miss class! Thank you for all this info on hair, super interesting!
Marc is an absoloute legend
*Eats the tutorial and absorbs the knowledge Sensei Marc gives* I'll treasure this power forever
I really like the point about not including so much detail that it obscures your subject. That in particular can be tough for me!

I really can't get enough of the way you draw women. Very few artists make their "standard" character figures refined and muscular 🎉
Watching you draw/teach is so satisfying. You always help me when I'm in a pickle :)
ey marc, do a tutorial on how to draw things that people often miss practiced, like ears, hands, knees, and feets
Uses Marc as reference... hair drawing mastery unlocked!
My technique improved by MILLIONS when I referenced him!

Great lesson, it's rare to have new insights after studying something for over an year
love the way marc laughs diabolically when he segues into the plug

This, this is the tutorial that made hair lines make sense for me. Thank you!
Another perfect video! I needed this information so dearly, drawing hair correctly is one of my worst artskills XD
Very helpful video. I struggle with hair in line art, easy to do when I'm going for something fully rendered, but my line art definitely needs more work. I'll get there.
I was literally just practising drawing hair right now when this video showed up to me. Thanks for the help Mark
This is fantastic info. Thanks so much.
Very useful but now I want to see how paint different hair and how use the light on them please 🙏🏻
Another video idea: How to draw bald characters with better glistening effects on em
Honestly, I've always had trouble drawing hair, but after this video, it clicked. Now, i can finally learn to draw hair 😅
Marc really missed out on using a dry marker to draw guidelines on his head.
I would pay to see that 😂
Amazing lesson as usual, thank you so much! Was really clear and informative
Man this hair lesson really helped me a lot I tried just now and it paid off.
Can u make a vid about fabric drawing? Just started and feeling overwhelmed right now🥶
Always struggling with this I will watch with great pleasure thanks !!
Marc can you PLEASE show me how I would digitally paint and design a castle? I’m struggling so much!!!
Nice hair drawing🤗

The notification for this LITERALLY came up as I was drawing the hair on a character, Marc are you really an omnipotent art God?!
What timing, I gotta do the hair assignment from the art school program! Lessgooo
Muito bom!! adoro!!
I actually find appealing hair the hardest thing now. Feet/hands/face all good after thousands of iterations but good, graphic hair is hard
Your videos always help me at the right time ☝🏻😁
I love the fact that you are using a face cam, please keep doing it
Tyy bro u explained it so well
Damn, didn't realise i was using you as reference. Always wondered where hair went...
thank you so much marc brunet i love you
This video came in clutch, almost gave up on a drawing because of the hair looking messed up
Thank you so much, I have been using your head as reference for too long, now I can draw sth different 🐧

Finally, more pretty ponytail variations for my gorls 💇♀
