Yes this year has been just as crazy. Balance is hard, I think figuring out what is good for you is important.

Thank you for making these videos. The one you made about restrictive eating is something that I recognize myself in and thanks to that video I've dared to take the step and eat when I'm hungry. You just explained it in a way that made me less afraid. I was afraid I was going to eat more and more and more and not be able to stop, but now I'm actually working on my eating disorder. I suffer from a burnout because of an ex bf of mine and because of my eating disorder and because I had untreated sleep apnea and I'm tired of being anxious because of food. I want to get better and I believe I will if I just let myself eat. I know it will give me energy and make me sleep better and make me feel calmer and happier, which in the long run is great. I wrote down the positives of going against my fear and there are alot more positive things than negative things. There's actually only one negative thing and that is me being afraid of gaining weight

Thank you so much for all of your helpful videos! I got into this binge eating cycle since last summer, after I wanted to lose a few pounds and became obsessed with counting calories and losing more weight than I wanted before. Now I feel like I am stuck in this cycle so I keep educating myself and try to overcome it! One thing that really stops me from overcoming is that I have this believe that it's almost unpossible to overcome binge eating (or any sort of earting disorder) I know so many people who struggle with it and even if they tried to educate themselves and got help it never worked out and they always fall back into this cycle. That's why I feel like I can never overcome it. But at the same time I know that it might not be true, I just feel like many people these days have struggles with their eating habits, that's why it is so hard, I am mostly surrounded by people who have bad eating habits :( anyway, I am trying to take notes while watching your videos, so thank you so much :)

Thank you so much for watching Acelya! Please know that it IS possible to overcome an eating disorder. You're right, it's incredibly difficult, but it's possible and worth it. Keep believing in yourself. 💛
