Hey Guys, it would be awesome to see more detail on your trip and some narrative. We have been as fas as Malawi 🇲🇼 and I have visited Uganda. East africa is so inviting. I would like to drive to the UK one day. Was that you intention? To cross to Europe?
Story, if I missed something, but Start Point ? End Point ? How many in the Vehicle ? Only One x Vehicle ? Or in a Convoy ... ? Camping or Lodges &Hotels etc .... ?
So start point Cape Town, End point was Cairo :) We had 3 in the vehicle and went with just one vehicle alone. Accommodation was a mixture of camping, wildcamping and some cheap lodges.
So buying the car was easy as we are from South Africa, so we purchased and shipped the car back to SA to sell it. You may want to look into the carnet de passage - as this is pretty much a large deposit that you will lose if the vehicle is not returned back home.
That's what I call living a life. Well done boys.
