    so refreshing to see a fast diet video that actually has realistic, balanced meals. people tend to think that you cannot lose weight fast unless you're basically starving everyday but it's all about portion control and healthy, balanced foods. you can still eat bread, rice and cereal as long as you're eating mindfully. it's all about balance and control, not starving yourselves.

      She's literally having yogurt for dinner or cereal for dinner and you say that's not starving? That's a bit misleading. Her lunch looks balanced enough for a diet but it's not accurate to say the same about her dinner.

      @@ayana80 she’s not eating only cereal or yogurt in the entire day so it’s not starving. i’ve seen lots of diet videos where girls will only eat an apple and a bowl of yogurt or something in an entire day so compared to that, there’s a lot more balance in this video and it’s promoting a better ideal for a faster acting diet since most people associate that with starving in a very literal sense. she is still eating meals and enjoying different food groups while only restricting quantity and eating some smaller meals here and there.

      @@tsuki-xx4yz I get where you're coming from, especially when you're comparing this to actual videos where girls will starve themselves. I also understand that isn't the only thing she's eating in a day.
      But to call this a balanced diet just isn't accurate,she's hitting far below calorie standards even if she was trying to cut weight. Of course this is better than a literal starving video for someone who's just starting out in their fitness journey, but this is also not sustainable or healthy in the long run

      @@ayana80 definitely not the healthiest as a lifestyle but i really just meant that as compared to videos that promote unrealistic fast diets, this is something more substantial. i stressed upon mindful eating as something to consider over starvation so that was really my major intent. i don’t think someone should eat like this daily but if they’re trying to cut back and want some quick results, they don’t have to starve and instead they can eat more mindfully and control their portions like this as a short term approach. thank you for your input though, i understand where you’re coming from but i definitely don’t want it to seem like i’m praising unhealthy standards, all i meant to say was that it’s nice to see something a bit more realistic that’s being shown as a short-term, fast acting diet.

    inflammation, fluid retention. that's it. but still, look how difference those two things make. you can't actually loose kg so fast that it would be THIS obvious.. that belly is pure fluid 😄 💕

    I gonna try this for 5 days ( I will try to do some light work out as well )
    🩷 Day 1 : 49.65
    Breakfast : 1 orange, half cup of milk coffee
    Luch : boiled broccoli, 3 boiled eggs
    Dinner: 100ml low sugar yoghurt with a banana( I was so hungry so I eat 3 cookie before sleep 😢 )
    💙 Day 2 : 49.2
    Breakfast: 1 orange
    Lunch: scramble eggs (3), boiled broccoli, 50ml yogurt
    Dinner: 2 banana,blueberry, 50ml yogurt and some nuts
    💚 Day 3: 49.0
    Breakfast: 1 orange, half of an can coffee
    Luch: 3 boiled eggs, half of a pear, half of a can coffee
    Dinner: 2 banana, yogurt with blueberry and some nut
    💜 Day 4: 48.60
    Breakfast: an orange and half of strawberry milk
    Luch: 3 boiled eggs and half of a Korean pear
    Dinner: 2 banana, yogurt with blueberry and some nuts

    I’ve gained a lot of weight this year and I plan on having it all gone by spring next year so I’m gonna try this video out!!!

      @@yuzuthecat decent I guess? I lost 2kg (4lbs) then something wasn’t right with my body and I went to doctor and they said I had PCOS so the weight will be a struggle for me. the most I can I can lose a week is about 2-4 lbs a month :/ so it’s hard to keep the weight off.

    잘봤어여^^ 운동량이랑 운동종류 , 운동시간 이런것들을 좀 더 구체적으로 궁금하네요..그냥 유산소 복근 이렇게 만 적혀있어서요. 조금 먹고 운동하는게 사실 힘들어서..이런것 같이 찍거나 아님 적어주시면 다이어트에 더 참고되고 좋을 것 같아요.

      It is physically impossible to lose that much weight in a week, even if we account for 5lbs water weight, 10 lbs of fat is 35000 calories. Even if you were to eat nothing, it'd take 14 days to burn that many calories if your body used 2500 calories a day for maintenance. I've water fasted for a week before and lost 10 lbs, but half of that was water, and the other half was probably a mix of fat and muscle.

      @@kamillagaft5851 тяжело привычки менять, тянет на сладкое. Ограничила калории до 900, от курицы не смогла отказаться, добавила в рацион больше овощей. Первые 4 дня была ломка, сейчас полегче. Занимаюсь дома по 1,5часа. По замерам: ог(-3см), от(-5), об(-1).

    So nobody mentions her work out on day two doing a plank....and her stomach. Her stomach would only look like that after she lost a ton of weight! She would have a huge belly hanging low if she was the actual weight she said she was

    Good video. I live with my husband and 3.11yo son. There's snack and I cook daily lamb chops, chicken or fish with rice veg etc. Will power is key, I do low carb, 20min exercise and IF every day its doable. Day 11 completed, no excuse about living with family and that's stopping u. I eat my own diet foods and prep it in advance, hitting 100g of protein per day.

      No it does , my mom sometimes refuses to buy me some ingredients or healthy food and forces me to eat pasta and ruins my diet .. she says that i'm too young to follow a diet

      @@justem2701 well if ur under 18, im afraid she makes the rule. But being a big child myself at 7yrs old im not repeating history what mum thought was right and love by stuffing me with carbs, junk sugary foods. As my son was weaning I gave him real food and blended it myself. His 4 next month and is a growing child obviously he needs some carbs, but I do limit this, he exercises with me, he eats a balance meal like dinner chicken leg, grapes, greek yogurt and little bread half a slice. Breakfast 1 fried egg with cheese and half banana. Lunch is 3 fish finger, apple, carrot mixed broccoli. Snack is his hungry will be turkey slices, strawberry. Once a week, he'll have half a muffin, half pack crisp, or a tiny share chocolate otherwise he'll grow up saying his deprived and stuff himself with junk so this is a little treat.

    heyy ur video was very inspiring !! u made me start my own journey !! goal is to arrive to 46 kgs , rn I am 52 kgs and yesterday I was 53 kgs !! lost 1 kg in 1 day !! but I have a question , did u maintain ur weight ?? after stopping the diet

      Oh, it's possible but then again, that's just water weight and she wasn't fat or chubby in the first place. Doing planking tightens the muscles in your tummy thus making it look flat.

      @@iamsedine9219 definitely not possible LOL ive had many successful diets (bouncing back from 140 to 110 many times)...all she did was eat a larger meal & pushed her stomach out in her before pic...her stomach definitely could have gotten slimmer in 5 days cause of water weight, but its so obvious that she just ate a huge meal in her before pic

      Not me who lost 1,5kg waterweight in just 1 day xD but ofc I did got it back n so on I try my best to eat healthy and less fat n sugar stuff but my ed let's me binge on fucked up stuff and then starve myself till I collapse 😢

    The most lbs caused by fat a person can lose in a week is approx 4. And that's with starvation. Any trendy diet that promises insane weight loss, it's only water weight you're losing

    I’m struggling rn with my weight I used to be overweight at 158 pounds at 5’5 summer break started and I lost about 15 pounds it’s been several months and I now weight 126 pounds my weight goal is 110 pounds which is not recommended but I don’t mind it if I get the confidence I’ve wanted I don’t starve I do not know my calorie intake because I live in a Mexican household and it gets pretty hard to do so, anyone have any tips on how to lose weight? I eat at my meal times and don’t snack I don’t eat after 4 and eat breakfast around 9-12 am
