don't forget the big and tasty while your getting that arch deluxe back lol. when they were a buck I'd order on plain add cheese ketchup onions and pickles and you had a dollar quarter pounder with cheese!
@@Lord_Veren413 The name of the theme song is "Believe It Or Not" composed by Mike Post with lyrics by Stephen Geyer, and sung by American singer Joey Scarbury.
Is it me or I am the only one who looks forward to the Cinema Snob saying his catch-phrase "....and then, they banged!" or " sooooo layyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyed!"
Fred Williamson was a linebacker for the Chiefs and played in the superbowl where the Lombardi Packers beat them...he knocked himself out of the game with a concussion
Stonie Cooper shooting at that Mercedes trunk and it exploding, got me laughing so hard .🤣 We had a similar Mercedes years ago. During a trip another car drove into the front of our car. The other one was basically tinsel. Ours just had a small dent in the bumper. Those cars, especially those old models were built like frikkin tanks! 🤣
I really liked this actor in "Command 5". Such a cool TV movie, If I remember correctly, it was supposed to start an A-Team style TV show, but for some reason it never happened.
For a while I thought I was the only person who thought Wings Houser should have had a better career, or at least a bigger one than Champagne and Bullets and couple Rifftrax B movie features.
that post- great american hero style intro put nostalgic tears in my eyes also please tell me snob junior was conceived to that disco song from the caligula soundtrack you know the one that made your swimmers have a training montage in your pants
great episode seriously though where were the shout outs to the great LT Dude from Death Wish lll and Mr Wint (or Mr Kidd) from Diamonds are Forever???
Hey Snob, I just finished watching Vice Squad and I agree....Wings Hauser is an acting God (I know you did`nt say that!) The first thing I saw him in was Champagne and Bullets....And He made that movie work. Great reviews as always, Cheers from Quebec!
Love the gamble of going to the blockbusters of my youth. Did the case have the right movie in them. Were they rewound. Would the movie work. What kind of sound quality would it have. Did it have a dont copy this material message before the feature started. So the VHS quality here sure brings me back. Hey we even have a chance to check in on Sol in Chicago. Im all for big episodes if that is the path you want to go Snob.
Wings Hauser is such a fascinating name. It's not that it doesn't stand out as a bit of an unusual name. It's that it somehow doesn't seem as odd as the name Wings Hauser should seem. It's like a weird jedi mind trick of a name. Like Powers Boothe.
4:07- I was also thinking of Lethal Weapon. 6:58- I love that Dirty Harry line, mostly because I first heard it in The Naked Gun. 10:39 & 46:33- 🤣 14:16- This might be the same boom mic from Dolomite. 17:33- If this was your Dolomite review, you'd be taking a shot whenever this happens. 33:51- He also played a cop in The Dark Knight, which was shot in Chicago. 34:01- Except this copy of The Big Score chopped the top and bottom of the screen. 34:31- I had to look up Joao Fernandes' IMDB page to see if that was true, and yes, the trailer window DOES play the trailer for the 1970 sexploitation film, The Amazing Transplant. 38:04- Say what you will about Marvel's Secret Invasion (which I enjoyed watching), but Nick Fury and Varra's relationship makes more sense than this. 38:23- Thank you for that. 40:11- Thank you, Craig Golightly, aka Vincent Dawn from The Cinema Snob Movie. 46:02- You can also say he Godfather'd the dog. I'm currently on my 4th time watching 1983 in Film. These trailer episodes are really good to put on while doing chores, taking a shower, eating a meal, or other things.
@@kenon6968 I meant the inspiration for his character in the movie. I refuse to believe Wings didn’t improvise a lot as Huck to make the character interesting.
I rented The Big Score from VideoStation in the 2000's. It went something like this. Front cover: "Staring Fred Williamson" Me: "Alright! (I take it home and put it on.) Opening credits: "Directed by Fred Williamson". Me: "Ah shit!"
Believe it or not, I'm walkin' on air I never thought I could feel so free Flyin' away on a wing and a prayer Who could it be? Believe it or not it's just me! 🫂
6:41 That's Lincoln Kilpatrick...probably more famously known from Amir Shervan's "Hollywood Cop"....where he played a cop. Thank God there's no scene of him stripping down to wrestle in oil here. Wings would probably kick his ass.
Can you suspend a cop because you think he stole money from a crime scene? And if you agree not to suspend him unless he finds the money within a week, wouldn't he be admitting guilt by returning it, even if he really did find it?
What’s up with the cropping on many/most of the shots in “The Big Score”? It looks like the top of the print isn’t matted enough, and the bottom is overly matted.
Very cool. I don't think, like with the last episode, I've ever heard of these movies. Both seem to be fun, over the top, cheesy action thrillers with some good casting. "Deadly Force" looks to be the more fun of the two, mostly for Wings Hauser as Stoney Cooper. As for "The Big Score", it looks bad, but in a entertaining kind of way.
Wings topped this movie with his important role in Geteven, where he helped take down a Satanist drug dealing judge while his partner taught us the "Shimmy Slide".
Which one? MacGruder & Loud is Ernie Anderson, A.K.A., Goulardi, and the "Next time, on Star Trek: The Next Generation" guy. Not sure about the other trailers.
Did I miss the drama? It's pretty much like every other one he's done, except for being the internet's resident expert on e.t. porno spoofs, it's hard to reach those lofty heights twice
@@ReignWaterBurns okay I get what you are saying I suppose he had to with the way algorithms change, it's all about long-form 8 hour video essays about Rainbow Bright these days. A reviewer in the mode of the early adjective reviewers probably wouldn't fly now, other than for AVGN and NC who had such large followings they kind of got grandfathered in. I suspect most of us in the comments are all decade-plus viewers, so yeah it's different. He at least still tries to cover schlock, which is all I can ask for

Seeing “Stoned Gremlin” in the old font really got me in the feels
Wings Hauser AND Fred Williamson?!? Hell yeah! :D
I seriously hope this is the permanent opening for the Cinema Snob show. I love this opening!
The only worthy follow-up to Greatest American Hero!
nah, it's Believe It Or Not, what a bunch of weekend snobistas
but does anyone know the name of the song?
@@Lord_Veren413
The name of the theme song is "Believe It Or Not" composed by Mike Post with lyrics by Stephen Geyer, and sung by American singer Joey Scarbury.
I'm loving these big episodes Brad. I know you don't do them often but they're appreciated.
It's cool to see Brad making a double feature review!
MMMM.. Quasar electronics and the AMC Pacers. Legendary icons of quality. Great opening though; love it.
Is it me or I am the only one who looks forward to the Cinema Snob saying his catch-phrase "....and then, they banged!" or " sooooo layyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyed!"
... harrrd!"
Bruce Glover showing up immediately after the last Snob episode made me LMAO 😂
Man does this intro take me back to when I used to watch some of your older videos.
"Jumbo? You mean....Dumbo?"
😂I was thinking the exact same thing as you said it Brad🤣🤣🤣
Iv been watching Brad since 2009 fuck yeah
I really dig 'The Big Score'. So great to see Fred Williamson, John Saxon and Richard Roundtree together!
Anyone notice that Brad only does the snob character when he’s at the set, and not when he’s just reviewing it at home? Wonder why?
The "video" theme is so cute in this context; the love for and joy of movies.
What’s the songs name?
That intro had me remembering the really old episodes of the Cinema Snob. Please bring it back.
Fred Williamson was a linebacker for the Chiefs and played in the superbowl where the Lombardi Packers beat them...he knocked himself out of the game with a concussion
Ah, an intro to the video. It's been a while! Brings back memories.
Stonie Cooper shooting at that Mercedes trunk and it exploding, got me laughing so hard .🤣

Another double feature?!?! Let’s go!! 🎉
Cool back to back reviews Snob 💯
The double features are freaking awesome! Thank you
wow i love these double features they really are something special you spoil us!
Big episodes are great
Yay I am a 1984 baby. ♥️🇺🇸♥️
I really liked this actor in "Command 5". Such a cool TV movie, If I remember correctly, it was supposed to start an A-Team style TV show, but for some reason it never happened.
i love those old school trailers
Best choice for theme song.
Classic Cinema Snob intro?

I'm all in, thank you very much!

Good to see Wings still with us.
Hey it's Rip Wheeler's dad! They look so much like each other.
Damn. Snob, RLM, Goodbad flicks, and Dark Corners all posted on the same day.
Stars must be aligned or something.
This was sooooo funny, I laughed the whole way through 😂
There's a kickstarter for a documentary on Hauser
Love this channel since I don't watch movies I get to hear about them from somebody I like to think I'd be friends with in an alternate universe.
Love the Snob movie reference.
Great episode.
I know why you can't use it but sometimes I miss the Greatest American Hero intro.
trying to hype up Wing Hauser when you got FRED "THE HAMMER" WILLIAMSON! A man so good, he went to Italy so he won't sing and dance in films.
For a while I thought I was the only person who thought Wings Houser should have had a better career, or at least a bigger one than Champagne and Bullets and couple Rifftrax B movie features.
There’s actually a Kickstarter going on now - only 7-10 days left, I believe - that’s about him and his career.
Yes! I knew you'd get a new theme song! Well played!
that post- great american hero style intro put nostalgic tears in my eyes

I will cya at Planet Funk Con
Damn, I do miss these nice intros for your videos.
Its not a Wings Hauser movie without Wings drinking something.
I'm thinking Get Even or "Geteven" as it's known to RLM fans. He was very drunk and weird in that.
The great Nancy Wilson.
Nice new opening credits! When are you gonna do some more of that 42nd Street Forever goodness?.
26:20 MUCH BETTER THAN THE FINDER OF LOST LOVES!

As soon as I saw those hairstyles I I merely thought of IT chapter 2. You should cut that mullet it's been like 30 years, man.
I see now where Wings got his inspiration behind “Champagne and Bullets”
John de Hart came up with that cinematic tour de force all by his lonesome
@@kenon6968 I meant the inspiration for his character in the movie. I refuse to believe Wings didn’t improvise a lot as Huck to make the character interesting.
Brandon Tenold introduced me to it, and it's one of the most WTF films I've watched.
Wings was totally wasted in that one. RLM had a blast with that one lol.
38:13 - 38:22 I hate I was drinking water when I first heard this 😅😅😅😅
This is prime Snob 😂
Dude Joshua's jailhouse picture looks just li,like, the BTK killer omg identical

Between “Stoney Cooper” and “Wings Hauser”, I honestly don’t know which name is cooler.
oh hey the police chief in Deadly Force is the partner from Hollywood Cop!
0:58 Giggedy
8:45 I guess it's the hair?
11:29 I presume Snob reviewed all those back in the day?

WTF LOL 😂

I love the new opening. The Big Score seems like the type of aimless, dated crime movie that MST3K would have torn to shreds.
The boom mic is probably just an issue with your copy. It was probably just in the wrong aspect ratio.
It ain't "Believe it or not", but that's a pretty good new intro.
Can you suspend a cop because you think he stole money from a crime scene? And if you agree not to suspend him unless he finds the money within a week, wouldn't he be admitting guilt by returning it, even if he really did find it?
I hope the Snob reviews Orginal Gangstas.
What’s up with the cropping on many/most of the shots in “The Big Score”? It looks like the top of the print isn’t matted enough, and the bottom is overly matted.
Wing Hauer looks like a more masculine version of TJ Miller. Or maybe TJ is a toddlerbody Hauer?
Was the “evil puppets” thing a reference to “Smile Time” from “Angel?”
Btw, sorry for all the quotes.
It's too bad Saxon didn't go missing for the classic '...wait, wasn't John Saxon in this movie?' reference.
Very cool. I don't think, like with the last episode, I've ever heard of these movies. Both seem to be fun, over the top, cheesy action thrillers with some good casting. @47:36 - Please let it one of them be The Prey! The Slasher Movie equivalent of melatonin!!
Wings topped this movie with his important role in Geteven, where he helped take down a Satanist drug dealing judge while his partner taught us the "Shimmy Slide".
We doing 2 for 1 deals with the Snob now eh? Better than nothin 🤙
34:31 I just visited Joao Fernandes' IMDB page, and Snob is right; a porno trailer DID AutoPlay!
Surely if they riffed the Big Score, MST3k would've edited out John Saxon's death in this movie too.
26:55 I f you didn't already, please review that one.
Mitchell!
Brad
Why you don't "chat" with us in the comments?
It would be nice
Was that Victor Caroli doing the trailer narration?
Which one? MacGruder & Loud is Ernie Anderson, A.K.A., Goulardi, and the "Next time, on Star Trek: The Next Generation" guy. Not sure about the other trailers.
I just found out Wings Hauser is Cole Hauser's dad.
Hi 👋
the woman of my dreams: miss velma.
Deadly Force with the bad movie teamup of Geteven's Wings Hauser and Hollywood Cop's Lincoln Kilpatrick.
Hey did the killer kill the baby? I mean I hope not but they cut away so fast I don't know.
46:32 LMAO
Is this the first movie Wings filmed while drunk?
4:20 No, that's just recycled footage from his Tequila and Bonetti audition.
Does Brad just have a list of every shitty musical act he sees in the movies he reviews so he can drop them in at the most random of times?
Another friendly, nice, and pleasant review from The Cinema Sellout. Way to go, Brad. Way to go.😴
