She’s definitely feeling him. Lucky dog 🐶. Also side auto body tip I’d had put some epoxy between the bumper and the bumper tab bracket before applying the heat clips. That way it will help minimize flexing and vibrating the repair loose.

What I did see lately was a demo of someone using a brillo pad material and zip tie to work in conjunction together and I will try that soon. There's a youtube of someone doing this.
I love the plastic welder i got. There's different types of tips you can use to melt plastic rods for filling gaps or cracks! My favorite piece is one in the shape of a boot! Its hollow and you can push a plastic rod through the boot and it also has a flat surface on the bottom of the boot thats used to spread the melted plastic. Works great on larger crack areas. When crack is filled and hardened you can then sand for a smooth finish! Its definitely a trade you could learn and apply towards body work. The process done in the video works great to
i have learned that if you do a slight twist (like counter clockwise) maybe @3 degrees, it helps to better lock the hot staple inside the plastic. insert into plastic, then slight twist, then turn off trigger n remove gun...Done! :)
I used a similar tool to piece together a broken taillight surround plastic and it's super cool. Loved working with it. I would however advise that you get a Dremel and grind off the sharp ends of the staples as they can scratch the opposite panels
