I was sick with the flu recently, and it destroyed my appetite for as long as I was sick and a few days after I did not eat eating made me feel like throwing up, it was later that I told mom I had a craving, and the very next day she made me stir fried Tofu and I demolished that thing, I ate 2 servings every time. I was so happy I had an appetite again.
For mapo tofu I recommend Shisen Hanten which was owned by the late Chen Kenichi, Iron Chef Chinese. There are multiple locations. Overall Japanese heat is pretty tame compared to other cuisines. The hottest dishes would be mild for visitors used to spicy foods.

I love lactose free milk it tastes so good compared to regular milk idk why
@@BillyBobBrockali69 I’m lactose intolerant so it’s all I can drink but I can never drink it plain it has to have chocolate syrup or cereal. It’s also more expensive so I thought it was a good choice
@miamaeplays3809 I'm lactose intolerant also, but sometimes I make myself suffer to enjoy some things, and I get the lactaid brand lactose free milk and yes it is definitely more expensive compared to regular milk like $5+ extra and I like the nesquik chocolate milk powder 67 Oz Canister it makes around 85 servings and yeah I was going to choose lactaid milk for one of my finger liquids also but I decided to choose expensive liquids like Insulin and venom and stuff thinking I can just have money form that to get milk and stuff
