Great job. I use to have the original double album and on Cassette and must have gone to the theater at least 5 times to watch this. I own a copy on DVD now. Despite what the critics said, i still enjoy the movie very much
Thank you for this - makes no sense the movie and (some of) the soundtrack didn't get more acclaim. I saw this in the theatre at age 11 and it introduced me to Beatles music - and touched my life forever. Even now the movie makes me laugh and cry. Almost every performance was true to the spirit of the Beatles artistry.
Amazing, I'm shocked. I'm crying because it's a pure beauty. I can't believe it. Brothers Gibb and Frampton are huge artists. Thank you for your love and peaceful version.❤
I really like the vocal harmonies of Bee Gees and Peter Frampton's guitar. I don't care about any critics by music journalists. I have my own opinion 'bout good melodies.

It is. I had this album and saw the movie dozens of times so I'm absolutely positive this is the soundtrack with both The Bee Gees and Peter Frampton...Steve Martin did Maxwell's Silver Hammer...Aerosmith and Alice Cooper did their turn in it too =)) Paul Nicholas does a lot of the vocals as well as others.
I saw that film, coincidentally, on the night that John Lennon died, about four hours before. Next to Dr. Doolittle, it was the worst movie musical I ever sat through.
This was a waste of time, a real bad way to take advantage of temporary fame, during those days in it best moment.
