      @@victoriaferris4398 keep in mind that love, music and our spirits never die. Our twins spirit and love will always live. They dwell even in their many fans. I can feel them every time I listen to them. I was also a fan of Andy. I was heartbroken when I learned of his death. He may have been an addict but that’s part of the disease of addiction. He was loving, caring younger brother to his older brothers. They were a very loving family and were devastated when He passed away. Of course back then you never got the truth about the way he died. That alone would devastate the parents and siblings. How the parents suffered losing Andy. I am the mother of 2 sons, no daughters. Just the thought of losing either of my sons is more than I can even imagine. Barbara Gibb lost 3 sons. How sad.

His confidence, charm & charisma. I can't take my eyes off of him.♥️ The way he looks at the camera.♥️💞 It's Priceless.💖 They deserve to be given the break they were given. Lol, Robin never played trumpet, he did learn the keyboard though. They say that Maurice played a dozen different instruments just because he enjoyed it, although he did use some of them in their music of course. They were all blessed with incredible musical talents by God. I bet that people originally watching these shows never thought that they would become world famous and be in the songwriters hall of fame and the rock and roll hall of fame.

    • @beangelic1000
      @beangelic1000 6 днів тому

      Robin also played a lot of instruments, just not on stage. he could play piano, organ, Mellotron, acoustic guitar, harmonica, harp, cello , violin and piano accordian. Robin like his twin Maurice also played a 12 string guitar, first seen back in 1969 when he was solo and producing his album.

      Most of the time it's the agents and the powers that be, gets the artists to change, like that Epstein, when he became agent to the Beatles, got them to get rid of the 1950s hairstyles and go for the silly mophead look and the identical clothing, it's like Elvis if it hadn't been for that con artist Tom Parker, who purchased the colonel title Elvis would've had a better film and musical career, but tom Parker, prevented him from making better films and because of Tom, he missed out of recording the Dolly Parton song I'll always love you etc

      I have often wished that too. It is interesting to try and decipher which of them is singing the high harmony and which is in the middle at this age. My conclusion is that the majority of the higher part is Robin although as adults it was usually Maurice who sung that
      part.

      @@isabellabourchier3498 Hi Isabella.
      Yes, I believe you are right. I came across one song in which they were briefly heard solo and it was Maurice who was in the middle at fourteen years of age or so, and Robin who was still singing higher.
      They certainly had unique voices. I enjoy listening to Barry in his teens. It is unusual to hear a singer's accent in their singing but Barry sounded oh so British.

    • @isabellabourchier3498
      @isabellabourchier3498 3 роки тому

      @@garycarter9859 they never lost their British accents all time they were in Australia. Years later after living in Miami, I could decipher an American twang sometimes in Barry at least. Maurice generally left behind the Lancashire but the odd word still came out pure Mancunian. Robin, never changed in the slightest.
      What song was that Gary? I think Maurice
      Voice changed before Robin’s as there are songs from 1964 where Robin is still clearly singing treble . At least, I think it is Robin.

      Maurice sang that 3rd part, which isn't easy to do and why he's serious. He had the biggest vocal range. Barry was their biggest gift with also a huge range, but he wrote so many songs, according to their mom. Robin gets maybe too much credit, but hilarity was abundant.
