    How much gaps I should maintain between meal ,snack and tea to the Kapala Randra Dhauti kriya

      Hello my brother, I recommend you to perform the Priya after you wake up, finish your basic routine. Then you don't need to leave gaps. If you cant, do it three hours after any meal. 💜✨️✨️
