Rome Fortunato *Was a racist. He committed racial crimes after dropping out of school at 13, being heavily bullied and addicted to cocaine and other drugs. He was messed up and uneducated, but he educated himself and is no longer like that at all.
Very strong minded person. I like his motivation and strong will. The best is when he said he is on his hands and knee's and prays before stating his day.
It makes you kinda sad, desperated and angry when you want to go to the gym and hit a session but can't, because you had a surgery and can't train for 2 months lol
I just love him hey. The way he's been able to shape his career and still be such a hugely respected celebrity/human being is just amazing. He should be really proud of himself for everything he's achieved.
It's actually really inspiring to see how Mark changed his dieting. I saw interviews in the past with him talking about that heavy meat eating regiment he was doing with 7-8 meals a day, and I always thought to myself "That can't be good for your gut man!" I'm no crazy plant based diet advocate, but the way he was eating and training in the past was just insane.
People wonder why Mark has gotten so many movie roles. That question should be answered by this video. He turns up on turn fully prepared, doesn't complain or cause drama and just works hard to get the job done. If he has to get fat to get the role - he gets fat, if he has to be skinny - he gets skinny and everything in between - no complaints, he is ready for it, hungry and fully committed. You don't hear this a lot in movies/etc but if you work your butt off an appreciate the effort that everyone puts in to get a film/tv/net series done and put in a similar effort in whatever you have to bring to the work, you will go far. If you have ever wondered how some plain looking, seemingly low talent dudes (he isn't) get roles - this is a huge factor.

I think if you have unlimited budget it's hard to motivate yourself. Because you could be out having fun and spending money instead or living on spartan regiment.
He was on gear for Pain and Gain, for sure. Otherwise, everything I've seen of him seems doable with hard work, money, and a good trainer. You also need to understand that he always stays in shape (unless a role demands otherwise), and that helps a whole lot
That chef did not seem like he was too happy about him doing plant-based, LOL. Great video. Made me want to do work out again after watching it. Thanks.

One thing I've noticed in Mark's training, and both Mark Wahlberg & Mr. Donnie Wahlberg are 10th Degree - Whitebelt Angels in/re 10 Commandment Way now, always, regardless of all always, is in some recent footage I saw in one of his Television works shows, he was in a combat scene and I noticed he was throwing a topfist, it was like a hooking topfist, a right hook topfist actually and while defending another quarter, he was intercepting a punch while throwing the topfist hook. But I noticed he showed tremendous & purposeful, direct mercy, and restraint in his technique, he could have easily knocked this dudes block off in this particular combat sequence, but chose not to, and held back, withdrawing much of the force he could have generated, pulling the punch a bit. It was great to see, man, peoples showing love in their training, & combat when we have to. He was getting some nice arc off of it too, I recall it, like a perfect circular arc.
