I want to thank Lisa who helped me with my sailrite purchase. I just placed my order on the 30th of June and it arrived the very next day July 1st! thank you Lisa for your help1 I AM SO EXCITED I CAN NOT WAIT TO UNBOX MY MACHINE!
I love Sailrite videos! Thanks for doing a great job with these. I have a request for projects making bags and items for bikes, and especially e-bikes. I have an E-bike that I love, and I would like to make panniers or saddle bags, handlebar bags (convert the DIY Fannypack?), and multipurpose bags for carrying items and that can be lifted off and used for shopping or a shoulder bag. Bike basket liners with pockets are useful, too. I can put my keys and ID in them. I’ve made liners with snaps to secure them to the front or rear metal framed baskets. Another thing I’m interested in is a “bike trunk bag,” which is a bag wth handles that can attach to the back rack, but it can be lifted off for transporting for work or shopping, etc. I could probably come up with my own ideas, but that’s a lot of trial and error…and more error on my part, lol! Your design skills would save me lots of time and fabric!😂 Just some ideas for y’all, thanks!
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you're enjoying the Sailrite videos. I appreciate your suggestions for E-bike-related projects, and I'll definitely keep them in mind for future videos. Stay tuned for more exciting content!
@@SailriteDIYthanks! My new Ultrafeed LSZ just arrived yesterday, so I’m looking for fun projects to break in my new toy! I’m not new to sewing, but I think I might try one of the tote bags and the Origami bag. Once I get the hang of the LSZ, I’ll be off and runnin’. 😄
When using seamstick basting tape sometimes you would not sew through it, but when installing zippers and webbing or straps you would sew through it. If the fabric is rather heavy it typically does not build up on the needle as that fabric cleans the needle as it exits. However, (Seamstick) for canvas on a very light weight fabric may gum up the needle rather quickly because the lighter fabric does not have the larger fibers or weave to help clean the needle as it exits the fabric. A gummed up needle and parts can be cleaned off with some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball or Goo Gone (we do not sell this).

Does the glue from the tape get on your needle or get down into the bobbin? I

Thank you. I enjoy your tutorials. They are so clear and concise.
How is the tension able to be adjusted with the presser foot in the up position?
Love it
Thanks!
This is great! Can you throw it in the washing machine?
Yes, absolutely
👍
Não tem medidas não entendi 😮
You can order the kit and get a full size pattern or order the pattern and use it over and over again!
