Their going to receive virtually zero UV with that UV bulb so far away from them and on that angel. I’d recommend putting it next to your basking light facing downwards so when they’re basking they also receive a beneficial amount of UV as it doesn’t travel very far at all

What did you use to cut the hole in that hide? Mine is very thick & I can’t figure out how to cut it.

I used a soldering iron to carve it and then broke off excess plastic but you can always carefully use a drill just have to go slow and not apply a lot of pressure so it doesn’t crack

Ambient night temp is in the 70s if need be you can always use a heat mat / tape

Hi , my tortoise in not eating about a weeks now.. I have him almost 3 months with no fogger only recently I knew about it.. he sleeping all the time .. can you give some advice..

Hi besides the fogger just go through a breakdown. double check all the temps, bulbs, what youre offering, supplements, habitat etc but also if he is being lethargic the best option is always regardless “when in doubt” go to the vet! In person diagnosis is key! Hopefully the little one bounces back please keep us posted!

Great video but your UVB setup wont do anything. Get a Solarmeter and you will see.
