Whoa, the mix! I was sure it's one of those lame "live" vids with studio audio tracks for a moment, took me a while to notice it's a real recording. Fantastic job with mix, filming and editing is first class too.
Recording multitrack direct outs straight from the board and then mix and master. It's also on purpose not to make it sound like CD recording because well... it is live!
That's why I wrote "for a moment", yeah it sounds different. Still, I'm not used to good desk recordings on youtube, plus band does sounds close enough to their studio work here, which is impressive as fast music like this easily turns into mush live. Those guys are really serious about their craft.
This is one of those bands where you can immerse yourselves in every song they have and it’s a different experience, my weekend is now binging every song this band has and I’m glad I found them
if only I knew more technical death band at that time i would have seen them for sure. The only technical death/deathcore event i saw was Thy art is murder headline with Fallujah and another band at the time
The mix lacks clarity, some levels are way of etc. but honestly it's pretty damn hard to mix a band like Archspire. Probably couldn't do a better job myself. Props!
In Spencer we trust
"We're Archspire." That mic drop was insanely well placed.
that. was. clean!
They are always that clean! It's unbelievable

That says a lot about their performance too. Crazy!
LOL at the guy at 1:05
Everyone listening it at the live would be like that lml
So fucking epic
Me at every gig.
I've done worse and seen worse 😂
guy at 1:05 is most death metal fans. If you go to a Suffocation show literally the whole crowd is doing the death chop or similar gestures haha
How can a band be so perfect at this level of complexity in the songs?
i can't believe they did this live, Spencer is amazing

Thanks for the comment! It is actually on purpose the mix is not top clear and well balanced to make it sound like it sounded live at the venue!
Stop. Just stop. You had me at wait...um...what just happened???!!

Band recording...Live nob
Not exactly sure what you mean by your comment, but if that was your doubt, this is the actual live band's recording by us.
