Thought the same thing. The only thing that could make any sense to me is that Bud on a Roomba temporarily unthawed all of his inactive Buds only to tell them to go back in their pods when the cleaning was done. God that would be disheartening to say the least 😅

That was my main concern going into the show - and by the end of Episode 1 all of my fears had been alleviated!
It took me some episodes to be convinced, at the end of the day the writing of the first episodes is very constructed and the outcome of several scenes was predictable for me. However the action/drama balance is good, the characters are ambivalent (which imho is a good thing) and story wise the Fallout canon gets so many additions, that watching the show is compulsory for fans of the games. I missed some creatures and species but it seems they'll show up in season 2. At the end I was completely satisfied.

I so much hope they also reveal more about the Dunwich cult in the next season! 🤩 Although Hancock already dropped some hints that drugs are involved in sentient ghoulification, which Cooper confirmed now, I imagined since FO3 that the Dunwich cult was involved in the whole ghoulification phenomenon.
I agree with you 100% - If they add in any sort of storyline about the Dunwich Cult, I will lose my mind LMAO
