Just bought and installed this dash cam last week. Everything is perfect except for the GPS, but I'm guessing that's not Viofo's fault. I have tint on my windshield, and the tint contains metal, so maybe it interferes with GPS signal. It does cause issues with GPS on my phone, so I think having the GPS unit directly stuck on the tint itself makes it even worse. Other than that, the camera is great. The image quality is unbelievable. I upgraded from a very old Blackvue DR590W, so imagine my shock when I saw the difference in image quality. The app is also 10000x better than the Blackvue app. The wifi also connects instantly, unlike with my Blackvue. And the 5GHz wifi really speeds up video previews and downloads.
Glad to hear the image quality is such an upgrade for you! Yes, it's quite possible that your windshield is interfering with the GPS. Do keep in mind that sometimes the GPS needs the vehicle to be in-motion to get up and running.
Thanks for the feedback! You can find what specific SD cards VIOFO recommends here: support.viofo.com/support/solutions/articles/19000133471-what-memory-card-is-recommended-for-a-viofo-dashcam- As for updates, VIOFO releases updates very frequently, with the latest on August 4th.
I mean, the highest voltage cut-off is around 12.5V, while the most commonly used option is 12V, which is still healthy for most car batteries. With an average car battery, 12V will last for 6-8 hours of parking mode. with 12.5V, you'll probably get 1-3 hours of parking mode.
Even if your camera isn't in use when you aren't driving, it's still going to absorb heat while it sits on your dashboard! Ensure you get a heat-resistant camera, like these VIOFO models. Their best current model for high heat is the A229 Plus duo, which you can find here: www.blackboxmycar.com/products/viofo-a229-plus-2k-qhd-2-channel-dash-cam
I do have a question. Why can I only see the gpa when I download the rear camera but not with the front camara? Can I see the gpa in my computer when I download the video?
Yes, you can see the GPS data with this camera over the computer! However the location data is imbedded into the video, so you'll need a proper viewer that can translate that data. We recommend the Dash Cam Viewer, which will turn that information into a proper positioning map.
Hi there! This is actually a known issue with some dash cams and car audio systems. I'd recommend reaching out to our support team at info@blackboxmycar.com. They might have more specific advice for your Audi model and the A139 Pro setup. Also, it might be worth checking with Audi to see if they have any known issues or solutions for DAB radio interference in your specific model. Remember, while these are common solutions, it's important to be careful when making changes to your car's electrical system. If you're not comfortable with any of these steps, it's best to consult with a professional installer.
Is the 2.8mm coax cable for the rear camera the same cable as the BlackVue DR900 Series rear cable? My BlackVue DR900S died and I'd like to switch to the Viofo. It would be really nice to use the same cable and not have to fish a new one.
Yes, the Viofo A139 Pro offers buffered recording in parking mode. This works for both impact and motion detection while parked, and technically if you press the emergency button, since it will always be recording when the vehicle is on.
I'm plagued with problems since i bought the cam 1.5 months ago. Constant beeping sounds and "fake recording" where it says 2 channel recording but actually there is none. Realized it was due to a faulty original Viofo 256gb SD card. Replaced it and was ok. Parking auto detection mode records everything, even light flickering. So consider it as constant recording instead of auto. Final straw was a total hardware failure where the unit keeps restarting. All known attempts to troubleshoot doesnt work, firmware update not possible as it cant even read the SD card due to the constant restart. Reached out to their support and awaiting response. Its been a lot of hassle and stress to constantly be paranoid if the camera is working or even recording. Now, its not even booting up.
Hey, sorry to see what you have experienced. I was looking for a problem that I have experienced about the parking mode. It indeed records constantly until the battery cuts the power in auto detection mode. It has been a while since you wrote your comment so do you mind sharing if you have received any resolution for the problems you stated? Thanks.
Hi. No solution to the parking mode as it’s built that way to record even the slightest of movement even at lowest sensitivity. Alternative options is to get an external battery or set to low bit recording.
@@kogan31 Thanks for the reply. Low sensitivity does not help either as you said. I will try the low bit rate and see how long it records. This issue could easily be solved with an update, no idea why they don’t implement.
@@ozanerayaydinit will continue recording but just with lesser memory usage. I enquired about it with VIOFO and they told me it’s by design. Even light flickering it will record. So I guess software update doesn’t work.
@@kogan31 Hello there again. Today is the 5th day of owning the cam and now it started to restart constantly without refusing to boot. Tried everything but nothing happened. Just another problem out of nowhere to add to the collection. :)
Can you please show footage, at nighttime, with HDR on and the "exposure value" set to (what I assume is) the maximum value of +2.0 (whereas the minimum value is -2.0)? Can you please show the same scene with different levels of lighting, like a distant streetlight, distant oncoming pair of headlights, versus only moonlight? I'd like to see what the Sony STARVIS 2 sensor can provide at maximum exposure. Is there any clipping ir overexposure of light sources? Thank you! The exposure setting us on pg. 23 of the manual.
Thanks for the feedback, we can consider doing so for future models. As the A229 Pro 3-CH has surpassed and replaced this unit, we won't be doing anything new for it. Check out our sample footage for the A229 Pro here: ua-cam.com/video/OX5bf1lN7LE/v-deo.html
Do all three channels work while in parking mode? I'm specifically curious about the interior cam working along with the two others during parking. I really appreciate all the information you all provide, thank you!
I installed a Viofo A139 Pro Trio camera on the car, and the interior camera, which also has night vision, I use to monitor the front of the car at night, but because of the reflection from the windshield, nothing can be seen when the IR is activated .Is there any film or anti-reflection filterto get rid of this problem?
No, that's why IR is only designed to record the interior of the vehicle, rather than the exterior. You can disable the IR in the settings of the camera to use it for your described purpose, but there won't be any IR
The dedicated dash cam battery pack or the built-in battery in the camera? The built-in battery inside of this dash cam is a super capacitor, which is an excellent option to prevent the camera from catching fire, the unit will likely start melting well before that. This is a concern for cheaper cameras that use lithium ion batteries, which can definitely catch fire in extreme heat. Our dedicated battery packs will shut down in high heat situations to prevent dangerous power draw, and are overall very weather resistant. Still, it's less of a concern as our battery packs are lithium phosphate, as opposed to lithium ion, found in your everyday usb charger. More than that, the battery is normally kept in a more shaded area, that is much cooler, so they don't heat up as quickly as your dash cam will, sitting on the windshield. In fairness though, it is a battery, and if punctured or in very very extreme temperatures, can catch fire.
If you're still curious, here's our article comparing Lithium Ion batteries to Super Capacitors: www.blackboxmycar.com/pages/whats-the-difference-between-super-capacitors-and-lithium-ion-batteries-in-a-dash-camera
Sorry to hear that! Does the time reset when the camera loses power? I would recommend manually setting the time as per your GMT time-zone instead of synchronization.
I bought the 2ch A139 pro in the 3 weeks since install has frozen twice, I think it gets to hot in parking mode and fails. Updated Fw and different SD cards dont help. Very disappointed as previous cheaper brand units have been reliable😠
Very sorry to hear that your VIOFO A139 Pro has frozen twice for you. We've seen this most commonly caused by the rear/interior cameras, so please disconnect this and see if the issue persists. It's quite possible that the persistent use in parking mode causes this, when the unit begins to overheat, trying a few different parking mode options could prove beneficial as well.
Nice review! I look forward to seeing more long term reviews for the various dash cams available. In this review, the A139 pro is an awesome dash cam but I would pick the original A139 because I want to record with all 3 channels at 30 fps.
Thanks for the feedback, glad you liked it! To be clear, when using all 3-channels, this unit is still able to do 4K 1600P 30fps + 1080P 30fps + 1080P 30fps, downgrading the front camera from 2160p to 1600p.
A 360 degree setup can be quite tough for a single setup! The closest option we have is the Thinkware Multiplexer found here: ua-cam.com/video/g4lXtxmgsTs/v-deo.html Alternatively, we also installed 4 U1000's here: ua-cam.com/video/_xxG8uBLxzs/v-deo.html
Bought the 2CH version bundled with a PC8 battery and hard wiring kit last week though I probably should've actually waited until I had the vehicle I plan on installing it into.😅
No worries, enjoy the dash cam! The VIOFO can be connected to any basic USB-C outlet for testing, and you can even charge the battery pack in your house through a Power Inverter. Testing the system first will help wrap your head around how it all works, and make sure there aren't any issues when you go to install it.
@@blackboxmycar That I'll be doing, hopefully I'll finally get the RAV4 XSE I put a deposit down for nine months ago at one of my area Toyota dealerships here in Michigan before much longer.
Glad you like the Channel :D! The A139 Interior camera should actually automatically adjust to the lighting in the cabin, allowing for color during daylight situations. Alternatively, the IR can be disabled in the settings of the camera to function like a standard rear camera. I your IR camera is always not in-colour, it's possible the sensors at the top/bottom is blocked, so try a different mounting position.
Hardwiring to the fusebox is most certainly recommended, a battery pack is an optional alternative. A battery pack avoids all wear and tear on your vehicle's battery, and provides much longer parking mode.
@@blackboxmycar Do the batterypacks you mentioned are safe to work without exploding or fire, in extreme heat conditions such as 45 degress celius to 55 lets say?
So why would you buy one with all these defects now? Would it be better to wait until they work out all their bugs or offer free upgraded replacements?
Thanks for your comment.! We appreciate your concerns. It's important to remember that no product is absolutely perfect, and the aim of this video was to present an honest and balanced view, incorporating genuine feedback from long-term use. While there may be some areas where improvements can be made, many users find that the current benefits and features outweigh these issues. Additionally, as we showed in the video, VIOFO is focused on resolving these issues as they've done with many issues before. Waiting for a "perfect" version could mean missing out on the benefits you could be getting from the device right now. Frequently, these improvements are done over-the-air, through free firmware updates.
@@blackboxmycar I understand I've been wanting to get dash cams for my car for a long time now. The T-Eye ADR-3000 has come the closes with on-screen with functioning data stamps. But it only has one camera. It seems no one in the dash cam industry is trying to make the ultimate dash can and just taking leftover tech and putting in the dash cams. Good Review Though - Thanks for the Update.
Thanks for the feedback and glad you liked the review! I hear where you are coming from here, with no one making the ultimate camera yet. VIOFO specifically is always very considerate of cost when it comes to their models, and aims to deliver high specs with essential features. If you are looking for the ultimate model, you may want to increase your price range to the Thinkware U3000 or BlackVue DR970X. Vortex Radar addresses many of the key points holding dash cams back if you're curious, in this video: ua-cam.com/video/SowUTOrhzOg/v-deo.html
@@blackboxmycar You are right that a very good review of state of the dash cam industry. He kind agrees with that tech is kind static. This guy had to be channeling my thoughts. He kind agrees with me and probably you that dash cam tech is kind stagic.I have been so tempted to 3D print a case that would be custom fit for car and just ripping out the guts of several dash cams and creating a Frankenstein model. I have alway lended toward the Trucker 4 and 3 Channel models. I want F&R traffic, software that captures car (speed blinkers, brake) and location data and side police stop cameras.
One biggest drawback for me is this dashcam doesn't has a display screen. Is it possible to connect this dashcam via bluetooth and instantly see the front and rear view on the phone? I want to use this dash cam as a digital rear view mirror as well because my car middle row entertainment center is blocking my rear view mirror. If this dashcam can, this will be my perfect choice dash cam. Thanks
You can do this through the camera's wifi, but we do not recommend using a dash cam like this as a backup camera. The live-view will have a couple seconds delay, and the viewing angle from the top of the rear windshield will not be ideal.
I've had mine for 6 months now and it's starting to be a bit unreliable. Now it sometimes doesn't power on when the car turns on, or won't power on correctly, won't begin recording video even with me pressing the record button (it'll keep flashing the rec light) so I'll have to force restart the dashcam which doesn't always fix the issue, and recently the camera failed to turn off or locked up. I came back to my car after 9 hours and was suprised to see the dashcam still on as it's hardwired to the car...I pressed some buttons and no response. Also this camera gets VERY VERY HOT like too hot to touch with your hands hot.
Thanks very much for the feedback! Our recommendation is to try briefly powering with the cigarette lighter adapter to see if the powering issues are caused by the hardwire kit. Beyond that, we've seen freezing issues with the unit caused by the rear/interior cameras, so please try running the camera without those temporarily, and seeing if that helps.
The same happened to me... I purchased this camera as it is advertised to be the best one on the market. Yesterday, it randomly failed to record a few hours of driving and then for about 3 hours of parking, even though it informed me each time the recording was on! The worst thing is, someone scratched the door of my brand new vehicle when it was parked and I was hoping it was recorded on my camera, only to discover it failed me when I needed it the most! I use the sandisk extreme pro 256GB card and had no issues with it before. Any advice? As of today, my Viofo 139 pro is absolutely an unreliable device.
Dang, very sorry to hear that happened! I'm hoping you were speaking to your supplier of the unit for replacement under warranty. I can confirm that the A229 Pro has a sturdier frame to handle the heat, and they've added extra heat-sinks inside, though we haven't gotten hands-on just yet so I can't say much more.
The VIOFO A139 Pro 4K offers various parking mode options to guard your car even when you're not there. These include: Auto Event Detection: Automatically starts recording when movement or impacts are detected. Time Lapse: Records video continuously at low frame rates to reduce recording size. Low Bitrate Mode: Continues recording audio and video normally with high compression for extended recording times. To enable parking mode, you'll need a VIOFO HK4-C or HK3-C Hardwiring Kit.
Did viofo fix the issue with unsynced starting times of all 3 channels? For example when i want to edit a nice 3-channel video, i'd still have to fiddle around with 3 files to match a synced starting point? edit: And i still dont get it, why the 2 channel setup gets around 74,5mbit of "code space", but the 3 channel setup caps at 55,38 mbit. That's almost 20 mbit of quality missing, which is very sad.
Hi there, can't say we've heard of unsynced time stamps on VIOFO footage, it may be best to contact VIOFO directly about that. As for the code space taken up by the 3-channel option, if you do have the resolution maxed out, then either the resolution or frame rate must decrease from 2-channel to 3-channel.
Yes, I can confirm we've tested the parking mode! In our experience the parking mode does work well on impact and motion detection, though the system does draw a fair bit of power compared to other systems. If there is a specific aspect of parking mode you are worried about, let us know.
That's a very reasonable concern! I would recommend a more energy efficient parking mode like impact/motion recording, which will allow the camera to not fully record while the car is parked, only when something happens. Think of it like keeping one eye open, while the other rests.
Looks neet & glad you guys are doing this but will pass on it casue i live in California & the summers are no joke i am waiting to for the u3000 cause thinkware is the best for that hopefully thinkware will add a low bit-rate
No worries Cap! The U3000 is a great call for California and I'm glad you're taking the effect of heat seriously. I can confirm that the Thinkware U3000 has a high and normal bitrate function :).
Hopefully it's better (the heat rating looks the same) than the U1000. Mine only lasted 14 months then died here in the AZ heat. No way I'd spend $550.00 for the U3000! I'm probably going to get this one and add the extended warranty. It'll still come out a. lot cheaper than the U3000 and give me just about the same features.
Question. I need help with my a139pro. I contacted viovo and they couldn't (or didn't want to) help me. I am having the same problem that you mention at the end of the video with the sd card and not being able to load the latest recorded video's on your phone. But i have a SanDisk High Endurance 256GB from Viovo themselves. They recommend this card to be perfect and most compatible with this dashcam when I bought it. Why do I still have this issue. It just stops loading the video's and turns recording back on on its own. Sometimes the app even shows me that the latest recording is 3 days ago while driving everyday with it on... It's very frustrating and i'm hoping someone has a work around for this.
I found the infra red and auto event detection parking mode are not working, the infra red problem is the most terrible becasue the footage in the night is totally no use.
Could you try turning the IR to always-on in the settings? Also try readjusting the location of the IR camera as we've seen some camera angles actually cause the IR to get stuck on nearby objects. Update the firmware, and then speak to whoever you purchased the unit from.
Is the problem of overheating, which exists in the a139 3ch, solved in the a139 pro? Can only the new a139 pro module with the front camera use the wiring from the old a139 3ch and work simultaneously with the interior and rear cameras of the a139 3ch? Thank You in advance.
The A139 Pro does runner hotter due tot he higher quality image sensor. The good news is that all the cables are exactly the same between the A139 and A139 Pro, so they can be reused.
Haha, love the ideas Chuck!!! BBMC Insider Update has a great ring to it, but we're trying to go for more of a community feel to it 🤔. Most def with Broseph definitely gave Joseph a good chuckle.
Testing doesn’t want to record the whole drive it only records little bits and pieces. I do not like a dash cam like this. I have this one for about four months.
Ah, yes this is standard, dash cams compress footage into smaller, easier to store fragments so they can store the whole drive. Viofo's do have a setting to extend this, setting the Loop Recording to a 10 minute interval max.
Appreciate your reviews. But for someone not tech savvy, this all sounds way too complicated. Using new tech devices is just never intuitive, and you make it sound intimidating. I wonder if instead of running a power cord all through your interior trim, you can access rearview mirror power? Also, if plugged into the car's usb port, will it drain the battery when the car is parked?
Dash cam not working. I just purchased a Viofo A139 pro, after many reviews I settled on this unit. And after 3 days many rounds with brused ribs from laying on my car seal . The problem was the unit would work intermittently would not stay on. The fix was the battery limits switch would shut it down in park mode. So pay attention to your battery voltage I had to put switch to the lowest voltage for it to stay on. It seems simple and stupid right , well it took me 3 days to figure it out , I hope this will save some poeple from a frustrating install.
Sorry to hear this turned into such a headache for you. Yes, it is very important to consider what voltage your vehicle's battery is at, as with a weaker car battery the cut-off can be reached very quickly leading to issues like this.
Thanks for the feedback! Yes, there have been some issues, some of which have been resolved since launch by VIOFO, and some of which still need to be ironed out. If you are looking for another unit that is very reliable in the long-term while still sporting the same excellent image quality from the SONY Starvis 2 image sensors, please consider the new Thinkware U3000
Beware camera sucks, guaranteed not to record an incident you may have. Every close call I've had with mine, I did not record it. I have zero faith this record an accident if it happens.
A dashcam with parking mode, but to use parking mode one has to buy more hardware NOT included with the camera! Which is a very cheap move on their part. The app is trash, motion detection is extremely frustrating, many other cameras show a small clip of the object, so no need to be revising tons of motion clips. The app does not have fast forward play, if I am reviewing multiple videos and looking for a specific object on the frame, instead of tapping fwd and hoping I find the object or stick to watch each clip, waste of time. Snapshot is also trash, super laggy, I tested a few vehicles passing slowly in front or rear camera, press snapshot and the picture will show the car almost gone, about a second or two delay. Front and rear do not have IR, as it will glare with the glass at night. Any vandalism in extremely low light conditions will show a totally black video, nothing captured. Continuing with the app, the viewing video quality on playback shows this muggy cloudy effect randomly, imo usually happens when it gets extremely hot. The built-in buttons for the microphone and wifi on the device sometimes will not work. The app has a feature to turn on or off the led lights on the device, it works whenever it wants to. And the most cheap feature of this camera is the noise it makes upon startup or when turning off, sounds like a knock-off camera, and many of my friends concur. BTW I bought mine directly from Viofo. IMO, over-priced cameras with ok features. And, NO BLUETOOTH! everytime I need to disconnect my wifi to jump into the dashcam.

Thanks for the feedback! You can find what specific SD cards VIOFO recommends here: support.viofo.com/support/solutions/articles/19000133471-what-memory-card-is-recommended-for-a-viofo-dashcam-
As for updates, VIOFO releases updates very frequently, with the latest on August 4th.
How long would it last if it's hardwired? Say the voltage threshold on the hardwire kit is under highest (safest) voltage level
Awesome review - helped my buying decision
Glad to hear it :D!
Do you have any opinion if I only use the camera when I am in my car driving how it would do in the Arizona summer heat?
We recommend the Dash Cam Viewer, which will turn that information into a proper positioning map.
hi my A139 pro rear camera interferes with my DAB radio in my audi any suggestions, unit is hard wired
I’m watching this nervously literally just got one 😅
No worries! Our intention is just to highlight what the user experience has been so far so that there are no surprises.
Is the 2.8mm coax cable for the rear camera the same cable as the BlackVue DR900 Series rear cable? My BlackVue DR900S died and I'd like to switch to the Viofo. It would be really nice to use the same cable and not have to fish a new one.
Unfortunately the BlackVue connector pins are standard coaxial pins, while the A139 Pro uses mini coaxial pins. The cable would need to be changed.
Viofo A139 pro. What's the max SD card storage it can take
The largest SD card that the A139 Pro can take is 512GB.
Does this buffer record? Both for impact detection and if you hit the emergency record button?
I can confirm, all 3 cameras work in parking mode if you want!
Could the battery pack cause a fire if kept in car during hot weather ?
I'm having trouble setting the time. I synchronize with the phone and after a while it is set to approx. 2 hours less
Sorry to hear that! Does the time reset when the camera loses power? I would recommend manually setting the time as per your GMT time-zone instead of synchronization.
@@blackboxmycar
I thought the camera used the time from the gps
That's not the case unfortunately.
@@blackboxmycar
It's my fault 😀 I forgot to change GMT +2 😉
@@blackboxmycar Thanks for clarifying, you actually said this on the video but I misunderstood. So, A139 pro is my pick now!!
No worries! It can be a bit awkward to wrap your head around. Enjoy the camera!
Do you have a video of one that is really a 360 degree dash cam?
A 360 degree setup can be quite tough for a single setup! The closest option we have is the Thinkware Multiplexer found here: ua-cam.com/video/g4lXtxmgsTs/v-deo.html
Alternatively, we also installed 4 U1000's here: ua-cam.com/video/_xxG8uBLxzs/v-deo.html
Got the call a couple weeks ago, finally going to get to install it early next month.😅
How's it been?
Is ViofoA139pro the best 4k two channel ?
Consider the A229 Pro duo! More info on it soon. The A139 Pro is still a good option.
Hey love you channel!!! How do I record with color for the interior camera?
Glad you like the Channel :D! The A139 Interior camera should actually automatically adjust to the lighting in the cabin, allowing for color during daylight situations.
Alternatively, the IR can be disabled in the settings of the camera to function like a standard rear camera. I your IR camera is always not in-colour, it's possible the sensors at the top/bottom is blocked, so try a different mounting position.
Is it not recommended to hardwire the dashcam into the fusebox, why do you need an additional battery?
Hardwiring to the fusebox is most certainly recommended, a battery pack is an optional alternative. A battery pack avoids all wear and tear on your vehicle's battery, and provides much longer parking mode.
@@blackboxmycar Do the batterypacks you mentioned are safe to work without exploding or fire, in extreme heat conditions such as 45 degress celius to 55 lets say?
@@blackboxmycar Second question is if we can wire it to the fuse box, and also to a better pack, so if one runs out we will use the second option?

No rear screen ?? how can you set it up ?? cant see what its doing.
You can live-view through the Viofo app, providing you with a live-feed for optimal positioning.
Mines died after 4 months 😢. Was thinking of getting something cooler in temps from VIOFO. they just released the a229pro 🤔
@@blackboxmycar yeah they refunded me the full amount and bought another a139pro hoping this one lasts longer 🤞🏻
Can you set it to record parking mode all time ?
The VIOFO A139 Pro 4K offers various parking mode options to guard your car even when you're not there. These include:
Auto Event Detection: Automatically starts recording when movement or impacts are detected.
Can we view live view from around the world while in parking mode?
You cannot. That would be a remote notification, found in Cloud based dash cams like BlackVue.
Did you test the parking mode? Saw another review where it didn't work well at all. Would like some current updates.
Yes, I can confirm we've tested the parking mode! In our experience the parking mode does work well on impact and motion detection, though the system does draw a fair bit of power compared to other systems.
If there is a specific aspect of parking mode you are worried about, let us know.
If hook up for parking mode means it will be running around the clock. I'm worry about the heat because of this long run time
That's a very reasonable concern! I would recommend a more energy efficient parking mode like impact/motion recording, which will allow the camera to not fully record while the car is parked, only when something happens. Think of it like keeping one eye open, while the other rests.
Can you test A229 Pro ? I think it is better than A139 Pro in terms of processor. 2:09
We'll test it as soon as it comes in, likely towards the start of next month.
Its about overheating pfoblem..when i touch the dash cam its not warm.. its hot. And shutt off not turning on..
Sorry to hear that. Could you try a different SD card? Normally SD cards are ess resistant to the heat than the camera.
@@vtec350- I, personally, plan to get the extended warranty! The Thinkware U3000 is nice but not $550-nice!
Very sorry to hear this. It's possible you've just gotten a faulty card, please consider trying a smaller tester card and see if the issue continues.
My plan was to remove while out of my vehicle and bring inside.
You can totally to that! You can easily take the camera off the mount and leave the mount into the vehicle.
Even in a single cam, it's overheated. I got three replacements and I return it.

What if it keeps beeping?
Constant beeping can mean many things, but the most common one is an indication that it's not recording, and isn't properly reading the SD card.
@@blackboxmycar thanks! I've informed my other half to obtain another card and see if it resolves the issue.
Did you sit on your glasses and bend them?
A139 pro won't record and won't recognize other two cameras over heating
Testing doesn’t want to record the whole drive it only records little bits and pieces. I do not like a dash cam like this. I have this one for about four months.
Ah, yes this is standard, dash cams compress footage into smaller, easier to store fragments so they can store the whole drive. Viofo's do have a setting to extend this, setting the Loop Recording to a 10 minute interval max.
how about dash cam retrospec? Or retrospective dash cam - something along those lines.
Thanks for the feedback on the naming! We'll keep this in mind for future similar videos.

You should consider getting some thing for bicycles, not motorcycles I’m talking about bicycles specifically from the front and the rear

@blackboxmycar yes it was thank you, seems Tobe working fine now..
Read too many issues with this. Such a shame because image quality is good. Not interested in paying money for unreliable stuff.
Thanks for the feedback! Yes, there have been some issues, some of which have been resolved since launch by VIOFO, and some of which still need to be ironed out.
