I also love the short table idea, it reminds me of the Blue Zones where people don't even have chairs and just sit on the floor... they have such better flexibility and longevity. I think this is a great idea for kids and adults alike!

If you didn't have your spices what spices would you put on the lunch veggies? I love how you create quick no nonsense meals
You can use any salt-free seasoning blend or your favorite spices like garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, etc

I used the dog food-food safe that comes with a gama lid from amazon. 50# in the 35lb container. I found my 50# vital wheat gluten doesn't fit in that but does my backup container that I uae first.

I would love to know how you cook that brown rice ramen to make it edible. I tried it by the directions, and yuk! Super chewy.
Just go a little longer and taste again.
I use my empty wyw glass jars for alot of storage

Do you remove the skin off the chickpeas? What’s the easiest way to remove them? Your meals look delicious ❤ Reebs you get the gold 🥇 ♥️♥️♥️
If I'm not in a hurry, I'll rinse the chickpeas and spread them out on a dishtowel and then just roll them with the same towel or another. It gets most of them off.
We don't bother removing the skins off chickpeas
