Mine will change lanes as long as I hit the blinker it will do it automatically. The annoying part is u have to flick the flicker back to the middle other wise it will remain blinking. But it will change automatically. I love this car !
It’s a great car, but I’ve noticed something I don’t really like in the E classes configured for the US market. That is the fact that despite having the awesome AMG line exterior, they select the Avantgarde interior so you get a less sporty and in my opinion less good looking steering wheel.
I found that watching this after the cars have been around for a while that this the car for me. I owned a e550 that was really a performer and sorry that I got rid of it. It looks like the 450 might be a contender.
Damn, so i've been sitting on the fence for this far. There a is a CPO one in my city for $41k (it was $48k, but quarantine keeps lowering the price!). I think I'm gonna get it.
nosalez yup. I got it that week! It was for 38,800. Lol. Almost Fully loaded. Just didn’t have the self driving features or Napa leather. But man, covid-19 pretty much made them lower all their prices. KBB says it’s still valued at 49k.

I learned alot from your video (lol) I had a S Class prior to and they are Beautiful but I'd have to agree w You as Your Labeling is spot on "The baby S-Class" and it works for me esp. ALL the High Tech stuff and High Performance....It will get it if you open it up.... The E53 is a sport-oriented hybrid. It makes 429 HP and has a sport suspension, so it’s much quicker and handles better. The interior and convenience tech are basically the same, but look sportier. It costs significantly more than the E450, the average cost on a dealership lot is probably around $78k-85k as opposed to high 60’s to mid 70’s for the 450. If you want a quicker, sportier experience for under $100,000 then the E53 is a better buy. They also have the E63s AMG which has a 4.0L V8, that is the more desirable E-Class AMG but it costs well over $100k.

It depends on your budget, in terms of comfort/convenience, the E53 is the same as the 450 and much more powerful. The 450 is really quick, but there will be a noticeable difference with the 53. If you’re looking for comfort and speed for under $100,000, then I’d say the E53 is definitely worth it. But if you’re willing to spend over $100k, then I’d get the E63S. It is supercar fast (0-60 in under 4 seconds), really comfortable, looks incredible, and sounds fantastic because it has a biturbo V8. Another option is to buy a used E63S, the 2017-2020 models are basically the same and you can likely find a used one for the price of a new E53. Bottom Line: If you’re looking for comfort and speed and want a brand new car under $100,000, the E53 is a great choice. If you want the fastest new E-Class and willing to spend over 100 grand, get the E63S AMG. If you want an E63S for under 100, then look for a used one between model years 2017-2018. Finally, if you want a very luxurious and decently quick car for under 80, then the 450 is your best bet. Personally, I’d recommend looking for a used E63S, a nice one is not hard to find and you’re getting A LOT of car for the price of a new, less powerful car. Also, Mercedes depreciate a lot so unless you’re willing to take a massive depreciation hit or plan on keeping the car long-term, buying one new is not a great idea. If you get a used E63S, you’re getting a better car and don’t have to take as big of a hit. Plus, those have the highest resale value. Sorry for the long response, but hope this helps!

I live in Thailand and I have an e220d (194hp) avantgarde. My car is shit compared to the e class in this video. Btw it costs 100k usd here which is way too much.
@@CarVisionLA I would expect touch screen to to standard on the one you reviewed but I can see why some ppl would prefer a non touch screen. Finger prints are annoying
Smooth?? Not really, its a little on the stiff side. Nothing floats here. A bit of wind and engine noise in the cabin. Too many unneeded items in the electronics also. Not enough here to give up my Chrysler 300C. Paying for the name. This car didn't wow me.

They do have the hands free driving in the c class.

You should, it’s a great daily. $41k is a pretty good deal for an E450, it was released in 2019 so there can’t be that many miles on it.
