Paced bottle feeding is a bottle feeding technique that encourages your baby to self-pace their feeds, understand their hunger cues, and not overfeed. It is often recommended for bottle-feeding a breastfed baby because it more closely mimics breastfeeding - however, this technique is truly ideal for all babies, regardless of if the substance is breast milk or formula.
